Probably one of the worst pizza huts I've ever encountered. Food and service. Placed a order at 5:38pm (one pizza with sausage nothing difficult) At 6:10 recieve a message stating it's out for delivery (1.3 miles from the hotel I'm staying) at 6:32 I receive a call from the driver stating that they are running behind. He's actually the only person I dealt with that waa professional and polite. Anyhow I receive my order at 6:54. For a medium one topping pizza and breadsticks. That's fine I was just hungry at that point. Well then I got to sit down to eat and my food wasn't even Luke warm. After waiting well over an hour this is what I receive. I'm in town for business hints the hotel so I call pizza hut explain the issue and I'm offered a partial refund for a future order (ONLY AT THIS LOCATION) or they can remake the order and send it back out but they have to pick the old pizza up. Yep no issue it's all still there so are the garlic knots. Then I'm told it's going to be another hour because there are 4 orders ahead of mine because they ordered first. Hello I ordered a pizza 2 hours ago. After asking for a manager I was at the point I just want my money back you can pick up the old one and do whatever you want but I'm out 23 bucks and am still hungry. The manager Tracy was less than professional laughing stating since it was a credit card payment who knows when I'd get it back. When asked for any kind of authorization on a refund she "wasnt sure what I meant" I wasnt provided a copy of my cc reciept when I received my cold pizza. So again I ask how I'm guaranteed a refund and again "doesn't understand what I'm talking about". I totally understand in this business its stressful at times but this is the last person that needs to be representing your brand. Finally, she gave me the gms name after telling me that store didnt have one. Again I get when its busy its crazy and stressful and maybe they are even short handed that's the exact reason I wasnt upset with how long my wait was but to follow up with this.. you guys should be embarrassed!!

Not happy with my delivery tonight. I ordered through the app for contactless delivery and chose my method of payment was going to be with cash (left out on my porch). The driver called me while sitting in her car in the driveway saying I didn't make a payment by card and that she couldn't deliver my pizza because my delivery instructions said "leave on the doormat and ring the doorbell twice." WHAT?!?! After going back and forth over the phone trying to explain to her I had cash on my porch and that the instructions were to leave the pizza on my porch...for a contactless delivery...she was clueless, clearly didn't understand how to deliver a pizza and accept cash deliveries. She got out of her car and put the pizza on my porch. After she drove out of my driveway, I opened my front door to see my pizza box open and clearly the "sealed at the hut - opened by you" sticker was tampered with to open the box. With 90° humid Tennessee summer weather, there was obviously flies outside flying around the box. That's why the box should be sealed and it clearly wasn't. Disgusting. Waste of $15. Other people might be fine eating that, but I'm not. Trash. Called the restaurant immediately and was put on hold only to be disconnected/hung up on. Lost a customer.

I am an overnight corporate team leader with a team that earned a Pizza Party for meeting their current metrics and numbers during the month. I was so embarrassed to serve this to my workers. The order was 30 minutes late arriving, when I called the restaurant the person who answered made some mention about 4/20 and it being super busy. She told me in the future do not order food past 9:30pm. When the pizza arrived all the boxes were crushed, the wings were so mangled that there was wing sauce leaking out into all the bags and through the holes in the bottom of the bags. The pizza that had the cheese, had 13 hairs on it, like it was put there on purpose. The Meat pizza was not cooked. The pizza dough was completely raw. The fries were refrigerator cold and soggy. The wings only had 4 in each box, when they should have had 6 each. The brownie was burnt past any semblance of a brownie. The ONLY thing that was decent on this order was the cold mountain dew, which is the one thing this location didn’t have to prepare or cook. I tried calling the restaurant back, but it was closed. I ended up ordering from another pizza chain which was such a better experience. I can’t imagine how this location is in business.

So disappointed in my order from the Donelson Pizza Hut location 2512 Lebanon Rd 37214. When I picked it up I noticed the crust was real dry and I had ordered the buttery garlic crust to my online order so they said sorry let me add that now so I assumed they did and did not look at it again, I also paid with a card and signed the receipt but they never handed me my copy so I left there without a receipt which is unusual on my part so I could not do a feedback without it. I did order online and saved my confirmation order number. The pizza was so dry like eating cardboard. Ordered spinach, mushrooms, Italian sausage and onions. There was about six pieces of spinach on a large pizza and hardly any cheese. It was so over cooked one and half piece of a large pizza was as much as I could stand.so much for a comfort food dinner. To top it off there was only two customers in the restaurant and it was 5:25 pm on a Saturday. Guess I learned my lesson, Dominos much better and definitely better price!

Made a simple order online, the website said 35 to 45 minutes for delivery. At the 90 minute mark I attempted to call the store and was transferred to a call center. Got put on hold for over 10 minutes before the call center said that the store manager was blaming the weather, it's raining, no storms or anything, and the store is only a couple miles away. Two hours later my food arrived and the driver blamed the delay on them being short handed. When I told him what the call center said he changed his story and said the rain was causing visibility issues, I explained to him that I live in the Pacific northwest and I'm not buying the rain excuse. When I told him that the call center told me that they didn't understand the delay either as orders placed after mine had already been delivered he went silent. Food was cold and nasty!! Lesson learned. Would give zero stars if possible. And I didn't get the sauces I paid for!!

Ordered a pizza for contactless delivery and paid with credit card. Driver arrived with the order and had cash receipt, and he stated that he was not told it was suppose to be contactless. I called the restaurant to find out why my receipt was for cash when I paid with a card and asked for contactless delivery because I had Covid. I was told by the young lady one the phone that she didn’t get my full card number, so I asked why she didn’t call be back to reverify. I was told that she was busy and had other things to do. I find it very sad that in this time of Covid that the person on the phone did not care enough about her co worker the delivery driver to call me back to get my card number, and let home know if was a contactless delivery. I ended up paying with cash and of course I had on a mask to protect the driver.The delivery driver was awesome!

This Pizza Hut is the worse place I have order from. I normally don't complain when I receive bad service, I just stop ordering it going to the place. However my roommate wanted Pizza Hut for dinner. I place the order and for delivery it would have taken 1:58 mins so I schedule for pick up. The Pick up time was 40 mins I arrived 10 mins late total time to prepare and be ready 50mins. As I'm picking up my pizza they inform me that's it not ready and it will take 20 more mins. They also starts to explain hat they are short staff, my opinion I don't care, it's a business you should have forecast for it, if you know Thursday is a busy night.... Also they wouldn't discount any of my food. I order two large pizza and two different order of wings. After this visit I will NEVER Order from this location again!!!!!#angry

I had never been to this Pizza Hut before and that Old saying about first impressions are lasting. The gentleman that took my order was great, professional and friendly. The person that was preparing the food partially had her mask on, not covering the part a sneeze would come from. At times she pulled it totally off. She also handled cash register transactions and returned to preparing food without washing her hands or using sanitizer. My bread sticks were not cut nor did she cut the cinnamon sticks, she just threw them in the box. I was once a GM for this company, and while I would not jeopardize her job by calling corporate, I will not spend my money or my time at this establishment again.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE Order was voided and not realized till I called 45 minutes after delivery was supposed to be here, lady on the phone put me on hold for 15 minutes and left me till another guy picked up and I explained the situation again. He sent out the pizza free of charge but after another hour it still was not here called three times to finally get an answer and was told it still had 3 minutes to cook and would be leaving "soon" another hour later and it's still not here three hours and counting... I went with my family. 1) The person who recive us in the store dont have a really presentation from PIZZA HUT CORPORATION ( NO SHIRT & DIRTY ) ask us what its your name. 2) We say we are 9 the person dont know and ask us 3 times. 3)The table was REALLY DIRTY I ask for person to clean it and she dont clean well she came clean with a dry rag well she though that the table was clean but I clean again because was greasy 4) Well we relax but she came and ask for our drinks then she ask for what we order and we say yes when you bting the menu we can 5) The silver ware was DIRTY and we take our silver ware OMG THESE PLACE NEED TO CLOSE. Last Saturday night I attempted to order online and I also called the store to place my order. Both times my card declined and I was told that the order did not go through. Sunday evening I called my card company only to realize that I was in fact charged and there's a hold on my card. I called Pizza Hut store and Corporate offices. The staff at the store was absolutely no help at all. The corporate office only said that I would be contacted in 3 days, which did not happen. After 3 calls and an email I still have not heard from anyone and my card has not been refunded. I will be sharing my experience with this Pizza Hut. You have lost a very loyal customer!

The only reason I gave this three stars is because the taste of the pizza is great but the service is horrible or at least the evening shift. First we asked for meat lovers with no sausage and it came with sausage on it, second we asked for garlic sauce and the waitress never brought it to us, third the waitress never refilled our drinks we had to go up to the counter to get them refilled. The waitress acted like she was high and the employees just talk really loud about their personal stuff. Like I said though the taste of the pizza and time it takes to get it is great just wish the employees acted like they actually cared about their customers more.

Used to order from here all the time. Feel like they've really gone downhill the last couple of months. They forget toppings and when I call to complain I can never get anyone on the phone and I don't have ten minutes to spend on hold Everytime I order a pizza. I went inside the store this time to order and wait hoping they'd get it right since I was there and not just an online order. Sadly they did it again. I told the lady it wasn't right and she took it, rolled her eyes and looked at ny receipt. Cane back with it fixed. Pizza is that we got tonight was undercooked and doughy and on a stuffed crust that's a no no. Just not worth the money anymore

We were very happy with the taste and quality of all the items we ordered. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza, breadstix and buffalo wings. All of it was very good. I was pleasantly surprised at just how tasty the wings were and highly recommend them! The staff working inside was very nice, friendly, professional and thorough. I was able to see them take care of other customers while I was waiting on my order, and they were just as polite, friendly and professional with each interaction I witnessed, including over the phone. The world needs more people like this!! Keep up the great job!!!

The pizza arrive 15 minutes after what the pizza tracker indicated time would be. Which by the way didn't track from the icons. When the pizza did arrive it was cold and one of the pizza was imcorrect. Later after calling to be infor.ed they where out of that topping. I received a credit. To call the next day to utilize it and get the worse customer service ever. As if I was plotting to get free pizza. He questioned everything untul i found my oline recepit and he changed his tune. Maybe the second pizzas will he delivered on tume and fresh. I will let you know. Eat Happy.☺

We ordered 1 pizza at 8:45. By 10:05 I called them asking where our food was. They said it was out for delivery several minutes ago. I doubt it since I checked the GPS right after I hung up and it took 6 mins to drive. The pizza arrived at 10:19. Paid the driver and tipped them only to go inside and the wife say the pizza was cold and not even close to what we ordered. We each ate a slice and gave the dogs a bite and threw the rest away. Such a waste. I tried to give this store a chance again and I regret it. We will not be patronizing this store ever again.

Well to be upfront always enjoyed pizza hut. This evening was a lil let down. Order two pizzas and mozzarella sticks . We enjoyed the mozzarella and pepperoni pizza. But that stopped at the crispy bbq brisket pizza. As the picture shows arrived a bit chard. Had a piece but couldn't finish. Sorry pizza hut someone dropped the ball. In my youth I've worked for a couple pizza restaurants and this would not have left the store. This was a conscious decision to let this go. We ordered two pizzas, some drinks, and some wings. While the pizza's arrived on time, they were already cold when they arrived. Both pizzas on the bottom were soggy and greasy, nothing like we have had in the past. The chicken wings (supposed to be spicy garlic) were plain and cold and just, meh. The only thing that really tasted as it was supposed to were the bottled drinks. You all didn't make those. We've ordered from Pizza Hut several times in the past, but this last order is going to put us off ordering from Pizza Hut for a while.

Placed my order in the app to be more faster on calling my order in. Got to the store to be told just a couple more mins no problem me and my family waited the app let me know the order was ready to find out they really lost my ticket no communication at alll. I was Only picking up an order, but there is a amazingly nice lady, who not only handled my pick up but also managed to get four pizzas out and service two other customers while still handling my concerns in a timely manner. I’m not sure what her name was but I came in 11-20 at 11:30. This 5 stars only stays up if she gets the praise she deserves. Thanks for the experience. I’ll be back during another buffet time to hopefully sit and enjoy the atmosphere.

Whoever was the guy who delivered my pizza was very rude. He was mad that I didn’t leave a tip and threw the reciept on the ground by my door. If he hadve actually paid attention he would see that I have stitches in my neck and barely a voice. I just had surgery Monday on my neck. I ordered my children pizza with the money that I had. The pizza is always great which is why I gave the 3 stars but I had to take 2 away because of the poor customer service the delivery driver displayed

When we ordered a pizza the lady on the phone was rude, we told her we wanted the regular crust, and she told us it would be a 40 minute wait. In 20 minutes the delivery guy came and was super friendly but once we opened the pizza I noticed it was thin crust and it had A LOT of grease, I almost didn't eat it. However, I did and now I regret it because I have a stomach ache from all the grease on the pizza. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut, specifically that one, ever again.

I don't know, this place is okay. We went out For the $6 lunch buffet. It was packed, there were not enough pizzas, and all of them were weird flavors. Service was friendly but slow, I think probably just understaff if anything. If you're gonna come here for the lunch buffet and, try to be here right when they start I guess is the lesson. The pizza overall is OK, not the best I've ever had but not the worst. I'd rather just order Domino's or pick up a pizza from Little Caesars

Will never use them again, so now apparently after YEARS of getting pizza delivered to my address day or night, now all of sudden they don't deliver to my address after for safety reasons. I get food delivered where I live by so many restaurants via 3rd party drivers and direct business drivers and never have i EVER heard anybody complain about their saftey. Probably more like lazy they didn't want to deliver my pizza because they closed in an hour and a half

The pizza on the buffet was cooked to hard and burnt but me and my kids in husband ate the food but was not satisfied.i work 3rd shift and had been up all night and morning and haven't had anything to eat. I normally come home from work in go to bed but I had to stay up to go to my son 4th grade graduation walk and I figured that me and my family should go eat pizza buffet. We nevered ate here before and I was to tired to go elsewhere to eat.

Stopped here for dinner and ordered a pepperoni personal pizza, salad bar and a drink all for 10 bucks. Went at 5pm and the salad bar was fresh, pizza was well prepared and service was awesome. Did hear a few people come in and ask about the buffet which that dont have at dinner. I wish they would have it cause I believe this location could double their profits if they did. Place was very clean also. I will definitely be going back.

My review revolves around the delivery aspect as so many have already put in their reviews. So I say, just don't go here. Delivery should not take over an hour to be delivered on a Tuesday night. Nobody is busy on a Tuesday night. Pizza Arrived Cold, so it clearly wasn't just made before being delivered. Will not be ordering from this place again. From now on I'll be heading down the road to Papa Murphy's, and you should to.

You have to try the lunch buffet that has pizza, pasta, salad, garlic bread sticks and cinnamon bread sticks. The price of the buffet does include your drink. The place has handicap parking and access to get into the restaurant. The lunch buffet ends at 1:00pm. They have restrooms inside. If you would like to order a pizza and pick it up. I go for the all you can eat buffet because I like having a salad with the pizza.

Went to the buffet. It was 12:30 In the afternoon. The bar was not replenished. The bowl of lettuce was just about empty. The table the waitress sat me at sticky. Never checked on me. Then when I checked out I think the old man was the manager took my money never said thank you. Spent almost 10.00 to eat at a empty food bar. Dirty table. Never checked on and not thanked. Last 10.00 bucks you get from me. Won't be back.

First of all, I always ask for contactless delivery because COVID and the drivers refuse to just leave it. They always knock on my door and wait for me to answer to hand me my order. Thats NOT contactless!! Second, the food is getting mangled during delivery, I wish I could attach a picture but my Detroit style pizza looked like it was dropped in the box and thrown like a frisbee. 2 out of 10, would not order again.

Ordered at 6:50, received it at 7:35. Requested the BBQ sauce drizzle on my pizza and extra sauce on boneless wings. Called, and the worker had good customer service. The delivery driver wasn't bad either however, I was skeptical to order from reviews. Will update if I can't get away from the toilet! Update: Threw up twice. Daniel was very rude on the phone I was trying to order a pizza he told me it would be a hour and half for a pizza I laughed and said I am hungry he then instead of asking if I wanted to order he then curses. Ok, don't get me wrong I love the new pizza places the surrounding middle TN area has but it's nice to have an original pizza hut buffet, unfortunately there isn't a location that has one close to my house but this one is about an hour from my house and me being up here a lot it's for the most part very convenient, Emily does a great job and I will definitely be back as long as I'm still in this area.

This is by far worst pizza place I have ever order from. First off they had my name wrong. Then I've been waiting for 2 hours and when I called In I was on hold for another 30 minutes, and all they had to tell me was sorry and we will cancel the order of you and you was have a hold on your account for a few day... Our evening carry-out experience had been pleasant enough UNTIL Hubby opened his ultimate cookie to find it burnt to a crisp!! So disappointed . Why the heck would any worker send out food that's literally burnt black on the edges and bottom? Hubby says we won't be back, not even for the super cheap buffet. Didn't even have to happen if someone had been more conscientious.

Terrible! I placed an order and paid with my credit card. It had been over an hour so I call back to check on it and stay on a long hold. When I finally get someone on the line I'm told they don't deliver to my address! This wasn't told to me nor did they even attempt to call me and let me know after I ordered. My card was charged so I was told I'll see a refund in 2 days.

This place is a joke! Came in with a party of 9 and it took them 10 mins to sit us, tables dirty and all sticky, we asked the waitress several times to wiped our table. Came in with a dry rag. If that is not enough we even had to stand up and grab our own silverware and to find out all of the forks were dirty! Sadly I cant rate a -5* first and last time We eat here.

I dont usually leave reviews on large franchise businesses but it's hard to find a good Pizza Hut with an outstanding lunch buffet. Everytime they bring out food, it's gone in 2 minutes or less lol. If you do manage to get some pizza though, the food is very fresh and has a good, rich flavor, much better than any other Pizza Hut I've been to. 5 out out of 5 stars!

This restaurant was so NASTY. I walked in with 3 people. Our shoes immediately stuck to the floor. When someone FINALLY came to us to seat us, they rolled their eyes when we made a joking comment about the floor. When sat, the seats were sticky, the menus were sticky, and the table had some nasty greasy gunk on it. Do not eat it, I repeat, DO NOT EAT HERE.

Not even an apology after having to cancel our delivery order that was an over an hour later than quoted. I understand being busy but everything about this experience was bad. From the ordering process, to when I had to call to check in, to when I eventually called to cancel the order. Since when do you need a two hour window to have a pizza delivered?

Dropped in today to try the pizza and salad buffet… yes it’s back Monday thru Friday for Lunch. Not only was the pizza and salad buffet fresh but service was great… and the restaurant looks great… brand new! When asked, Emily who’s been here 7 years told me she worked 2 months to prepare for this opening. Unbelievably clean! Support this please!

Ordered a pizza, and was told it would take 10 mins. 10 mins later I was there and ready. I was told it was not ready and I would wait a couple mins. I stepped outside and took a smoke. Came back in, still not ready. Waited 5 more mins. I watched the staff try to act busy. Got it home and the pizza was cold and i was not thrilled.

I ordered delivery tonight the big newyorker and side of bread sticks and the shakers of red pepper flakes and parm cheese. My delivery drive was amazing thank you so much! Plus you didn't disappoint my shakers were there pizza hot breadsticks hot really great service all the way around. Thank you all so much!

Not happy. Ordered the Edge Pizza with 3 toppings. App Notification said it was ready at 6:25pm. Order was not delivered until 7:10pm. Why when this location was only 10 minutes away from me? Pizza was cold, hard and separated in the box like it had been dropped. It's a no go for me. Never again …

I had a rough day at work when some friends suggested we do lunch here. Sure I'd had Pizza Hut before, but a buffet....whaaaaa??? Well what a delight it was. The pizza kept flowing like water over Niagara Falls. We ate until our stomachs were content. Will I return?? "Quite possibly" my heart said.

100 health score. 100! You can always tell when the other chains ar spamming fake reviews, or people are trying to scam a free meal. Always some outlandish story about bugs or hairs or improper cooking procedures. This is a solid store in a decent chain. Look past the fake reviews. Good food here.

The pizzas were delicious just as I ordered. They were ready for pick up quickly and the staff was courteous and kind. I had had some issues in the past with orders and having to wait. If this is the new improved version….I’m am very happy and will be ordering more often, as I used to do! ThanQ❤️

This was the choice for the 13yr Olds birthday party pizza was good not great and we were starving and usually everything is great when your starving. The cheese bread had no cheese on it and the bread sticks tasted like they had been sitting in the warmer forever I should have gone to dominos

I actually ordered from the Hermitage location because this location was closed inside. It was absolutely delicious. I haven't had pizza hut in years. I ordered a two large pizza deal with bread sticks and my family and friends enjoyed it. We will be ordering again soon for family game night.

It was good, but I don't know if they had just had a rush because 60% of the buffet needed to be replenished and some of what was left wasn't as hot as I like it. My sister had to request they refill the salad after we were seated. Once notified of the lack of selection things did get better.

Every time I try to put my order in online their website crashes, I then every time I call my order in somehow this also gets messed up, I will say that the cashier is always very kind and they fix the mistake without any issues. But I'm sure their as annoyed with these issues as we are

Ya'll quit complaining about this Pizza Hut. They are good! The cashier took my order well and while it did take longer than expected, the pizza tasted great, the order had light cheese as I requested, and they honored my coupon. Restaurant has buffet, plenty of seating room, and TVs.

Just ordered 2 medium pizzas over the phone for delivery and was told there is a 3 hour wait. The location is 1.7 miles from my home, on a sunday afternoon 5pm......really a 3 hour wait Absolutely insane. I will not be ordering again. Unacceptable business practice.

They had over 200 pizzas going out for a delivery to Opry mills, we were told when we sat to go ahead and get our order in but it still took over an hour. They should've just stuck to delivery only at this point, I read of trying to serve they're small dining room.

Visited 2/8/20 a little after 9pm big guy in the back sweating profusely, wiping his sweat with hands and shirt never sanitizing. I go to tell the Manager Tracey who sitting in the lobby playing solitaire who never looks up and says, "he's not touching the food".

Pizza Hut's quality of pizza is on a decline. Their pizza back in the 90s was enviable; now the pizza is dry and flat. I have been to several locations and they are all the same. Delivered pizza is the worst. The only saving grace is their personal pan pizza.

It took an hour to get 2 medium 3 topping pizzas and than when we got them delivered it was horrible!! I asked for hand tossed! What I received was 2 thin crust toppings were burnt! I mean seriously!! This was by far the worst pizzas I have ever tried to eat

Ordered Big New York pizza. Obviously you have to order meat topping extra. We had no pepperoni on the pizza. Showed pepperoni as the special. So it tasted great. Breadsticks and mozzerella sticks were great. Pizza would’ve been perfect except no pepperoni

Love Pizza Hut, but... didn't get greeted at door to be sat at table. Sat at table for quite a while, the server never greeted me. Another staff came out from behind counter to get my drink and silverware. C'mon, this is not expected at Pizza Hut stores

I have a weakness for pizza hut. Take anything I say with a grain of salt. Their wings are spot on. The deep dish meat lovers pizza is to die for...possibly literally. The thing has got to be terrible for me but like I said...its a weakness.

The worst pizza in the world. To anyone who reads this never order from pizza hut. It was cold, had no sauce and only had one topping out 3, and the service very poor and foul language. DO NOT GO TO THE PIZZA ON LEBANON ROAD IN DONELSON TN.

Shout out to the employee named Tiffany! She was patient and friendly in dealing with me in making a online-order carryout mistake. I tried to complete the survey online and was having troubles with the code on my receipt for some reason.

Ordered for delivery to our hotel lobby. They said 1 hour but delivery came 2 hours later. Few kids didn't get to eat because they had to leave for competition. Disappointing. They could just be honest from the beginning when asked.

Great customer service! Geoffrey, the manager, spent his own money to get my heartbroken son the item he wanted from the claw machine. Definitely above and beyond. Restaurant is clean, food is good and delivery is always fast.

Their customer service was great, unsure if it was because we were the only ones there. The tables did not seem very clean, as in there was a layer of something icky even though they had clearly been cleaned. Food was good.

Hey Pizza Hut. Its the staff at Donelson Massage Center! We love your pizza and service. Pizza was super hot. We got the supreme stuff crust. It was cooked perfect and staff was friendly when we ordered and picked up!

Place was a madhouse for lunch rush, but the staff handled it perfectly! They took our request for custom pizza orders and kept the cheese pizzas coming since we had 4 kids who were only interested in cheese pizza.

The food was pretty good, but the service wasn't all that great. Not sure if I just went at a bad time or if that's how it always is at that location. I'll probably give them another chance to see how it is again.

I ordered wings which were ready upon my arrival. I ordered a salad to go and had no problem adding this to my order. My problem is that the salad was not fresh. The toppings were alim to none for the $5 price.

Had lunch there today.... 5 bucks is not much for a buffet, but it was more than their bland offerings are worth.... Cici's is better because at least at Cici's you can get one to order added to the buffet !!

Best meat lovers pizza in town, staff are great at Lebanon Pike location. Not many more dine in pizza places to eat at SO help keep a good thing going visit them or the dinning could close like so many have.

Pizza had incorrect toppings/style. Part of order included hand-tossed crust and extra cheese, but pizza arrived with thin crust without extra cheese. People were awesome and delivery was fast though.

Worst pizza hut I had in a long time food was cold, missing topping , had to call to find out where my order was... I'll never eat this one again... plus the manager didn't even try to make it right.

Ordered Supreme pizza online. When we got it home there was no onions or green peppers. Ticket indicated that it was requested that those toppings be omitted. Not aware that we requested that online.

I go every Wednesday to get wings. They are always hot and ready when I get there and I am always greeted by the awesome staff. Richard always goes out of his way to make sure my order is correct.

Awesome experience! We love this location because they have a salad bar. Their staff is very professional and pleasant. The Store manager always makes sure you are being well taken care for.

Great location right next to Kroger. Placed an order for carry out and it was done in less than 15min. They currently have a promo with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and my kids loved it!

The place smelled like a portapotty. Pizza want that great but hey it beat waiting on papa johns. They said it was going to 2 hours before they would even take our order at papa johns.

I was told that my order wasn't ready but it was handed over to the customer in line behind me. They did nothing to accommodate me for having to wait on a second pizza to be remade.

Pizza Hut has severely cut back on its quality, specifically the amount of cheese that comes on a pizza is just ridiculous, considering how much you charge for your products.

Great stuffed crust pizza. Their dining room has been closed sincr Covid, but they say they're working to get it open again by July. Good and friendly service.

My order took 1hr 30mins to be delivered cold. Wings ordered but they left them. Cold drink hot. So drink hot food cold and items missing. Hell nawl Jeffery.

Place stinks! Smells like sewage! employees looks dirty. Especially the big black guy and the white lady in the back that makes the pizza.

What else can I say. My pizza was prepared much better than I expected. Toppings and especially the cheese was just what I asked for.
