Only gave them one star because there is no option of no star. As you can see from their 1.3 rating, they are a terrible store to deal with. Bought a lounge suite and they delivered the 2 seater immediately and I was told that they would deliver the 1 seater in 2 weeks. That time went by and heard nothing. I phoned and they made up an excuse that the manufacturer did not have any stock and that they did not know when I would get my furniture. Had a lady called when I complained and she said she would try and source a 1 seater from somewhere else. I think that took a week because making a few phone calls takes that long. Finally found one in Melbourne. Had a man call me and said that it would take at least 2 to 3 weeks to get it to Sydney. I explained that trucks come to Sydney from Melbourne every day and asked why it takes 3 weeks for a 10 hour trip. I was told that the carrier they used only comes up every now and then. I told him to put it on another carrier since it was their mistake in the first place. Now 2 weeks later still nothing. I called the manager who gave me the same rubbish story and then said that she would get it here by Wednesday and deliver it on Wednesday as a gesture of goodwill. By that time I had had enough and told her what I thought about her goodwill. There is no goodwill to be had, you made the mistake and then refuse to fix it. Then you tell me you are doing me a favour by delivering what you should have delivered 4 weeks ago. Really? Well, Wednesday has passed and the goodwill obviously became further badwill or incompetency or maybe both as no furniture has arrived. So no money and no furniture. Now, it is Friday and someone rings me and tells me that what was going to be delivered on Wednesday might be delivered next week. Again, Really. Unfortunately, I had made plans for delivery which never happened and now I cannot be home as my time off from work has passed. And we all know that deliveries are only for people who do not work as you have to be home all day. 1980's. Go into a shop like Harvey Norman, buy something, delivered into your home 2 hours later. We have really gone backwards and then so called customer service gets upset if you dare say something. Really again Do they really think we should put up with this. Domayne, go figure out how to give quality service like Harvey Norman. Bough a few things there, they got one thing wrong. Manager put it in his car and delivered it to me after work on his way home. Now that is valuing your customers and taking responsibility. 5 stars to them. The government should really interfere and stop all these shops selling things they do not have. They take your money and then keep your goods. Have put in court papers in fair trading for compensation. Do not buy from Domayne as they take your money and give you nothing for it.

To keep it simple: do not buy from this store. While the experience in store was fine, trying to actually get our purchases into our home was a nightmare. After the sales rep promised a morning delivery on a Saturday, we received the message that it was in fact coming between 4 and 6pm – but that they would call an hour before arriving. So we rearranged our whole day, thinking we at least had the grace period of the hour so we could get some of the things done we had to. However, on the day the first we heard from the delivery drivers was that they were at our house, and where were we? We explained that we had been told we'd be given an hour's notice, and were 10 minutes away (just down the road at the supermarket). They simply said that it wasn't on their piece of paper that they had to call. We asked if they could stay for 10 minutes while we drove back but they simply said we had to rearrange delivery and drove off. This was completely unacceptable, so we called the store to ask if there was any way they could get the delivery drivers to go back. We spoke to the *owner of the store*, who just could not care less. She basically said, well they've gone now so we can't make them come back. It was very much a "sucks to be you" vibe. Anyone with half-decent customer service would have at least arranged for them to come back that day – even if it wasn't immediately, even if it was at the end of their other deliveries – but nothing like that was offered. We ended up having to reschedule delivery for a Wednesday (which was very difficult for us as, like most people, both my husband and I work full-time) and again, we received several mixed messages about what time the delivery was coming. We were extremely inconvenienced but there was barely an apology offered – I think we'd been speaking to the owner for about five solid minutes before she said sorry for anything. All in all, terrible service and I wouldn't even recommend Domayne to someone I hated. Go buy your lounges from Nick Scali at Marsden Park - the furniture is more expensive but at least the customer service is decent and you end up with something to sit on in your own home.

At Domayne Castle Hill I experienced disgustingly rude customer service and was sold a dodgy, low quality product. I purchased a table on 18/10/19 which could extend in the middle but after 3 times using it, after only 13 months the table breaks and I find out the middle part was being secured to the main part of the table only by cheap glue which failed to keep the table together. I contacted customer service and she said the warranty only covers 1 year and the $200 Warranty of 5 years we paid on top of it doesn’t cover the faults. She wouldn’t even give me the manufacturer contact number and advised me to fix the table with doubled sided tape or get a handyman from internet to do it for me. The woman handling customer service was very rude and aggressive, she hang up on me after yelling at me and telling me it’s my fault.

Today we were shopping for bedside tables with a vague idea of what we wanted. After visiting 2 other businesses that left us underwhelmed with poor service, we wandered into Domayne to be met with the lovely Michelle. She listened, assisted and never pushed a sale. Her outstanding customer service resulted in us purchasing floor stock she had only received the day before. It was no problem and within 10 minutes they were bubble wrapped ready to pick up from the delivery dock. Thanks Michelle for a great shopping experience.

I just got the dresser delivered. I've got an used product. The mirror which was supposed to be delivered was also not delivered. On top of that, the delivery person refused to place the dresser in the bedroom (which was mentioned when the booking was made). On speaking over the phone to Mathew from Domayne caste hill, the response was extremely rude, offensive and discriminatory. Such an awful service for the money we pay. It's a trap, stay away from this place!

We purchased two king single mattresses six years ago and received great service. This year a leak caused one mattress to go a little mouldy. Bedding manager Mathew went above and beyond when helping us with dupe receipts and quotes to take for a tribunal claim against our solar installer. He then went above and beyond when we went into the store to purchase new mattresses. Friendly, professional and caring. I'll definitely go back.

The best furniture purchase ever. Amazing service, quality products and staff like Freya and Nicole who go above and beyond. The service doesn't stop after the purchase, they have professional and friendly delivery drivers. A huge thank you to the team at the Castle Hill store for your great service I failed to get the names of the other 2 ladies who pitched in to help select my mirror on the day and I do hope you read this review.

We ordered a product from Domayne Online for delivery to the Castle Hill store. The product was not right for us but the customer service we have received from the Castle Hill Proprietor Mark, and his staff Nicole has been top notch. They were very fair in assessing the fault, responsive and followed up when they said they would. This has left us with a very positive experience despite an issue with the product.

Like any chain store, you expect a level of familiarity between locations. This store is no exception. If you like Domayne, you will love this store. All the usual basics are covered in a familiar layout. When evaluating stores like this, the rating reflects the quality of staff and the customer experience. Here, my wife and I were impressed. Worst customer experience.No updates on product delivery . We need to follow up to check the delivery updates. Assembly was part of delivery and they changed their words later saying I need to pay $ 100 for assembly. If you are purchasing here get everything in writing because they are not trustworthy.
