There are no words to express how appreciative I am of Craig and all his staff at Directors Choice. From the very first phone call Craig expressed his complete sympathy for me in losing my 15 year old daughter unexpectedly. His stellar communication with me during the entire process was so appreciated as I’ve never gone through losing anyone in my life before and never gone through the process of setting up arrangements. From the moment he picked my daughter up to the moment she left his hands he was caring, kind, and compassionate. He spoke to my daughter when I wasn’t around and told her how much I loved her and that she would be home very soon. Craig and his staff treated my daughter as if she were one of their own and I will always be incredibly grateful. Thank you Directors Choice from the bottom of my heart. I’ve already recommended you guys to so many people in these unfortunate times we are currently living in.

Craig is a very honest man, helpful and mannerly. I took a risk on choosing him as he had no reviews and no one I knew had heard of him. Through my situation, he was kind, patient and did not try to sell me things I did not need, unlike the rest of the places I had spoken with. He also has very, very reasonable prices. I do not want to use the word cheap as his work and effort is not cheap. He made my process so smooth and I will never forget those few weeks. I truly appreciate what he does and how he carries his work. My father's cremation box was beautifully carved . My husband and I wrote my father's obituary and Craig took the time to illustrate and make it perfect on his website. It was a true shining light to find Craig. Thank you so much once again.

I don’t even know where to begin. My father passed away on 8/23/2020, after going to three different places every single one was sickening trying to sell me things I didn’t need or want for the services. I was on the verge of giving up. So saddened by the way some companies just really don’t care when you are already going through so much. I called one last place. God sent me blessing, Directors Choice Funeral Homes took the best care of my family and I Since the moment he answered the phone . He took so much weight off our shoulders. Such a sweet gentle soul who really does his job to perfection I would highly recommend them. I had to unfortunately seek the services of a funeral home. I was treated tenderly and respectfully by everyone. I was given privacy and al all the time I needed to be with my Spouse, Vince Rodriguez. They continued to help me with all my questions after they were completed with their part in my services. I thank them for their kindness and understanding. Glad my bonus daughter picked this place. Craig was very comforting in this time to our family.

I worked with Katee and she was so wonderful and so very helpful with anything I needed. She kept me updated on every little thing throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Director's Choice to anyone in need of their services.
