I wish I could give a different rating but I cannot. My overall experience was far from fantastic because my birthing experience was so sad. My newborn child almost died there! But for the grace of God the story would have been worse. I have since learnt that in Nigeria a good hospital is about much more than how it looks. It is about much more than the building. I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone who is expecting or looking for where to have her baby.

It takes a minimum of 3 hours to see a doctor despite the fact that people waiting to see a doctor might not be upto 7. On countless visits you are directed to wait for 3 hours+ no matter how ill or sick you may seem. Provisions are not made for sick people to even rest their heads as the waiting rooms are the same sizes with guest toilets. The building itself is quite small and restricted.

Horrible service from the front desk officer. Most of the nurses act as though they are doing you a favour . When you come just know that you will wait at least 2hours before seeing a doctor. The lab attendants are very unfriendly and unbothered. I have experienced this long wait period when I took my daughter and also when I accompanied a colleague there with her daughter.

This is my 3rd time here, first 2 experiences we waited for more than 2 jours before we were attended to. I gave them a third try and to be honest AM NOT COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. Imagine all staff in the hospital is having a meeting (29/1/2020 @9:45am) and patients are here at the reception waiting for them. Not nice at all.

Extremely unprofessional staff, outdated equipments. I have nothing positive to say about this place. The nurse attending to me was impolite, spoke to me with dislike and called me ‘sissy’. It’s like an Igbo hospital, the staff speak Igbo to each other.

The wards are very neat, serene and comfy. The chief Doctor is a nice and caring man. Easy to navigate your way in the building. But, they seem to be very short-staffed, making wait time to see a doctor too long. I have never waited less

Terrible service . Waited for over hour and wasn’t attended to. No communication whatsoever . Even asked the guy at the front desk and he told me he doesn’t know when i will be attended to . I had to leave to another hospital .

Clean environment, lovely ambience, wonder receptionist, superb nurses, top notch facilities and above all, well planned building. Let me add that once you are in d center, you can never miss your way.

Terrible experience and this is my first time here, horrible customer service from the reception to the staff, been waiting for 2 hours just to see a doctor. Definitely never going back there.

Wonderful service, friendly customer service, prompt medical attention....the Doctors and nurses are superb and very professional...I'd recommend this Hospital any day and any time.

Customer service very poor. It’s been a perpetual thing for me. You can wait for 30 minutes with nobody attending to you. All you get is promises of someone coming to attend to you

Quality service from the Drs and nurses . Was admitted here for a week. Only challenge was mosquitoes at night. This can be improved by putting up mosquito catchers in the wards.

The waiting time was long, but the female doctor (I would have added her name) on duty; so professional and good in her job... Great job @ DIVINE MEDICAL CENTER Ltd.

I am impressed with their service. I was attended timely and what 2 previous hospitals could not establish, their consultant was able to detect it and I got treated

Very bad service. I had an emergency and requested to see a doctor. I spent 2 hours and no one came to attend to me despite my repetitive reminders. Good riddance

The hospital service is slow and terrible. The staffs have zero regards for time and their customers. I strongly discourage you go there for any emergency.

Cant say too much about the place but appeared organized clean and with very friendly staff when I came visiting a patient.
