I only trust two people to do my hair, one of them being my mother, the other being Kelsey. My experience over the past couple years has been above and beyond, and everytime I see her, it really just feels like I’m hanging out with a friend. She understands exactly what I want. Even in my more ambitious moments, she has been able to perfectly execute the vision without a second thought. Kelsey, I adore you! Had a lovely experience at Diva Salon today. Not my regular salon but went there for a cut today and was pleasantly surprised . I was treated very well, they really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed . Karen did a fantastic job on my cut , really taking her time , so thorough and precise . And they are licensed ! I did not know that ! I will be back . Thanks again Karen for your services , you really did make my time there worthwhile .

I needed some TLC on my poor deserving hair and I went and saw the lovely Karen for the first time. Wow! I absolutely love my new hair and the whole experience was 10 stars. She is an absolute pleasure to communicate with and I will be coming back 1000%. She's easy to talk to about what you like and what you want to avoid and she delivers! Absolutely amazing, came in and everyone was smiling and so welcoming! I saw Karen and she did an amazing job with curling my hair, asked me questions the whole time and made me feel so heard! Amazing! And the girl at the front desk was so sweet and kind :) everyone who wasn’t doing my hair was making sure I felt pampered!!! Kelsey, in particular, is the best hair stylist I’ve ever had, which is why I’ve been coming to her for over 10 years. Excellent service, great place that knows how to take care of any and all your hair service needs! Been going to the Country hills location since 2021 and diva overall since 2014, always been treated right and always had a hair stylist that was very informative what best helps my hair and keeps me looking fresh with products and or styles! Karen was amazing, she offered suggestions for my cut and showed me what she was doing (to make it a little easier to get used to the change). My hair looks fabulous!! She educates and offers helpful advice and treatments for girls like me who "lazily" style their hair. I will 100% be using her services from now on! I love the salon and I LOVE the staff.

I have been getting my hair cut from Kelsey for the last 3.5 years and she has provided exceptional cuts since day one. I trust her completely! Raeywen is a great stylist with amazing customer service! My hair looks fantastic and she really went out of her way to make me feel pampered and satisfied with the colour and style. Allison is the best in the business. I have been going to Allison for 5 years now. I’m never disappointed. She gave me a beautiful pixie cut three years ago that grew out without any awkward mullet phase. She does great colour as well and is always kind.
