"Nice family outing"
"Good place for kids and grown ups to enjoy"
"Nice and big, quite a lot of fun facilities"
"A wonderful playground! lots of sand for the little ones to play with for hours! Just wish it was closer to a cafe and need to walk a bit to get to public toilets"
"Timeout says this is one of the best playgrounds in Sydney"
Nice family outing. Parking available on West Domain Ave but it may fill up quickly on weekends. It says 2P parking on weekdays but we usually go on weekends. Additional ticket parking available on Park Ave ($3/hr, $13/day on weekdays). People are mentioning shade. The trees are all along the perimeter road (West Domain Ave), so if you arrive early enough, you should be able to find shade but bring your own folding chairs and tables. There are 4 shelters but those fill up quickly early in the morning. Children playground and public toilet available.
Good place for kids and grown ups to enjoy. It has following : - Multiple sand pits with water source - One large and on small dome type 360° swings - Rope slider - elevated sliders for 5 and above old kids - small sliders for younger ones - balancer or see saw Large green playground for grown ups Nearby toilet. Near to Westmead station Parking places inside
Nice and big, quite a lot of fun facilities. Swings, zip line, climbing nets, slides and sand pits with water. Water fountains and a clean toilet. Great place for families with kids to visit to spend a day at the park. There’s plenty of good spots for picnic and barbecue too. Many animals around too! There’s birds, ducks and lizards.
A wonderful playground! lots of sand for the little ones to play with for hours! Just wish it was closer to a cafe and need to walk a bit to get to public toilets. Cant really ride a bike their as the pathway is narrow and its on sand/dirt road. But overall, huge plc for the kids to run around a picnic/bbq.
Timeout says this is one of the best playgrounds in Sydney. They're wrong. The play equipment is nothing special and there isn't enough of it to cater for the amount of kids out here. Plus, it's all made of metal with no shade cover so in Summer the equipment is hazardously hot. Very disappointed.
It’s big park and plenty of parking lots available. Good for walking, playing and even cycling. Somehow my kids liked first time. Second time they did not like. Few of items need revenovation. Exercise items not available. Since it is very nearby to parramatta there is chance of huge crowds.
The playground has plenty of activities to keep kids happy. my son was especially taken by the little excavator 'thingy' in the sand box. Looks well maintained and is ideally located if you want a picnic/bbq and not miles away from shopping if that takes your fancy.
This is possibly the best playground that I have seen across the whole of Sydney. The park is located in the middle of this section of Parramatta Park - along the eastern perimeter near the bush. Lots of padding on the ground making it very
I would really suggest this place! Great for outings, adventures, picnics and more! The playground has a great range of play equipment for children of all ages. It's situated in a lovely area with tracks right nearby for small bush walks.
It is an one of the best parks for kids in Paramatta area with well maintained equipments. Most of the facilities are available here, walking and cycling tracks, enough shades with seats, BBQ tables and plenty of parking slots.
Kids loved it they played for ages. The twin ziplines kept them amused Can get quite busy as plenty people out using the park call in and give the kids a play while they have a bit of a rest but there is some sand here
I took my grandson Rick to this park with my dog, i appreciated the calming beauty of this playground and so did my grandson. My dog got a chance to socialize as well haha. I recommend to any local family.
Great playground. So much to explore and do. Flying fox, giant swing, slides, sand, water, climbing nets, nature play. There is so much to do here. See parksandadventuresofsydney on Instagram for more.
Great place for a family with little children. The play area has some good options. There isn't much shade but there are some tree spread around that makes it tolerable.
It was nice, though they should add more shade to the park. A good place to come when it's not too sunny. The tree did give shade when the sun was in the right position.
Large spread out kids park, good amount of seating and different play equipment. Can get crazy in peak times so I suggest getting there earlier for the full experience.
What a fantastic creation in the city of Paramatta. Very spacious and lots of things to do for children and adults . Long distance walking and cycling park . Great ..
Its nice park for kids as they have lot of different options for different age of kids to play and safety is taken care nicely. My kids had nice time playing in park.
Lots of different play stuff like slides for different ages, sand pit etc. Not much shade of its a very sunny day so best to go on a warm but not hot sunny day
Best place in parramatta area and awesome location for kids and parents both. Lot of place for kids fun with no. of swings, running tracker, waterside etc etc.
Big park with a lot of play types of equipment and big open space for all different types of outdoor play. It has got shades, bbq area, and toilet facilities.
Modern adventure playground with multiple sandpits, small waterplay, seated flying fox Nearby bathrooms, BBQs and shaded seating. Clean and well maintained
A very good place for kids and one of the best in Parramatta area. Picnic, birthdays and simple day outing is great. My kids love going there.
Good park. But can be better. There are only two swings for toddlers. You need to wait for long to get your turn specifically on weekends
Wide range of play options to entertain the kids. The park area is huge for a nice picnic. Nice place to relax and spend an evening.
Lovely place for a day trip with kids. Lots of fun for looking birds, flowers etc… even the playground is great fun for kids
Its not bad, could be better if not everything is on sand. Or the larger slide has an alternate way of getting in
Nice park for kids. Parents can do barbecue or picnic. There are toilets also. Enough car parking places also.
Had a great time taking my son there before we went to Dinofest. Toilet facilities and shelter were adequate.
Great park for kids. Water play features, swings, sand pits, plenty of shade, even a BBQ and toilets
A bit hard to get to. And there's a few broken equipments out of action. A lot of sand.
A beautiful and large garden, a place for children to play. And a place to sit
Nice place for kids. Just don't wear black else the insects will bite you.
Well maintained play area for kids of all age.
Awesome place for toddlers and kids to play!
Nice place but got boring quickly
