Went on 50% week, so I understand they were busy. I ordered a pizza on April 28/23, asked for brooklyn pepperoni, extr cheese, pineapple, and bacon. Got bacon and pineapple but no pepperoni, and no extra cheese. When I called, they disputed it with me over the phone saying that’s not what they see on their screen, but my email clearly states I had ordered what I said I did. The “manager” said in order for them to do anything I would HAVE TO COME INTO THE RESTAURANT… in person!!! To show them my email as proof, instead of just giving me a 10 dollar credit over the phone which would be good customer service. I am appalled that I had to put off my dinner and bring my pizza back, along with my phone just to prove what I was saying and to get 10 dollar credit for my pizza. What a joke, never have I ever had such bad customer experience in my life. The so called manager of this restaurant needs proper training in customer service… this left me so angry and just reinforces why they have a 3.9 rating on google, also, when you ask for extra cheese, it should be added as it’s expensive!! Bunch of cheapskates.. worst dominos I’ve been to.

I never thought I'd be this anxious to write a review about a Domino's Pizza. But here we are... Last night, during the most massive storm of the year, I went to go pick up my Pizza order from the local Dundas Domino's. I walk in, and everyone is hustling as they are extremely busy tonight of all nights. The place is spotless, organized and the moral was sky high. Everyone is locked in, getting orders in and out with a smile. The communication, the team effort and structure of getting hot pies out asap. Even the 3 drivers were in and out with a smile, stoked for the next order. Am I in the wrong profession? Why do I all of a sudden wanna work here? March 3rd 2023, to the entire crew working there that night (especially the fella with the Aviators) thanks for getting the job done. The pizza was great btw. Owner should be pumped to have that crew. Whoever they are, 5 stars to all of you. I tried tipping but the machine didn't allow it. Big ups. TL;DR- This pizza shop and the crew are amazing. 5 stars.

Look. I like Dominos pizza because of the taste, but when you order.... sometimes you don't get what you ordered. Like today (and other days). When I call back because it's the wrong size and there is no pepperoni on it, they say "sorry we ran out of large pizzas so we gave you a medium" and "sorry we ran out of pepperoni so we didn't give you any" Now... it's one thing if they say that to you in the store, but they didn't say that online and the order went through. I just don't think it's good service to send something other than ordered (they should notify the customer) and then on the phone when I call, be like "ya sorry we ran out." and leave it at that. Edited in: I see other customers have complained about not getting extra cheese when they paid for it. That happens to me too, it's a mystery whether they will give a dried up little crust with barely any cheese or actually put the triple cheese on that I pay for.

At 5:30 on 11/18 we called in an order for delivery, was told 30 minutes. He said we were paying by credit. 6:15 the driver calls us he is at 33 argued that is where he delivers to we are at 41. Uh the street does continue as he was 3 houses from corner and we are just other side. Then he said debit or cash, uh no said visa his machine the battery was dead, he left and returned hour later to get paid. Pizza was good but this delivery person give a poor reflection on your store.

ABSOLUTELY horrible customer service, and services. I had ordered 2 medium pizzas with 6 toppings and a cheese bread with a 2L Sprite, upon delivery I received 1 medium pizza ( box opened, without the usual blue sticker indicating that it hasn't been tampered with ) also received a 2L Coke instead of the 2L Sprite. We called customer service, and they were VERY argumentative and rude. They tried to say that I had ordered the wrong listing and that I didn't use the coupon, we I had infact used the coupon , and I also didn't get a receipt from the driver. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN! I'D ADVISE AGAINST IT.

On Wednesday March 8 your delivery agent left a large pizza on our front porch. In order to do this, the agent climbed 18 stairs and ignored a sign reading deliveries to the back. But I digress. The real point is this pizza was not ordered by us but by someone on Hunter Street. I do not live on Hunter Street and the house numbers are considerably different. The box clearly stated what address the pizza was to go to and your delivery agent missed it by a mile. So if someone complained last week about not getting a pizza, you can tell them the delivery agents didn't read the instructions.

I've been coming to this Dominos for a while now, one of my favourites thanks to Viv & Khrystina. Viv provides exceptional customer service, is very prompt and friendly and she makes amazing pizza. And Khrystina is one of the best Managers I have met. Super professional, friendly and smart! Definitely one of the reasons why I am a returning customer. I picked up a Pizza this evening and Viv like always makes it a wonderful experience. Thank you again to Viv & Khrystina and see you all soon!!

I used to order from Pizza Pizza but i stopped because they provide me with terrible customer service. The last i was there they refused to make me a pizza 15 minutes before they close. so i now give do my business with dominos pizza and it is one of the best things i did in 2019. I love their crunchy thin crust. This place brings me my pizza in 18 minutes every time. good customer service. well done to the whole team! This place has gotten me well fed at the most desperate times.

Worst service , i ordered 4 dippings last time , they forgot to deliver them and i and all my friends ate pizza without it . Moreover , today i specially called the staff about dippings that they forgot last time to deliver dippings still they send 1 dipping instead of 2 . How careless the staff is ?? Even i remind them to do not do that silly mistake still they did it worst store ever .

Great staff and great service from this location, however, if the store is closed you need to update the website to accommodate that. Placed an order at 2am and received a phone call right away saying the store was closed, fair enough but they hung up on me mid sentence. Had to call back to confirm my order was cancelled, make sure your website and actual store times are accurate!

I ordered from here a while ago. Ordered online, the pizza took over an hour to get here when I live fairly close (the driver said the gps took them in the wrong direction, which is not their fault but unfortunate for everyone involved). When the pizza arrived it was stone cold.

We order medium pan pizza with Brooklyn pepperoni because it isn't spicy and it's put on top of the chase and square cuts so much easier to eat than the triangles. All our pizzas have been absolutely amazing and the cost for that pizza is $9.03 one of the best crusts I've ever had when they cook it well enough because it's like a great Italian bread on the bottom

For a pizza chain, the quality that gets delivered is above average and never fails to disappoint in taste. While I usually prefer to have a good local independent pizza place, the one in Dundas tastes bland and cuts corners on quality and quantity. This Dominos has gotten us through most of our pizza nights and their weekly deals are fairly good for our budget.

The 50%off pizza deals are a favourite. It’s usually a busy time to order so sometimes you do have a missing topping or request well done and it’s not. But overall the pizza is delicious and usually ready when we arrive to pick it up. The Dundas staff has always been friendly and accommodating for requests of napkins, dry chilies and plates if we need them.

The worst dominos in the city! Worked here for a few shifts and left because the staff told me how gross the food really is and I myself haven’t been paid for any hours I worked. All I have to say is you’re supporting a guy who rips you and his staff off.

As far as big pizza chains go, this pizza slaps. Getting a decently priced pie on a broke college student budget is a plus too. Shoutout to the daytime worker Vanessa as well. She's there every day I come to pick up and serves with a smile. That can't be easy when you're grossly underpaid but she does it! 5 stars!

Dominos Dundas always delivers to my house in Greensville, and the pizza is always hot and delicious! Unlike Pizza Hut, who is actually closer to us, but they refuse to deliver to Greensville during peak hours. Insane!! Dominos will get our business forever. NEVER supporting the previously mentioned place again!

This location is consistently busy but always prevails to bring lightning fast delivery’s and terrific customer service, lead by the friendly in store manager, Viv, who always has a smile on her face! My personal favourite choice is the parm bites, but be sure to ask for breadstick shake for extra flavour!

Really disappointed. Ordered well done and upon pickup asked for the chicken tenders to be put back in as they were not well done. The individual took the box put it behind the counter and handed it back 2 minutes later. They were never put back in the oven. I dont appreciate the deceit and won't be back.

The 3.9 rating doesn’t do it justice. I live out in the boonies and my pizza is so hot I need a fan to blow on it. My order was delivered when they said it is was going to be delivered! Get some ranch sauce to go with your order and you’ll be better off then two bumble bees on a basil bush. Cheers!

Bill and Joy absolutely crushed it today. Bill banged out our pizza exactly as we expected, and Joy got it here in short order, still piping hot. the web notifications were spot on. It’s Dominos, it’s not fancy, but they got me exactly what i was expecting in less time than i anticipated. 5/5

Each time I've ordered from this location the pizza is awesome. Good amount of toppings, cooked well, and staff has always been polite. Even when I order deliver the drivers are kind, and most of the time high energy. The breads are always great too! My go to pizza place in Dundas!

I've never had a bad pizza from Domino's. I often drive quite a bit out of my way to go to this particular shop however because they are not stingy with the ingredients. The staff members are nice, and the pizza is good, and that's just about all you can realistically ask for.

Horrible horrible horrible. Do not order from this location. The customer service is atrocious. We hosted a small birthday party and these guys got our order totally wrong, refused to rectify and we never got our pizza. Don’t take any chances with this location.

They made a mistake, on the order they were decent enough to try and replace it.... One hour later I followed up.... Then had to call again after another hour, turns out they said that they left 2 VOICEMAILS and I received no phone calls

My wife ordered online asked for WELL DONE called to make sure and again asked for WELL DONE. IT WAS SOFT AND SLOPPY. We don't like our pizza undercooked. This has happened 3 times in a row. Complaints seem to mean nothing to this place.

This has been my Domino's of choice for like five years now. The ol' reliable. I know I can count on these guys for a solid pizza that comes in a reasonable time frame. They're super consistent and I love the pizza tracker.

Ordered there for the first time, large pizza, no way was that a large. The wings were soggy not crispy and the bbq sauce that I thought was on them was just seasoning. $46 for this, another pizza place off my list.

Pizza is good and all, this place specifically is charging $15.99 for their large pizza and other locations are charging $12.99. On their website it literally says $12.99 so these guys are over charging for it.

Our party got food poisoning after eating here and it was a really awful experience. I will avoid this place and this branch at all cost! They were also very rude when I called and informed them of the issue!!!

Ordered from here for a long time. Last few weeks the quality isn’t where it it should be. Not sure what they’ve changed, likely cut back on something. But it’s not good. Sadly I’ll have to find an alternative.

Most of the staff working at this store is deaf or on cannabis. Waited 10 min for an order which is alread ready. The staff should quit this job and go to social assistance which would suit their behaviour
