I won’t recommend this company to anyone. 1st April 2023 between 11am, I took my vehicle for an overheating problem same day it started caused by a bad thermostat, I paid this company same day for a brand new radiator as per their diagnosis /advice that my radiator is leaking. They fixed the radiator on 3rd April at 2pm. After fixing radiator, fans failed to work except when AC is on, this was observed after they handed the car to me that they’ve completed the works. I insisted for fan to be fixed, again, the boss is not around. Manager claimed connecting a fan/thermostat was out of their scope and it’s a different electrical work but same company advised for radiator replacement and gave other bills from your their diagnosis report, yet thermostat/fan works wasn’t included. Glad I didn’t pay them for other bills which had nothing to do with the main issue of overheating but I only opted for a minor leaking exhaust fix and the radiator as per report. I complained about the fan issue, I was asked to come back when the owner is around, went twice owner wasn’t around so no one else to fix. Within this period. On 4th, Battery failed to start car, a new battery of less than a month, informed them. Next day I called for help whilst stranded twice. One of the times I was actually on my way to their workshop. They wanted to rent me a battery I refused and called a friend instead who did jumpstart and it worked. After a stranger stopped and assisted free of charge. They called me that they’ve come around to help, I appreciate. From there, I drove down back to their workshop for checks/fix yet no no one bothered to check my car battery to see why it’s not working, same story. The boss is not available, till the boss is around I just drove from there to the battery shop and they discovered that this diviny autocare failed to couple/tighten my battery head properly after installing the radiator hence giving the battery contact failure. Once I got to the battery store, they only needed to tighten battery head , Once the battery head fixed was done overheating started. On 6th at their convenience they sent me an appointment to see the BOSS 2days later on 8th, I couldn’t be bothered. Always story of no one is around to check problems except owner of this company, no one around to even check why battery was failing to start car that they just worked on Did you expect me to come live in your workshop? Your mechanic/auto electrician couldn’t see/fix a fan back after fixing radiator? Your mechanic couldn’t fix battery back properly after fixing radiator? How can you be trusted as a company not that I went to a road side mechanic but a supposed reputable compan a radiator that had been leaking water and probably the cause of the overheating as a result of a terrible job! I informed them lately and showed videos of the leakage/faulty radiator they fixed (customer feedback), they got defensive! Their response to me today is that I never told them the radiator they fixed is bad after i suffered overheating from a bad/new radiator that almost got my car burnt. My question, how could they fix a bad radiator job when no one could even diagnose simple issue as to why the battery isn’t working after the major job except when owner is around? Same battery that I’m using till now since it was properly fixed/tightened by a battery seller who isn’t even a mechanic. Sirs, I’m a highly disappointed customer who paid for your services way beyond what another company have charged for better job/service! Your response after sharing my experience sucks! Blamed me for not responding to your appointment fixed at your convenience whilst I had an emergency on 4-6th April? No sense of responsibility, no accountability, no regard for customer service! Pls do better, you caused me too much unnecessary stress and expenditure. You’re no business with dissatisfied customers!

Their services are the poorest I have ever encountered, customer service is zero, the owner is very rude and they charge exorbitant fees for work that a road side mechanic will do better. I paid 208 thousand naira and left there with a new fault which they caused on my engine. The spoiled my security system And my bread light is permanently on. I have receipts.
