If only I could give zero or minus stars to this dominoes Marsden park. Placed an order before 11pm today(08.10.23), I got a call from a lady telling me we only have one driver and it will take 50mins so the order would be roughly delivered by 11:45pm as the driver is out doing other deliveries and if it was okay with us. We advised it would be too late so we would then like to pick up the order and she can start making it and we will re-order as she would have to cancel the delivery order. The lady said you can pay at the store for the pick up order. I told the lady she can start making the order while I try to place a pick up order while she is cancelling my delivery order. The lady said yes and also instructed us the lights will be off but we can knock on the door when we get there. As the system was not allowing me to place an order as it was 1min past 11pm, I tried to call the store and no one answered, while my husband was already on the way to pick up the order. My husband was at the store at 11:10pm and to our disbelief the lady said she switched the oven off and didn’t proceed to make our order as she she didn’t receive our online order. Although over the phone we confirmed and asked her to proceed ahead with the same order and she confirmed we could pay at the store and also the lights would be off and to knock on the door when we get there. Clearly a lazy sadist employee who didn’t want to make our order and still got us to drive to the store to pick up our order as they didn’t have enough drivers to to deliver our order in time!!!!!! Ridiculous customer service by this lady who refused to tell us her name but was the only lady working at the store at that time on the 08.10.23.

Very disappointed to hear of racism towards (adult) son when picking up our order. He requested the pick up by my first name and the woman behind the counter assumed it wasn’t for him and told him there was no order for that name. He also described to her the pizzas ordered. He had to call me and I sent screen shots of my order to show the store. When my son showed this to the woman she replied “oh that’s my mistake , ****** is usually an Indian name, so I didn’t think the order was for you” Not only did she lie by saying there was no such order, what does race or origin of name have to do with anything? How about next time behaving respectfully and requesting proof of purchase? That would make more sense. Won’t be going back after reading reviews here today and our own experience. Lastly, two of the three pizzas ordered were lacking toppings in a portion worth paying for.

Worst customer service ever, no manner and I even questions their English proficiency. After the order was placed, close to delivery time which is 30 min later called us and left no voice messages. When we called back they advised that it would be another 30 min, due to the delivery person had an accident and again saying some issue in the store, which is inconsistent rational. We even said that's okay. After 30 min later when I called (which took another 10 min of constant calling) telling me that they have cancelled the order saying that we called and cancelled the order and tone of voice was very rude. Matter of fact we did not cancel the order and was happy to wait as kids were waiting eagerly for it. When I ask my money back rudely stated "you will get it soon", and hanged up. Will never order anything from Domino's. This is not just me, I have seen post from nearby suburbs Facebook page similar issues including hygiene problem. Store manager including employees are very rude.

I wish there was option to give minus or zero. After stating in comments that please put enough toppings still hopeless. I called in store to inform them but he’s proud of working in this industry from last Six years. He knows how much capsicum, cheese goes on pizza and he’s said that it’s according to the weight for each topping they use on pizza. Whoever is reading these comment have you ever seen any Dominos employee weighing each topping before they put on pizza. What a joke. Avoid Marsden park Dominos if you can however there is not many options so that’s why probably these guys are proud of weighing each topping and have time to do that too. If you love thick layer of sauce and thick layer of cheese go for Marsden park Dominos. They make it look very nice however taste is yuk

It’s a shame I can’t give this place a 0. This would have to be the worst dominos have ever ordered from. The manager (Indian lady) is the most rude, unprofessional person I have every spoken to. I ordered a “loaded pepperoni” with bbq sauce and received a pizza with no sauce, no cheese and a few slices of pepperoni thrown on. I phoned up and asked for a refund on the pizza and was told no I could only get a store credit. It stated on the dominos website that I am entitled to a refund and we still refused one. The manager argued with me on the phone for half an hour, wouldn’t let me speak kept placing me on hold and told me that she would not pass her name on to me or the details of her manager. Finally her manager called me back and apologised and issued me a refund!

This is my local store I have ordered multiple times few pizzas with them every time I ordered peppy paneer pizza multiple times and I only found 6 pieces of panner on pizza lol seriously why do you even call panner pizza if you can’t even do propper topping I I wish I could take photos of the pizzas which can show you how is your pizza looks like it . I thought May be once in while it happened so I didn’t post but same thing happened 3-4 times in 6 -7 weeks sorry to say but not acceptable when I pay full amount should get full pizza not 4-5 cubes of panner on pizza

Delivery was late by almost 25mins but online it shows it has been delivered. Called the store to check if it was delivered to wrong address but got the confirmation that driver has left the store now and wil be there soon. Don’t order from this place! This domino’s is the absolute worst! I placed an order today at 6:50pm and never got my order. I waited 3 hours and called the restaurant multiple times and was always given an excuse like “it’s still being made” or “it’s on its way”. I made one last call and was told that it was 1 minute away but it still didn’t arrive. By the time I asked menulog for assistance in getting a refund I was told that they were closed.

I ordered a value pack with 3 pizzas, 1 garlic bread and a drink through menulog. The order said it was on it was on its way although it had a 2 hr long est delivery time. When the est delivery past, we called Dominos and asked about our order. They say they had to cancel it for no specific reason. They didn't bother to call us or even cancel our order on menulog. Hopefully we get our $50 back. Never ordering from here again...

Appalling! I was served by a man wearing a face mask. As he prepared my order, he kept coughing a moist cough. He kept touching his mask with his hands and then handled the (unwrapped) drinking straw with his bare hands and adjusted the drink cup with his cheek. He never did not wash his hands and continued to prepare the order. I walked away without my order. Who wants food and drink prepared with such poor hygiene?!?

This has to be the WORST Domino's store I have seen, and What a terrible customer service. Went in there with work colleague to have lunch and get back to work Orderd two pizzas and a garlic bread. 30 minutes go buy and my name still isn't called I approached (LUKA) and was told that my pizzas were accidentally taken by a delivery driver. Now we're both late to work and no one cared. Great work guys.

Order one spicy vague with a hot sauce, when I was for pickup I open my box and check there was no sauce as well No spring onions, but charged for all ingredients.. the lady grab my pizza box back and add sauce but look the pick how she adds the sources like just chilly water...

Avoid this place , i gave these guys multiple chances to improve on their service but honestly the food quality is so bad , their customer service is even worst. We received our pizza withs no cheese.... and the person at the store had the audactiy to tell me she put extra topping for me. Put me on hold multiple times. Advised me that manager will call back never did. $60 spent on rubbish food.

Order came an hour late and left on the front door, ruined with ants. When I told the manager I wanted a refund he told me to give it back to the driver and he will process the refund. The fact that he told me to give it back to the driver? So they could re use the pizza ?? He then said I was banned from the store and hung up on me. Worst service ever

Went to get some dessert here at 10pm on a Thursday night and even though it says that they’re meant to be open till 12am they were fully closed and we even tried to call them. Thanks for wasting my time update your hours so this doesn’t happen to other people. If you aren’t going to be open that’s fine but don’t lie like that. Disappointed.

If I could give them 0 starts, I would. I called them before placing my first order as I had a question regarding dietary requirement. Person over the phone told me bluntly, "Mate I will not answer that question" and hung up on me. Later found out, he was the store manager on duty at that time. Absolutely no respect for their customers.

Used to actually be the best dominos out! always nice service and pizzas were delish don’t know if they changed owners or whatever but it’s now turned into the WORST dominos! 2 times have I been messed around and had to get refunds - the man child on the phone needs a better attitude. At least Pizza Hut delivers your items.
