so much better than the dickerson road location.dickeraon road do itself a favor ams avoid it all tou will get is bad attitude amd unhelpful people.from the cashiers all the way up to the managers esp the managers.they close the money center whenever they want to as well as customer service these people just plain do not want to work.went in juat one of the many horrible exp.to the money center.asked the man sitting at the door hey so tou know where i can find someone to come to the money center there was noone there nor at customer service.he said no then a lil bad mouthed girl walked up.chomping on some gum like a horse chewing while talking.said look ya money centers closed .i had already been told thay customer service was suppose ro be helping the money center people at this time.she gone to lunch okay well u are working customer service we where told u can help us.no i cant do that and she wasnt behind the counter.ya have to come back in 30 mins after her lunch we were told after i asked.then i said do you not have a manager here.is thay not what part of a managers job is to relieve your emplyees yes we do but i dont know where shes at.okay so i go outside come back in 40 mins and ita rhe same girl behind the money center taking care of another customer when i get to the counter shes very inpatient tapping her fin ger nails .i said it just take a minute for my phone ro send the barcode from paypal.for you to scan well im supposed to be going on lunch but im trying to help you first.she kept on tapping huffing.till i finally just said ill go to another one go to lunch and drove all the way out of the way to nolensville road in amd out in 2 mins there.but the real issue is much deeper at this Walmart location.she had no problem with rhe woman in front of me.but im white.yes i said it hell ut needs to be said .i bet im not the only one who feels this way about dickerson road walmart there always rude never will help u half the time u ask a question they stand there like they dont hear me.so yea this one got a whole lot going on and i dont know why after living right down the road from it for 7 years i still go there first cuz its closest but i always end up having to go somewhere else their shelves ate never stocked and noones going to tbe back to check on anything.and their merchandise is always way lower on walmarts scale go to the one out west any other one than this they have way better stuff and emoyees.try one in murf wonderful shopping exp.the farther away you get from this location the better everything is about walmart

So last night my friend ordered dominos through her mobile app. Minutes later we get a phone call that dominoes can't deliver. Ok. We can pick it up. No problem. Next thing, dominoes says they can't make our order. They tell us they can only make 1 medium pizza and that's it. Odd you only have enough dough for 1 medium pizza. Then we hear laughing in the background. We hung up. I then called the store to make the same order. I asked how many i could order. He replied "as many as you like". So i mentioned our order online and the phone call they just called us telling us there were no pizzas but 1 medium. The phone became silent, almost like i was hung up on or put on hold. They came back on finally and i asked for an explanation. They couldn't give me one. But did ask if i want to order still. No i don't want to order. You guys sound shady and would mess with my food if i ordered. You guys are a pizza joint. You make pizza for customers. This type of childish bull shouldn't be happening. The fact this store thought it was funny to lie and laugh in the background isn't cool. I shouldn't feel like my food will be messed with because of the store prank. I will never use this store again. You lost my business.

This store(5410 is amazingly tidy! I went on a Tues. Evening. It was a terrific experience. Everyone that touched food washed their hands first. I didn't have to ask. The store employees, all men, during this time of evening, were neat, pants pulled up and shirts tucked, hats on, and actually working. No one was standing around like there was nothing to do. The equipment used for cooking and garnishing the food such as bottles, oven, buckets with the pizza battet were spotless, along with the countertops used for shaping the pizza. The floors were spotless. My visit was a literal clean and polite visit. Finally, the bulletin board is in a great spot and has the stores score visible along with permit and license., not hidden in a corner!!! 98 score. Ill be back . Nothing will be perfect always but almost. Id visit store 5410 anytime over any DDomino's, especially the one on harding place, coming from dwntwn toward Tusculum. Its ridiculously terrible. Great job Store 5410..c ya soooooon!!!

I ordered on a Thursday night, the timer said it'll be ready in 9-14 minutes, I hit traffic and didn't get there until 30 minutes after ordering, and it wasn't ready. I can see all of their order screens and there were 4 orders. Four dudes just goofing around, took a couple minutes for them to even greet me. This guy was sitting by me for 5-7 minutes waiting as well before someone came to tell him they didn't have any noodles left, so they can't make his pasta- what else would he like? Then a kid comes up to check on his order, they say they haven't started that one, and he said he'd been waiting thirty minutes. And I ended up waiting in the lobby 15 minutes. Just a mess. Go to another location if you're actually hungry and want to eat in a reasonable amount of time.

This location has poor customer service. I called to place a delivery order and the guy that answered the phone told me I was out of the delivery area and just hung up in my face. I was about to ask for a carry out order to just come pick the pizza up and wasn't worried about the fact I was out of the delivery area and the fact he said sorry we can't deliver there and hung up in my face shows they have poor customer service and lack common sense to listen to a customer. It's sad that in this day in age allot of domino's location workers have lost pride in their work and common respect for customers. I am at the point that I am about to stop dealing with Domino's because their workers are disrespectful and that's something I cannot tolerate.

Horrible. Don't waste your time or money. (TWO) TERRIBLE experiences in the past (now 3) and we decided to give it another chance 6+months later and I picked apart the cheese bread tonight AFTER taking a bite and there was a hair inside. I then picked up another piece and broke it apart and there was HAIRS IN IT. Absolutely disgusted. According to the reviews and experiences they need to just shut this place down. It's trash!!!! I'm not writing this review for the sake of this Domino's to read cause it's very obvious they don't have a care in the world, I am writing this review for those that want to order from here. DON'T! These people act like they're in outer space...... Poor service. Can't talk or understand you. Don't know anything. And my pizza I got last night was horrible.... Greasy, Burnt,hard, hardly any toppings. I like domino's but this is unacceptable. I ate a few pieces and said nope 20$ down the drain. Absolutely disgusting place. I would not let my dog eat the food that comes out of this place. I have had multiple issues out of this location with cold pizza and things that i could somewhat live with, but we have ordered from here for the last time. We ordered pizza and stuffed cheese bread and upon opening the cheese bread box my wife noticed a hair on top of it, well she pulled that piece to the side and pulled another piece off to notice that there was MULTIPLE hairs cooked inside the cheese bread. DONT EAT HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

I ordered 4 pizzas and parmesan bread sticks last night. The lady told me the wrong price over the phone. When I got there, I talked to the "manager", Jeremy. He was extremely rude. He told me that she was still in training and she told me wrong. After much arguing with this guy, he shoved the pizzas toward me and said, "Here, take them! Get out of my store and don't come back!" When I said how rude he was, he said, "I said get out or I'll call the police!" REALLY Low blow, Domino's! This guy needs to be fired.

The whole process was really easy and very fast delivery. From the time I ordered and it arrived was about 20 mins on a Friday night. The food tasted great and a great deal with the coupon I was able to use. I asked for hot sauce and got mango habenero. I guess they were out of the hot sauce for the chicken. The chicken was really good and would order just the chicken in the future. Could’ve used a little more cinnamon sugar on the cinnamon twist. The pizza was great! Perfect size and exactly how I customized it.

Horrible service I was charged twice for a delivery on there app. When it didn’t go through the second time, but still charged me twice I called, and the employee he/she said they don’t do customer service like that, and I needed to call the customer service line. I asked for the phone number, and they didn’t know it, and said to google it. Very poor service, as well as stolen money. Still trying to retrieve my 40 sum dollars. Do not order in there app Ive had success by calling or going in!

75% of the time they are fine. 25% of the time they cancel your 7pm+ orders **Dominos responded after 7 years** Too little too late, I dont live there anymore, but when I did, I would order online, and then most of my orders (but not all) would just get cancelled. The story I got from the manager back then was because it was too dangerous after dark, if thats the case, just dont allow delivery after 7pm, this way I dont order food, wait 45 mins, then have my food order cancelled.

I order a pizza and wings online and selected to pay with cash on delivery. I waited 40 minutes for my meal. Upon delivery, the driver says that he had NO change. My total was $30 and I had $40. I was not about to give the driver a $10 tip! I have never in my life heard of a deliver driver that does not carry some sort of change. I had to send the delivery guy away with the food my children and I had been waiting on. So dissapointed. But lesson learned. I'll order elsewhere.

Welp this will be my LAST ORDER. Delivery driver did not ring the doorbell nor did he leave my order at the door as I specified due to this being a supposed contactless delivery. He called but I was at work and unable to answer. I call him back and he had left with my order. I told him my son was inside and had he rung the doorbell there wouldn’t have been an issue. I asked him why he just didn’t leave the order and he hung up on me. Will be calling corporate as well.

Very worst service I have ever seen. This store is always closed and they wont allow customer get inside. Eventhough you did carryout order, you have to go through ‘drive through’ lane. Once you are in drive through lane, you never know how long does it take. No one is there to check. It really sucks and worst. I recommend do not choose this store, trust me you will definetly let downed by this irresponsible customer service. They are least concerned about our time.

I ordered a medium pizza and cheese bread to have delivered to my husband at work last night and he was very satisfied. Order was placed at 1102 pm and was delivered around 1140 pm. My husband said his pizza was good, hot and the cheese bread was delicious. He said the driver Cody was very nice (I know the name because of the text received when on the way) and I believe the in store person was Tun. Thank you for providing my husband with a good dinner last night!

This store is usually my favorite, however tonight was bad. My husband and I ordered our usual Pepperoni and Bacon pizza, Cheese pizza, Spinach and Feta Cheesy bread and a regular cheesy bread. Both pizzas tasted cold as if they were sitting too long before being boxed. The cheesy bread had a slight rubber taste to it. I don't what's going on with this location, but something needs to be fixed. I was not satisfied with my order tonight.

Had an issue with the store's pizza and delivery service a few times, but after it was brought to their attention they handled it professionally and did not stop trying to resolve the issue until they could actually get a hold of me. I appreciated that very much. There may have been a problem before, but after that I'm going to continue going to their store and ordering enough lava cakes to make me explode. Thanks, Domino's!

The pizza is good and quick, nothing new there, but the staff is really, really nice. I mentioned my anxious puppy not being fond of strangers at the door, and they followed delivery instructions well plus left a little note of kindness in with my order. I was having a very bad night, so please know it went a long way! Honestly I'll probably order from this Domino's more on our pizza night's just due to the employees.

With all due respect, I'm quite upset with Juan for I did not have enough to give tip but he still demand tip when told that I paid with card he said that it was a protocol for Covid-19 and social distinct he still insisted for a tip and he will let the store know when told that I didn't have a tip he said it's fine just to tell him how much and he will let the store know. He kept insisting.

They are usually good but last time we order ,the give us the wrong pizza ,we order papparoni, grean pepper and pineapple they give us cheeses , chicken and mashroom and when we called them and ask them to come and pick it up they said you need and return it they didn't wanna come and give us our right pizza but the give us our original one as a credit for us for the next time we order

Placed order at 11:08AM Online. Order was estimated to be delivered around 11:30AM. Tried to call Store around 12:00PM to figure out what in the world is going on, waited on line for 12 Minutes and 11 Seconds with no answer. Driver FINALLY arrived and delivered order at 1:04PM. This store has to have the absolute worst service I've ever experienced with Domino's. Very disappointing.

How do you order a pizza at 9:55pm and it's almost midnight and you still haven't received it. OMG. I hope they do NOT expect a tip. However, I love Dominos especially when I just order online and pick up. The young black men that work there at night, are so sweet and respectful they make it worth coming and spending your money. Terrible place this store started out good when it was new....tonight I got a slop of a pizza, soggy mushy and too much cheese.....driver didn't have enough change....he was very nice but the lid of the box got pressed into the top of the pizza....just threw it in the garbage......waste of money.....not to mention the excess amount of homeless people in the parking lot.

We were given a call to explain their would indeed be a delay, but then to be told that our food had left the store via app; it is now 8:11 in the evening...our food was said to have been ready and left the store at 6:40. I've had great service before but tonight has pushed their luck. We only ordered dessert it really shouldn't have taken this long.

The worker that was doing the dough and handing people their pizzas at pick up wasn't wearing a mask. If you're in food service and in a front facing role interacting with customers that's unacceptable. I didn't want to cause a scene so i took the pizza and left but threw it away and didn't eat it. Come on y'all do better. I'm not coming here again.

Pizza didn't have almost no garlic parmesan sauce on it as well as the steak meat was over cooked I order from Domino's alot but I was very unhappy with order. The workers were rude and didn't acknowledge me even coming in I had to leave and come back for them to ask me what I needed and it was a call in order that was supposed to be ready.

We order from this Dominos a lot and the same guy always comes to the door. He's the sweetest ever and the pizza is great; I've never gotten a pizza from this Dominos that wasn't piping hot! Also, the email says 38-48 minutes for me but it always gets here 20 minutes earlier. If you like Dominos, would definitely recommend this one for you :)

I ordered some habanero wings and they were sooo doughy and half cooked. When i called to inform them, their response was "these are the new wings and that's just how they are". So just a heads up if you like your WINGS HALF COOKED this is for you but if not don't bother. The sauce was great but once i bit into the chicken it was disgusting!

Waiting extra long for a cold pizza was bad, but the next time my pizza was delivered to wrong place. I was really hungry and just left hanging for hours! They said they would send out another pizza but I never got it. They offered me a free pizza but I don’t want a cold pizza, or to get excited about a pizza that will never come.

The experience ever first of the delivery person was too old to do the delivery the second thing the pizza and dizirt I ordered was burnt out from the bottom side I don't think any one I hope it had the option of putting some pictures too that way I would put some photos too the worst customer service you can find is this location

We reordered pizza again tonight trying to give this store the benefit of the doubt however all of our pizzas were overcooked & not edible at all. $33.85 of pizza went In the trash. We are through doing business with Dominos & I will make sure to spread the word to avoid doing business with Dominos at all cost.

Terrible! Today was First time here I ordered and after an hour somebody called me saying they just have one guy for deliver and the car is broke seriously on Sunday? She said you can come and get it with a 15% off of course I didn't, the reason because I wanted deliver is because I can't get out home.

Always calls for unknown reasons, can never find my apartment even after ordering from this location dozens of times and doesn't pick up the phone when you call back. Paid for pizza and never got. Forgets any extras you order such as sauces and never refunds. Just pick a different location.

They are understaffed, so I gave them a bit of grace. The food is delicious and made to order. None of that "oh, here's a pepperoni we made 2 hours ago." Worth a visit. The delivery drivers work hard, often sharing the burden with the guys and gals inside. This is definitely a busy store.

This is the Best Domino's location ever! My husband at first only liked pizza from another place. After this Dominos location opened, I brought him a pizza from here and he loved it. He no longer orders from the other place any more. We order from here at least every other week.

This specific Dominoes has been our go to for years! In the past 2 years, the service has been excellent every time and the team is amazing, never wasting a second to make our food. I reccomend this place with the management to every pizza lover out there!

Fast, professional and very close to where i live...always clean inside. However you can never use drive thru..they always have a car blocking the drive thru so you cant pick up from the window. Which sucks bc it defeats the purpose of having a drive thru.
