Wish I could give Dischem Table View Mall zero stars. Worst experience from pharmacy ever! I’ve been a dedicated customer for all 6 years of the mall’s existence. Also been on Glucophage XR 1mg for insulin resistance since 2016 (diabetes runs in the family, both type 1 & 2), which I’ve primarily collected from this dispensary. Earlier this year, doctor prescribed Ozempic, which have been impossible to obtain from my former “go to” pharmacy (Table Bay Mall). The service I’ve received after requesting that I be placed on their “priority list” of patients for the drug has been met with repeated “we don’t have a list” (confirmed by their dispensary manager)…despite someone else claiming the opposite (who doesn’t even have insulin resistance or type 2 diabetes!). This has been ongoing since June…so yes, I’ve since moved to Clicks Table Bay Mall, where Michael (pharmacist) makes a special effort to obtain my meds, despite me not formerly having being a patient at his practice (this has now changed!). Do better Table Bay Mall Dis-Chem - your loyal patients and customers matter!

I was in Dischem today nearly 16h00 looking for the perfume, I asked Unathi how much is White Diamond? She reply 1000 rand.I repeat my question she insisted that it will cost me 1 thousand I then pointed to the price as I saw it was 595 then she apologized saying she thought I'm looking for White Tea and she left us starring on perfumes . When I made my mind of taking the perfume Daniella assit us as it was in a cabinet behind the counter she took it out as I point the one I'm looking for and then she said mam this is wrong pricing according to this Feb its only 30 ml for this price but the fab is in front of 100ml and I tell her but I saw 595 and that's what I'm paying for the drum that I get it from dischem staff I'm even embarrassed to go there they treated me as if I remove the fab and put mon the product I'm good to complain till management attend to my case

Pathetic service at the basement there were the covid tests are done. The old lady with the afro and the other lady treated me like nothing. Went there for my covid test, they just made me stand, whilst all 3 of them were busy with some call and we had to just wait. After that they then called a couple that was behind me and served them first. Maybe they were a priority because of skin colour, after that that elderly afro lady was just rude because i was patrified and the way she was inserting the covid testing stick was just in human i have had a covid test before but this time it felt more like whatever i dont care get tested and go. Except the one lady who took my payment and booking number she was very helpful

Excellent service by a very friendly and helpful pharmacist, but very upsetting shopping experience ruined by the security. I got a look from the security lady the moment I walked in. Assumed it was as I have a packet of shopping bags with me. I walked literally through every row as I do my monthly shopping with Dischem from medical to food and she was following us down every isle. Eventually my husband and I felt so uncomfortable that he confronted her and asked her whether there was a problem. Even did not stop there. Really felt like leaving my full trolley and rather travel to another Dischem. Discretion is advised and rather then check my bags at the door than making me feel like a criminal.

I would like to thank CORINE with whom I've had personal dealings during the past 3 months. (My husband usually collects my/our chronic meds.) My interactions with Corine have been very pleasant: (face to face as well as telephonically). She is extremely efficient, pays great attention to detail, remembers a person (i.e., my name, as well as previous dealings), and is willing to go the extra mile (e.g., phoning doctor's rooms on my behalf). Overall, Corine has been kind and caring. Thank you, THANK YOU Corine, for the difference you make in my life, and probably to many others in these times of chaos and uncertainty!

The cashiers are absolutely pathetic. No respect what so ever. They act like little high school girls and at their big age that is not something to be proud of. Their attitudes are so disgusting , loudly making fun and laughing at customers. I seriously wouldn’t be so happy if i was working as a cashier at their age. Do better. Those are grown woman and probably mothers too , what example are they setting at home if this is how they’re acting in public. I shouldn’t be surprised that they don’t respect the customers when they very clearly don’t even respect themselves. The employees here are so disgraceful.

Unfortunately I cannot award no stars as that would be the correct rating. Wanted 3 items. Two were 'out of stock', the third to be asked for at the pharmacy. 3 staff members there. One helping a customer and engaged in light hearted chatter with the customer, the other two ignoring customers and had a long chat at the back, in view from the counter, but ignoring all customers. Then they moved to the counter and was looking at a computer screen, still ignoring the customers. I and the other customers eventually left to go buy elsewhere.

I'm all round impressed with Dischem as a company. The staff is very helpful and accomodative. I was looking for walking trolleys for my grandmother who is 99 years old and turning 100 this year. I was not going to buy the trolleys immediately but I was only looking at functionality and buying the trolleys in another province. I still received great service and the gentlemen helping me even made a reservation with Dischem Woodlands, in Gauteng, for the trolleys. Clean shop, organized and excellent service

Very poor drive through testing service. Their card machines work 100per cent, but results come whenever.... Dischem attitude seems to be not to care that their service is poor. It's like 1960s service from state bureaucracy, not what I thought i would get from a modern supposedly customer orientated service provider. My concerns and objections have been met by absolute silence, which I take to mean " if you are not happy, f...k off". I hear you Dischem. I will take your advice and my business elsewhere.

What incredible service. I've been able to upload, and request repeat prescriptions from Dischem (Table Bay) without an hassle. Their staff members are so friendly and accommodating. The folks & pharmacists at the dispensary provide updates, and assist with any change. As for delivery, what a joy! They are punctual and professional. If there is any urgency they also try to accommodate you as best possible. Thank you very much for your stellar service (especially during an ongoing pandemic).

This pharmacy service has gone from bad to worse! Giving me a false impression that my daughter's medicine will be delivered before 13h30, calling the pharmacy staff multiple times to follow-up on paid medication for my ill daughter and every time being told it's on its way! As a working mom I have indicated that I need the delivery urgently but to give me a false impression is not on! The management of this store really need to change fast! Lies and more lies!

Tried to get a covid test at your testing site in the parking lot. Was informed I had to register online which is fair enough, I tried to access the website and every time I tried to submit it said I had to complete all the fields. Redone it multiple times same issue. Now the site is not even online. There was no one behind me in the queue. I really think your apathetic staff could have helped me to register on site. I'll ride it out at home now I guess.

Very understaffed and disorganized. Nurses here have to do Covid tests at the drive through and also see people for regular appointments. The nurses must be absolutely exhausted and customers have a terrible experience in as a result of longer waiting times despite making appointments. Dischem should be employing more people to do the work related to new products they want to sell, not overworking staff members and inconveniencing customers.

Always go the extra mile - today a manager took great pains to repair my crutch even they they did not have the spare part in stock by taking the part off a new one and rather ordering a spare for that - thus preventing me from a potentially dangerous slip. I always find the staff at this store will go out of their way to assist even with non medical requirements. "Thank You" to to manager involved (assistive aids department).

I am sorry I didn't get his name, I was looking for Dove secrets today, couldn't find it where other dove shower gels where so I asked the guy who was packing in that aisle. Despite it being closing time he took me to where he thought we could find it , we couldn't find 500ml but we found a smaller one. I was really impressed escepecially after walking out of another shop where I felt unwanted.

Chronic Meds Dispensary - we moved to Dischem after receiving terrible service from another pharmacy, and I have to say that the pharmacists at Dischem Table Bay Mall have been awesome! In particular Charmaine, has gone above & beyond to help us with our son's chronic meds. Meds are delivered on time as scheduled every month, no problem. Super happy with their service :)

Found a wrist-brace to help relieve the carpal tunnel nonsense I struggle with. The staff were very helpful and they had what I needed. They also stock wheel chairs, canes, walkers and bed pans, and everything else you might expect to find in a dischem. Nice, clean and a layout that is easy to navigate.

Service non existent, do not answer the phone Wellness clinic is a joke. wait in a queue for 30 mins to be told on entering they are out of stock if vaccines, yet there are 5 posters advertising the vaccine....too lazy to take down or write Out of stock....or answer the phone!

The store is over merchandised and there’s no space to walk around. Even worse, staff members are always standing in groups and chatting - the moment you ask about products, it’s as if you’re disturbing them and they hardly know much about their products.

Outstanding service from the nurse on duty on 18 April 2019. We went for vitamin B injections prior to Two Oceans. The branch has wonderful staff in general. The pharmacist was a great help and we were greeted by a friendly assistant at the entrance.

Discovery Vitality Health check was poor. Nurse attitude unfriendly and not helpful or explaining health results. The fridge is extremely noisy. Unpleasant experience!
