I was well hungry, looked around the mall for the best option, and Joey's Pizza Pasta and Gelato looked like the one It's all about those 3, with quite many options, and on top some drinks indeed, and even a few desserts (apart from the gelato) Menu is clear, with icons to recognize right away what's vegetarian, and what's spicy On my side as I was hesitating between pasta & pizza, I decided to go for both! So, I had: - Pumpkin ravioli (tossed in a tomato & cream sauce with parmesan & nutmeg), super yummy - Orange juice (by East Coast) - Thai Foon gourmet pizza (tender chicken pieces, onion, show peas and roasted cashew nuts topped with peanut sauce), large size, to go Staff is welcoming and efficient Decoration is nice Quite many seats inside, also some outside, and it's also possible to take away indeed, and even get delivered, for just $5 extra (delivery are: Baulkham Hills, Bella Vista, Beaumont Hills, Castle Hill, Glenwood, Kellyville, Kellyville Ridge, Norwest, Winston Hills) Parking right in front Recommended!

DISGRACEFUL “customer service”. The “Manager” on Friday evenings is belligerent, rude and blamed us as customers when he gave us the wrong order (pick up) and then when we were told to pay more for the right size (which we did) he proceeded to tell us to come back in 10 minutes for the correct order (his screw up). Yet our actual order (which he stupidly hadn’t noticed) sat there for the 10minutes on the side. When we realised it was soggy luke warm pizza that had been lurking there the whole time - we were told basically take it or leave it and don’t eat there if we don’t like the service Terrible, obnoxious and incomprehensible response when he was in the wrong the whole time. Frightening to read other reviews also and see similar experiences, plus so many accounts of food poisoning. YIKES! ‍♀️ I can predict the disingenuous Management response to this as “we value your opinion and will endeavour to do better”. Not good enough frankly and pure lies. No Buono

WORST lEXPERIENCE EVER!!! our uber eats order was wrong. My friend isn’t a meat eater and order the napoli pasta and was given a spaghetti bolognese. When we called the manager said he would make the right pasta and deliver it to us in half an hour. Still annoying but whatever. We called 35 mins later to see where it was (all our other food was cold at this point) and he said he didn’t make it because kitchen closed ? sorry So my friend didn’t have dinner tonight. he also said that we’re not allowed to make a complaint through uber eats and get the right delivery. As if they are mutually exclusive. HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. will never order from here again! save yourself the money.

Joeys pizza or joeys pests(credits to my friends name cooyright) There was a cokroach in our food no compensation we paid for that food with good money we got a replacement but we had lost our appeitite they offred icecream but then one guy heard us talking and didt believe us and looked at the cameras no icecream was given they kept giving us dirty look we walking past after getting more food and he called his mommy to come and judge us and judging us we got mad mex and maccas instead do not agree with coming bere updute we got refund

Located on the outer perimeter of the norwest shopping village you can usually get a pretty easy park. I ordered the pizza and was advised a ten -fifteen minute wIt and it was completely accurate. 12 minutes and pizza was in my hand. Service was really good. My order was non standard I wandered the Mexican minus the beans. No problem easy five. Really good value for money. Photo doesn’t do the pizza justice. Really delicious. Eat in or dine away option.

Authentic flavors that transport you straight to Italy! The penny carbonara was rich and creamy, and the staff made us feel like family. We'll be back soon.

This place does amazingly good Italian food, we had the spaghetti bolognese and Lasagna dishes and was simply divine ❤️best of all the bottle shop is just across the road so you can get a nice bottle of wine to go with your meal

After flying in from Perth we were starving so decided to try Joey’s. It was already after 8pm so we chose quickly because they shut at 9pm. We went for 3 pizzas and a pasta carbonara. The pizzas were fantastic. Crispy crust and delicious toppings. Perfectly cooked. The pasta was also great and a very generous serving size. There is seating inside and outside.

Absolutely horrendous pizza and pasta. The linguine gamberi is drenched and saturated in sauce. Have tried better pizza and pastas that taste authentic. The large pizza is not that large. I can't imagine if we ordered a medium or even a small pizza - might have a diameter of 2cm. I am unsure as to why Joey's Pizza has an average of 4 stars.

WOW! Hands down the best Lasagne and garlic bread I've had in a long time. The smell drew me in from the footpath. I highly recommend and I will be going back to try more from the menu. I'm not a local, so I was sure to tell the staff how happy I was. YUM YUM YUM

I agree that this place isn’t the same anymore. Service was horrible, absolutely zero customer service. I ordered some gelato and the dude did not even scoop it up properly nor enough of it. 2 little scoops for $8! Thank goodness Messina’s is opening up nearby soon. Good bye Joey’s, I mean NOT Joeys. It used to be, not anymore.

Don't come here. This place used to be good. It has changed management and they don't care about customer service. Pasta are swimming in cheap tomato sauces. Even the linguine prawns could not be seen as it was smothered.

The garlic pizza is awful. It is served with tomato sauce and cheese which is not mentioned in the menu. Certainly not a traditional garlic pizza you would expect but more like a margarita pizza. Very frustrating and a total waste of my money when you’re lactose intolerant and deceived by the menu description.

Been coming here for 20 years, as a kid it was great. These days I think ownership changed, old Italian (?) lady and family have moved on, but the menu hasn't changed much and the new owners do their best to stay faithful to the formula.
