It has now been 2 visits in a row that the pizzas have been sub par. First time my pizza was burnt and inedible, and when I rang up to tell them they were extremely rude and obnoxious. I informed the lady working when I visited last and there was no note of my complaint but she endeavoured to rectify with complimentary garlic bread and drink, which I appreciated. I then made sure to check my pizza before leaving to be confronted with the worst deep pan pizza I've seen in my life it was almost as flat as the thin base I ordered. When I said something the staff member kody couldn't have been more rude and said it is deep it's deeper than normal when he proceeds to shoe me another deep pan which is indeed deeper than mine and proved MY point! Don't treat me like an idiot I know what a deep pan pizza looks like I worked at pizza hut for 7 years. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. I'd rather drive further and go to dominos at rouse hill than deal with this incompetentcy again!

This is the second time from 2 visits that they have made the same mistake. My son has allergies to pineapple, clearly removed pineapple on the order, receipt shows remove pineapple, but pizza has pineapple. Rookie error from my side because I didn’t check it prior to getting home. Then had to drive back to the store to have it remade. They remade it promptly and gave a free garlic bread which was a nice gesture but 2 from 2 is not a great sign of attention to detail especially when it comes to food allergies. If they can’t make an order correctly, I am nervous they don’t clean the bench, knives, tools, etc correctly either. We will not be ordering again. A lot of people behind the counter but very inexperienced and no leadership or professionalism.

The orders here always take forever and then are often burnt or have scabbily applied toppings. Orders are always ready a really long time after the online time given through the app. We tried to place an order at 12:25am (closing time 1am) and the order was accepted through the app and we were given a delivery time, only for the store to then call us directly to say that the wait time would actually be 90 minutes and would we like to cancel the order. Why would the app say 15 minutes but the store say 90? Obviously there's something strange going on there. I think it was just close to closing time and they didn't want to do any more orders, or, they're that poorly run that they don't have the right staff to meet the orders which is also not good enough. Either way, the store management needs a serious overhaul.

Ordered from here yesterday and paid online with PayPal. Not only did I pay the invoice in full but I also opted to round the payment up and make a donation. Arrived at the store and was told that the order had not been paid for at all. When I showed the PayPal receipt, I was told there was $0.13 outstanding and was not able to take my pizzas until I paid the additional funds. I know it was only $0.13 but it's the principle of it, especially since I had already chosen to round the payment up to donate to charity. On top of that, the loaded burger pizza came without the loaded burger sauce which really finishes the pizza. I don't know if they had run out of sauce, but it would have been nice if they had advised us as we probably would have ordered something different if we'd have known.

You roll the dice with the pizzas at dominos in Windsor, we bought pizzas a couple of weeks ago, all were very decent, cooked perfectly and the amount of toppings were great. Tonight, terrible.. the only way i could tell the difference between the cardboard box and the actual pizza was the sauce, tiny amount of pepperoni and almost no cheese. Its not just a one off, the lack of quality is consistent with how inconsistent it is, if youre happy with one good pizza out of every 10 with the trade off you'll save a bit of money rather than going to an actual decent pizza and pasta like Arturos or Aldos then yeh theyre ok but if you want a consistently decent pizza youre definitely better off paying that bit extra at one of the other pizza businesses in the area.

I've twice now ordered a pizza with the addition of Camembert cheese. When the pizza arrives it has Paneer on it. The first time they told me they'd run out of Camembert "last week" and put Paneer on it instead. The plain chicken wings arrived with a chilli coating that my daughter couldn't eat. They sent out more wings - again coated in chilli - then argued that they have always had this seasoning. The Mgr hung up on me when I asked for a refund. Dominos Online however took care of it. Again tonight Paneer instead of Camembert! And they didn't give us the chocolate sauce for the pancakes that I paid for either. Never again. It's a joke of a place. I feel for the kids that work there and the delivery drivers. Their boss obviously has no clue.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at any food restaurant. When you place an order online, wait to be notified that it is cooked, then drive over to pick it up, you expect that the order is fresh and ready, yet I walked into nothing. They were completely oblivious to the order, and not a single item had been started. Extremely dissatisfied and this has really put me off from ever having Domino's again. The thing that tops this off is that every Domino's I have been to, has had far below satisfactory service. But this store in particular takes the crown as the worst Domino's I have ever bought from. Horrifically trained staff, extremely poor communication, missing orders, nothing offered to make up for the horrible service.

False advertising with the new pepperoni pizza loaded with 100 pieces of pepperoni, Now there wasn't 100 pieces but you order this pizza expecting the normal size pepperoni covering the pizza but no we got small pepperoni pieces quarter the size of a normal pepperoni and it tastes disgusting!! The whole pizza was a waste my daughter usually smashes a large pepperoni pizza so she had nothing you do get one star for getting the cheese right and u might say pick the pepperoni off which we tried; But the pepperoni taste has gone through the whole pizza sorry but this isn't the best and headoffice should be told

Ordered 'loaded' Peperoni but seems to be just a normal Peperoni only $3 more.. They were really generous with the oil though. The dough was still raw. Couldn't finish eating. Delivery driver was cranky because it was raining and was in such a hurry to hand me my food they just grabbed both garlic breads crushing them like they were bowling pins.. Get a rain jacket or an umbrella if you don't like the rain. I work in Roadside Assistance and I don't like the rain either. No need to handle another humans food like this.

Poor customer service. First the pizza was done wrong later they promised to redeliver but than nothing happened. Also charged me extra money for extras that I never got. People on phone are so uninterested and not willing to work and appears they hate their job.. I wonder why they dont find some other job they can do better and like. I would recommend everyone to go for an alternate, like pizza hut also there is a new pizza shop in Windsor, much times better than these rude people. Oh man, if the pizza wasn't as cheap as it was I'd never use this place again every time I order delivery they're 45+ minutes late, click & collect you have to physically call them to let them know you're there before waiting another 15 minutes, and I've just done a phone order, got halfway through telling the guy what I wanted, then got put on hold for 10 minutes until I hung up, makes me laugh how bad the service is, literally place bets with mates about how bad its going to be and it still exceeds our expectations good job guys! you're entertaining

Leanne Collier I ordered pizzas on the 26th of September and what we got was not what we ordered. After talking to the store we were told there would be a store credit for the items purchased. I rang tonight to redeem that store credit to be told they would not honour it and there was no record of this credit. This will be the last time I ever order from this pizza company. I paid good money for extras I never got and the store personal are obviously incompetent or just lie. Definitely 2 thumbs down. If I could score at a minus I would.

i am currently waiting on pizza that should have arrived 15min ago! It says on the pizza tracker our driver is making another local delivery.... She's gone to Pitt Town according to the GPS tracker. We are 5 min from the store.....Pitt Town is 10 min past us therefore we're waiting an extra 20min for our pizza (sitting getting cold and soggy in a car)... Seriously Dominos! Would it not be better to drop our first??? No more than 2 min out of the way of Pitt Town...instead we wait 20 min or more for ours :( :( :( Not happy!!!!

This order was missing a Chocolate Malt Thick shake which was on their Menulog Menu for $9.40. The total of this order was $71.20 which was paid via credit card. I phoned the store, was told they do not do thick shakes and I would have to contact Menulog for a refund.The Manager of the store was not interested in attempting to resolve this refund and stated to contact Menulog as they “do not have the ID number or order.” Why have items on your menu log menu, but fail to deliver but still charge? How do I get my money back?

* UPDATE* Got a generic response which was not a surprise. I did make contact with the pizza shop via phone today and the manager said they cannot help me. So their generic response is also not correct. If you read the reviews I am one of many that they charge you and not deliver. "Said it was delivered yet I got no pizza. Tried to call with no answer. Tonight at 10:30 pm I went to the store to buy pizza customer service boy was so rude and he asked me to pay extra money if I want to put any sauce on pizza. I would happy to pay but he was so rude. I buy pizza every weekend but no one asked me for extra money but this guy had so much attitude and 0% customer service manners. If I could give no stars I would, went to pick up my pizza they looked and couldn't find it, thought it was sent with deliveries but only look when I asked where it was. To find it in the oven that wasn't turned on so it had been sitting above the warm oven I'd guess around 15 minutes to be taken and put in the hot oven to be cooked, when I asked if that was my pizza in the cold oven all 3 staff looked at me and went back to work without a response.

The staff present today 24th august 2022 (morning 12.38 pm) who pretend himself to be a manager of the store needs to learn who to talk with customer on phone , he is very disrespectful and when reached to his shop to complain about his behaviour he started to shout and using Abusive language . Just spent about $60 for 3 pizzas, garlic bread and drink. Added more toppings which costed us extra with none of the toppings to be seen. Poorly made pizzas altogether. No garlic bread either just some long rolled pastry with tomato paste inside. Ordered through Menulog. Worst restaurant we have ordered from on Menulog.. Pretty disgraceful. They shouldn't be on Menulog. What a piss take. Dont waste your time or money.

I don't order from this store anymore, from the last 3 delivery orders one was over 1 hour over their delivery time and was given the wrong pizza, I rang them but they said they were busy and it would take more time to get it right and deliver the 2nd order was ok, but the 3 rd order was missing 3 ingredients and again the wrong pizza. I'm not inclined to order from Domino Pizza again.

Went to the Windsor store today on my way home from work to get my parents a pizza to share. Walked in the board advertised 3 pizzas 1 garlic bread and a drink for 39.95 only to be told they don’t do that anymore? Why have it up then. Not just this store but would love to just once have a hassle free experience with dominos.

We ordered a new Yorker half and half. 1/2 Cheesy and 1/2 pepperoni/sausage. The pepperoni/sausage side had pepperoni and MINCE on it! And the meat side had more cheese than the cheesy side! We've had the cheesy new yorker before at another Dominos and that was so good! So we're really disappointed and a bit angry...

The last 5 times I have ordered from this dominos it has taken an hour to an hour and a half for it to arrive. Understandable here and there but every time consecutively is quite poor service. Won't be ordering from here in future.

Just bought a pizza online and had to change one of the toppings after ordering. All i needed was the sauce changed. However they charged me for another pizza. Only wanted 3 pizzas. Paid for 4 and got 3. The service was horrible. Would not recommend. Manager refused to refund the mistake. Disgusting....

It was horrible. We ordered the pizza online and it never showed up. We called then and they screwed up. We had to pay twice and then they supposibly 'fixed' our order and then they left it at the store saying it's too late for delivery and we need to pick it up. We don't have a car and cannot drive.

Pancakes were soggy churros were burnt and when I walked in to get my order the man did not talk to me once just looked at me grabbed my food left it on the bench and walked away without a word

I attended the store to.collect my order, and was ignored by 2 staff before finally being reluctantly greeted by a third, then i was told i would need cash, and directed to go to an atm and get money out. I was unable to get the pizza that i had ordered and will not return to the store

Rude and abrasive phone manner. Was told at 8pm that they werent doing anymore deliveries for the night, despite them not closing till 10. Was also told that the RAAF Base wasn't in their delivery area despite it being barely 5 minutes down the road.

Fast service, Friendly staff, Fresh ingredients & dough. Parking directly out the front. Flat open access. U can dine - in or order take-away. Nothing is a problem. Will be visiting again.
