I grew up there since I was 2 my parents still live there and the area has been run down dangerous. A murder infront their house, the residence has been burglarized and always drag racing threw out the day. Property value has gone down and the city took money to fix the streets and put on Lakeview and uptown streets. The city has neglected the area.

NORD has to do better with facility maintenance. Huge ant piles. Children playing baseball in high grass. If NORD provides the baseball schedule they should have grass cut restrooms cleaned.

I like it but not necessarily for older kids and children5
