"There seem to be a thing of "money consciousness" there"
"The absolute worst experience I've ever had in a hospital! A nurse in particular had the most disgusting bedside manners"
"I am giving this Facility a two-star because they kept me outside in a canopy under the rain even after telling them that I had anaemia from a test result which I brought along, they still kept me there because they felt I had Corona virus and was too sick and to not infect others there"
"Nasty doctor"
"This hospital hospital is located in a good place; and the environment is clean, but I rated it 3 star due to some factors"
There seem to be a thing of "money consciousness" there. Now while i won't say health care should be free, in this place, from experience, they seem to exaggerate everything with a view to making money. If you have a cold, you may be asked to stay on admission in the hospital, while you're given medications which you could easily have taken from the comfort of your home. You may also be asked to run series of tests which though have different names, but practically are the same thing with very little differences, and yes i know cos i usually seek 2nd opinions on medical issues and in many cases, even other medical practitioners have raised eye brows as to why some kind of treatments or tests were done. Then there is the Nigerian factor of giving preferential treatment to certain persons. Perhaps persons with "rich" history with them or with some air of importance. Basically, you're sized up on entrance. That's a very very bad medical attitude.
The absolute worst experience I've ever had in a hospital! A nurse in particular had the most disgusting bedside manners. Was there 3 days, barely saw a doctor or got any solid information on what was wrong with me! but on day 3 after my covid test came back positive a senior doctor along with 3 nurses came to inform me I had to leave the premises. There was no compassion, no explanation on how to take care of myself, nothing! There i was, barely able to walk, being kicked out of the hospital. Had to go to St Nicholas where I was immediately pit in the ICU because of the severity of my condition. But Faithcity felt the best thing was to give me a positive diagnosis and kick me out!!!!
I am giving this Facility a two-star because they kept me outside in a canopy under the rain even after telling them that I had anaemia from a test result which I brought along, they still kept me there because they felt I had Corona virus and was too sick and to not infect others there. They actually deserve a one-star. I wish I had the heart to do that. I have never seen a more stigmatized treatment. I was feeling dizzy and weak and they won't let me in, instead they sent a lady to come out and take my blood sample and right in front of me they were letting people in. Such rubbish!. Please take your treatments away. Good riddance!
Nasty doctor. A dark elderly man with no regard for patients. Talks to people anyhow like he is being forced to work. He should stay at home if he is tired of the job please. I doubt he knows his work. He prescribed a test for me and found it difficult explaining the cause of the problem. I asked him few questions and all he could do was stammer with no valid explanation The staffs are also not coordinated. I’ll rather travel miles to visit a good hospital than this one.
This hospital hospital is located in a good place; and the environment is clean, but I rated it 3 star due to some factors. 1) they do not have enough parking space and currently accessibility is poor. Ironically they have a high number of patients coming in, but are short staffed so there’s always a long wait. It would do them good to expand and map out the car park. But the doctors are doing a good job.
The services of the nurses is very poor. They practically abandon you once you are not a private patient, under the guise of getting approval from your HMO. My HMO responded to their mail since over 30 minutes and they didn't say anything to me. I begged the senior nurse to at least give me a pain reliever pending when the admission process will be sorted and she said it's not possible.
I have just one advice for you: DON’T BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE IF YOU TRULY LOVE THEM! These people are the most conniving, barbaric, hypocritical, and deceitful set of medical personnels I’ve ever seen! There is no sense of coordination, except when they want to rip you off your hard earned money, pumping bills into your total bill for NO REASON! This hospital needs to be shut down!
Outstanding and outperforming the others in terms of quality of service and efficiency. The hospital is fully incorporated with standard medical facilities including an emergency department and ambulances which meet international standards. There's free parking inside and the working environment is more than satisfactory.
There's a spa behind the hospital not many people know about. And it's been there a long time. It's decent enough, with fairly professional staff. The rooms are clean and the surroundings, rather like the hospital itself, are only just passable. But, there are just so many options these days...
Every single worker in this hospital needs to be changed from the front desk to the doctors..no one is smiling , front desk people so rude , including the pregnant lady at the front desk… acting like it’s the government that paid for us ,when it’s our money .. very bad experience
My rating of 5 stars is biased because some years ago had to use the hospital for personal reasons and service was good. At the time it seemed expensive, but was worth it. I can't be too sure now and quality I can't speak to now. But still seems a decent hospital.
Doctors will keep you waiting for hours even if you are the only person in the waiting lounge. Front desk staff and laboratory staff are utterly unprofessional. They refuse to share your own test results with you. Apparently, as per them
This hospital is known for it's accessibility and the mini lab (Microscopic and X-ray) which gives an edge over other hospitals around it's vicinity. The service from the Doctors and Nurses has been very helpful to me.
Doctors are good, nurses are very nurturing unlike the popular notion of nurses… but the wait time!!! Damn… it’s horrifying. Takes too long to get medication… power keeps going off… restroom is never exactly neat…
My dad spent 6 days on admission but we still couldn't get to the root cause of his medical condition. It's like they wanted to prolong his stay just to accumulate the bills and he was slowly dying.
Not pleased with this hospital at all. Had to take my time to post. Too money driven. Terrible employees as well especially the security checking temperature. Very rude in short; he is a mad man.
1/10 Absolutely do not recommend. I waited for over one hour to see a doctor, the nurses were not helpful and their processes were too slow, I seriously do not think I’ll be back.
The hospital is located in a nice environment. The have a high inflow of patients however are short-staffed. They don't attend to customers as swift as possible.
I have pleasant experiences here. Doctors always listen and the supporting staff are professional. The branch on the mainland I.e. Asa-Afariogun can be better
I had my baby via Cs there, the doctors are very friendly, nurses good but front desk zero, I will still use them, I recommend them for antenatal services.
Faithcity Hospital provide standard Health Care for patients with working environment is personalized and patient-friendly.
