I ordered by phone today and a girl answered,she sounded very rude right off the start and sounded like she did not want to be working. She had alot of attitude, I usually order from them by phone and the gentleman are always nice and provide good service, But the girl that served me today was the complete opposite. She didnt even tell me how long the order was gonna be and the total she just hangsup the phone, did not ask for my name (very unorganized). I also ordered pop and extra sauce and she did not even give them to me and I paid for them already (Did not realize until I got home)! The pizza did I ordered did not even have enough sauce and toppings, the honey garlic chicken had sauce only at the bottom with only at least (2 tablespoon of sauce). When I got there to pickup, her attitude was way worst! I said I wanted to pick up my order and she didnt even ask she was just charging me for the pizza, I told her I ordered the wings too. Again she just didnt seem like she wanted to be working there, by far the worst customer service I have ever received with this company. Their store does not look sanitary and clean as well and was not impressed.

Two bad experiences 1st visit ordered 4 different items not available 2nd visit Specific google search Queens Pizza Upper Paradise took me to other location Again items at this location not available Expressed my frustration and staff didn’t handled professionally but informed me I was rude for speaking my dissatisfaction. Never once apologizing for there lack of inventory like I was in the wrong for ordering items on there menu. Heads up if you order the Rotisserie chicken you must order in advance not stated on any of there marketing Was there waiting for order and observed not a single employee wash there hands once during my 25 minute wait while handling different foods and orders including employees coming in from outside right into kitchen handling orders No mask gloves or any concern about public health and hygiene. Prices are great but Food handling procedures and customer service are a zero out of 5. I strongly recommend just find another place to eat. I guess it’s true you get what you pay for and hopefully not sick

Absolutely. Horrible. Customer. Service. Older gentleman was delivering my order, and forgot to charge me for an item. Came back a couple minutes later and began accusing me of 'intentionally' not paying (???). Take into account that I have been a loyal customer for several months, and have always paid for every single order without fail. Fine, no problem. Maybe it was some sort of mistake or misunderstanding. I immediately pay without any hesitation and think that's the end of it. Nope. He continued to keep making these snide and rude comments before finally walking off. Even tried to intimidate me by saying he "knows where all his customers live" (LOL what a joke). Extremely unprofessional. Last time I checked, it was their responsibility to make sure they charge the right amount⁠—not mine.... They have no level of respect for their customers!

We've tried a lot of pizza places and this was by far the worst we've ever had. We got thin crust and it was overcooked so the crust was hard, like croutons. Amount of toppings was fine. Chicken looked overcooked and pepperoni tasted burnt. When I picked up, I tried really hard to look past the inside because it was FILTHY. Walls in the customer area were DISGUSTING, garbage can was also gross, front counter was clutter and had crumbs, sauces in a basket on the front counter looked like they hadn't been wiped off ever with sauce all over the lids. The one benefit was that the back counter that I could see from the front looked relatively clean. I can only imagine what the areas that we can't see look like. Needless to say, we will not be returning. A shame because they're close by.

Had lunch one day and ordered my pizza right before the student rush came in. Luckily i got a seat or else I would have to stand. The pizza was made quick, smells and looks good. But taste very bland. There's no taste to my pizza, the sauce and the topping were not strong enough. The dough was done correctly and that's halfway there. Just need to get your sauce, cheese and topping right and you'll be good! Overall, I gave it 3stars for the experience but for the pizza rating, I gave it 1pt for the dough, 0pt for the sauce, 0pt on the cheese, 0pt on the taste of the toppings and 1pt for the portion/price. That's 2/5 the my pizza rating.

Terrible customer support. I created online account and always placed order on website. In my account it states i am eligible to redeem the points but there is no voucher/promotion code. When i called at store I inquired about same and than the phone was just transferred from one person to another. No body had a clue what they were advising. After explaining the issue to each employee separately, they told me a manager will call back and there is no time frame. The staff was so arrogant,rude and unprofessional as if they did not cared at all. I guess that’s how they function ! Overall terrible experience with this store. Ridiculous!

I would love to give the two older folk that work there 5 stars. But ever since they’ve brought in the three(?) new younger staff the quality has plummeted. I liked the fact they had affordable and decent quality food. In these last couple of months it’s become a coin toss as to what will be the issue this time, whether it’s undercooked, drowning in sauce, or just down right forgotten about and laughed about when I go to pick up my order and it hasn’t even been started. I want to continue being a regular but unless somethings done about the consistently declining quality I can’t justify paying for food that ends up in the trash.

MULTIPLE HAIRS IN PIZZA, CHICKEN BONE IN FRIES Employees hung up on me when I called to inform them of what I found. Ordered a pizza to celebrate a special occasion last night I found hairs in my pizza, and a chicken bone in my fries which I bit into and nearly choked!! Very disappointed and will not be going back and I warn others against going here. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this was a bit too much for me :( I tried calling and the staff were very unhelpful and just hung up on me. I would like a refund as the food was inedible after we found these things.

Ordered slab pizza and 30 wing combo for $36.99 plus taxes. Picked up order and was told hot and mild sauce was $1 extra. They never mentioned that on the phone when I placed the order. Why? Over the last 3 visits, increase in prices from one week to the next, inconsistency with quality of food and now adding spontaneous additional price at time of pick up for wing sauce. We have been a long time customer of this place over the last 10 years and now it's time to look elsewhere. Beware next time you order from Queen's Pizza.....might pay more, receive veggies that should be thrown in the garbage, pay more for two sauces.

We have been ordering pizza from here for the last few years. New management took over and the pizza, wings, fries and garlic bread is always fresh, and delicious. Will continue to order and enjoy the food Review has changed. Not the same anymore. The last two times we have ordered, something was missed in our order. Today, our chicken wings were rotten. You know when the wings taste rotten and have a smell. They were called right away but this is unacceptable. We will not be ordering from there anywhere and they were told that on the phone. Ordering from somewhere else. Be careful, new management, and horrible.

This used to be my go-to spot for the last couple years but recently quality has gone down. I ordered on their promoted website and it said an hour for delivery (which is crazy because the GPS literally has my house 3 minutes away) but after over an hour and a half I still had nothing. I called and they just said they were busy, I gave them a heads up that at this rate they don’t need to send the pizza because I won’t be paying for it regardless but sure enough it shows up another 20 minutes later (now over 2 hours) and the pizza is stone cold along with the wings I ordered. If I could give a new zero stars I absolutely would. Hands down the worst pizza I when ever had in my entire life. First off, I called to inquire where the food was as they informed me it would be 20-30 minutes for Delivery. After an hour I called and they told me I was lying about the estimated delivery time and that they were on the way. The pizza was so cold and hard. No sauce and undercooked. The wings are LITERALLY BLACK - please refer yo photo. I have never given a negative review but this was necessary. I called and spoke to a man who ended up hanging up on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I usually always come to get food every once in awhile. The last visit though, the gentleman that cashed me out charged an extra me $5 dollars more then what was on the bill for my order. I was lucky I was paying attention to the paper with my order on it. I don't get how two $3 items turn our to be $13? The man didn't even want to give me a copy of the original paper with the correct total on it. I am never coming back. People please pay attention to how much your being charged. I wouldn't be too surprised if they have taken more then what your charged on a regular basis.

Maybe the pizza is good - I will never know. I called to place an order for delivery and the customer service was craptacular. The lady I spoke with seemed irritated that I called and told me I lived too far away (I live 4 intersections away - truth). I was told if I still want the food I have to pay extra due to the distance (which I totally get if I was ordering from a town over, not a few intersections). Anyway, maybe they make super awesome pizza but I took my business elsewhere because I was too stubborn to order from them after getting a whiff of their rude 'tude.

I've ordered from here a few times and it's been good. Today, I ordered a pizza and it took an hour and a half to arrive. I live 5 minutes down the street. By the time the pizza got to us, it was freezing cold. On top of that, the chicken on the pizza was rotted or spoiled or something, it was completely inedible. I called A1 immediately to inform them of the bad pizza and long wait and they just said that they know their pizza is good. They eventually offered me a $5 credit and promised the next pizza would take an hour or less. I won't be ordering from there again.

I am a frequent customer so I am aware of the usual quality of the pizza. But today I came in to pick up my 2 boxes of pizza that I ordered and both boxes looked at least a day old, if not more. After I went back in, the customer service was not understanding and denied that is was old, even though it was clearly obvious. They didn’t bother giving a refund, or even making a new pizza. I gave back the box and they gladly accepted it and it looked like they were ready to serve it to other customers. Very disappointed and will not be coming here again.

Went there today for the third time, big lineup in Paradise Subs. First time the pizza crust was raw, and I mean raw, I nearly choked. Second time, I ordered wings, I should have called Rockets or Little Cesar's across the street. Today second slice in 3 years and crust not proofed or baked completely through. Not raw like the last time. Weird after taste. In this time of COVID, no hand sanitizer to be seen and no reason to believe they are wiping down the shakers. Courteous staff. How this place gets more stars is beyond me.

Ordered 2 cheese pizzas, when picked up looked like it sat there for a day or 2. When my mother went back and asked for new pizzas or a refund, they did neither. He made a bold face lie saying the pizza looks fresh when it did not, staff and management handled this poorly. My family and I order from here twice a week and know that the quality they usually give out, unsure why they even challenged it. Will not be ordering from here again and will get others not to as well.

The prices change depending on the employee, which is annoying. Sometimes a slice is $2 and sometimes $3. Usually, the $2 slices and $0.50 garlic dip are a great deal and hit the spot for a greasy cheesy slice. This location is inconsistent, however, and visibly dirty. I've had hair baked into my slice and they didn't offer a new one. Employees barely speak English most of the time and it's difficult to communicate. I'd avoid and go to the Queen location for cheap za.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Would not allow to swap our pizza since chicken was selected by accident and we wanted bacon. Yet on the phone when we called to tell them what happened they never said “you have to pay for a new pizza”. The chicken is not normal chicken it taste like shawarma or curry chicken. You might want to rectify your horrible customer service. What if I had an allergy to your chicken? Your still going to make someone pay? Pathetic.

Just ordered 2 large pizzas, wings and wedges. The pizzas were undercooked and very little flavor. One pizza was just bacon bits but not many bits were on it. The other pizza was mushrooms, pepperoni and bacon. All 3 toppings scarce. Wigs barely had any sauce and some undercooked. Wedges were not great. The best thing was the garlic bread. Who ever is making the food, should not be. Wont order from here again.

Friendly and courteous service. A good place for $2 pizza slices especially when they have the non regular cheese/pepperoni flavors like the custom Hawaiian with peppers and chicken added (photos posted) or the meat lovers pizza. You can even get a jumbo 1 ingredient pizza for only $12 taxes included on pick up. If you want good value for your money vs other pizza joints then give this place a try.

Poor customer service. They close well before they state on their website. Won’t take your order at 2:30am (for a simple 1 topping pizza) when they close at 3am. This place used to be good, food quality has gone down too. If you do order from this place, don’t order in person, use their website or you’ll end up with dynamic and usually higher pricing depending on who is at the counter.

I love this place! The only place in Hamilton you can get 2 orders of poutine plus garlic bread with cheese for 2 people PLUS delivery for less than $20...and it's actually really good, big portions. They also make pizza, subs, wings, salads...just about anything you could desire for dinner or a midnight snack. Did I mention they are open till 3am some nights? Unbelievable!

This place is absolutely disgusting, I found a wire from what looks like a cleaning bristle in my chicken wings, I went here late at night over the weekend because it was the only place with chicken wings this late at night, the chicken was extremely dry, the bones were black, and were not appetizing. I ordered from this location 2ce. Both times my wings came with no sauce, Or such minimal sauce that you wouldn't even notice its even there. Didn't even offer a discount or free item after waiting all that time. I was a frequent customer and now I Will never order from here again.

We had two medium pizzas and they were sooo good! We usually order from the big pizza chains and never again... this is our new go to pizza place. The crust was perfect and the toppings were generous. I was hesitant to order from them because of some of the bad reviews but glad we gave it a try. I would order with them again.

Excellent pizza and really good wings. We order here at least once a week (usually Friday for movie night!). They are so generous with toppings, and the wings are crispy and taste so good. Get the wing sauce on the side for best crispness!! For the price, this place beats any other joint around hands down. I love it!!

I ordered 3 XL pizza 25 plus 10 extra wings it was the worts pizza I have ever ate. The pizza dough was old the wings were all broken , the pizza had no sauce, I complained couple times they said they will fix it this time they will do better. I paid over $62.00 it wasn't worth it. Absolutely the worst I have ever gotten. Very little toppings. Didnt like the sauce. Garlic bread was small. Wedges over cooked. Very little sauce on the wings that were over cooked and tiny. Just ordered 60 wings to go, with sauce on the side. And the wings were so dry and dark. They used old oil thats why its dark and is over fried thats why its dry. Bad service, rude staff…..this place has gone downhill. Finding another pizza place! Well, from the reply from management you now know why we will be finding another pizza place. This is after being loyal customers for many years. Nice way to retain your customers by being rude and unprofessional.

Our family loves the Pizza and Wings combos. The toppings are high quality and the wings are large and always with lots of sauce. The party pizza with 2 topping is a great deal and can feed our family of 5 easily. Also we like that some combos come with a loaf of garlic bread. Highly recommended.

Just had 3 orders of mozzarella sticks delivered (along with some other stuff). Every single mozza stick had literally zero cheese in them. I'm not saying there was very little cheese, I mean literally an empty deep fried shell with no cheese inside. Absolutely terrible, would not recommend.

Great pizza and wings deals. They do a super job on them and delivery is quicker than they quote. Once ordered fish and chips and a couple other non pizza non wing items and they were awful tasting and overcooked. Stick with the pizza and wings and you'll be more than impressed though!

Well I’ve given 5 stars hence the Pizza’s are beyondd delicious. But I’m writing this review because the service too was overwhelming. I took my bestie to queens to take away pizza’s for her birthday party and they gladly offered a couple of extra toppings. Long live Queen’s Pizza!

Great prices, great food. We've used both pickup and delivery, both are convenient. The only reason that they are missing a star is for their garlic bread and side veggies. I honestly don't know why they bother. However if you want pizza and/or wings this is the place to go.

Normally my kids love pizza...tried this place and they actually did not like it at all...didn't even finish the slice..there was almost no cheese, and very little sauce. And the 1 topping pizza had very little peperoni. Won't be back. The crust was soft..which was good.

When you first click on the website a page shows a price list of specials. Ordered a 2 for 1 medium pizzas special saying 17.99. When order was actually placed was billed for 23.99. Promo page and actual price when ordering very different and misleading.

It is so hard to describe how bad this pizza was. After I ate this pizza I couldn't eat pizza for months. I used to eat here all the time but the ownership changed. I lived in Canada 40 years and this was the first time I threw pizza in the garbage.

I have been ordering pizza from Queen’s pizza for more than a year now, there service is always top notch. The best thing about the store is there prices in comparison to other stores, they provide delicious food for a very affordable price.

This place used to be fantastic, and still is if the right people are working. Two older people are great when they make the food, same with the owner. But all the kids they recently hired disrespect the business every time I order.

Their delivery price is out in the sky. I ordered a X-large Cheese pizza normal price is $11 for pickup. but the same pizza costs $20.35 if they delivered it even though their delivery is free. This is not right at all.

wanted some pizza later at night, was given cardboard pizza that tasted awful. And the garlic sauce tasted nothing like garlic sauce. empty drinks all over, handprints on windows, and overall just unsanitary and gross.

Poor selection of slices. Only had ham and pepperoni. This has happened on numerous occasions. I cannot eat any sort of pig. Neither can about 25% of the Ontario population.

I visited here a week ago .I like the taste of the pizza it's too yummy specially the chicken wings with honey garlic dipping .even the employees are also very cooperative

We ordered two sides of veggies and they were inedible. It was absolutely disgusting, We also had garlic bread with the order and there was no garlic butter on the bread.

Last night I bought a large pizza from Queens and it was the best tasting pizza I've had in a long time. The dipping sauce was delicious as well. Good job guys!

It’s good pretty good when I order at night time. Once I got it at the day time and there was barely anything on the pizza. But now the quality is good again.

Great pizzas. Generous on toppings and their garlic dipping sauce is the best. Crust is very bread like which I enjoy a lot. Price is unbeatable too

I got a slice of pepperoni here. It was a very thin crust. Not heavy on the sauce. It had a nice spice to it and was not to bad, for a cheap pizza.

Don't let the look of the run down place fool you. The pizza is good, the employees are pretty friendly and its a good pie for the price. Thanks!
