Dots is an interesting place that never really ceases to amaze me. As I guy I didn't expect to find anything here, as a 6' 4" man with size 14 hoofs, that's usually the case. Dots is slightly crowded, but only because they pack a lot of value and quality in the Westbrook store space they lease. I was in there as a last resort to find a dress shirt as I needed a new one that fit. The tales heard exchanged between pilgrims of this place held a certain appeal. My lady always finds something she likes here, and it never really costs a lot. Alas I found a dress shirt that fit me better than the one I paid 50 dollars for which felt like it was thinking as sin. It also felt much higher in quality than the other and only cost 15. My lady and I discovered that the pants from there were actually from the bay originally and the original tag was for 119. Dots and them for under 30. Actually, i gave them my email and earned 30% off of everything to the 4 great things we got my girlfriend only came to a total of 37. The original tags said it should have been 278. Dots said 41.10 and I saved money. Check it out.

I used to love shopping here for the unique fashion and great deals. However, more recently I've noticed that the customer service is way below par. I was in the store 20 minutes before closing time, and a salesperson approached and said "we're closing soon" in an unfriendly tone of voice. I was then abtuptly asked "are you ready yet?" by another lady, and after I paid for my item, a 3rd lady approached and (sounding annoyed) said "we need to close the doors." It was still 8 minutes to closing and there were other customers in the store (who I noticed were not spoken to in the same manner; apparently if you don't look "rich" you get treated as lesser here). Finally, as I made my way out of the store, the first woman came back and walked directly behind me until I was out the doors. Unbelievable.

If you love to hunt through winners you will probably like dots. It’s like winners but good brands and not trash quality . This location is smaller but the pricing and selection is better than the huge Edmonton one IMO. The Medicine Hat location is good too ! I love that I can get quality clothing for really good prices. I loaded up on French dressing jeans for 15$ each last time I was there . Part two brand wool jacket ( only 99$!?!?!) and part two sweater (32$!?! ) I picked up from there I get so many compliments on . Only room for improvement I could possibly see is expanding into more housewares and accessories so I can ditch winners entirely !

The ladies are awesome here. Been shopping here over 36 years . There is always something to find. You must go there, be patient and be ready to check and rummage through the racks. Please pick up stuff you drop. These ladies ladies work hard to make your shopping experience fun. Prices you can not beat. Lovely down to earth staff . Better than consignment stores. I have found incredible deals at Dots over the past several years - the quality of clothing and the deals are much better than Winners. I see complaints on here about the small space and large quantity of clothes to sort. I suggest going when you have adequate time as the savings and unique clothing styles are worth it. The staff have always been very helpful. I highly recommend a visit to Dots.

Did you know that they sell Urban Outfitters here for like $2-$5? I was pretty into that. Got a cute sweatshirt from another brand here. Lots of cool stuff to check out at reasonable prices. Would like the store more if there was more room to move as the racks and other displays are really crammed in there and can be difficult to navigate through, especially if any other shoppers are around.

If you are willing to hunt a bit, it can be awesome. Unfortunately not too much for men. There is some, but maybe one tenth of the women's options. Really wish there was more for us dudes. Hint, hint. Nudge, nudge. My wife got a bunch of bathing suit/ bikinis and sun dresses for Mexico for literally pennies on the dollar. Great value.

I shop almost exclusively at Dots. It's like your friendly neighbourhood Winners; I have found so many incredible deals here. It takes a little work, but the payoff is worth it. My best haul was when I purchased about 8 brand name items for a whopping total of $43.

My favourite store and strangers always compliment me on the clothing I’ve bought here over the years. It’s like a thrift store vibe but everything is new. All my favourite pieces of clothing are form dots I’ve been shopping here for over ten years.

A really wonderful place to go to find great deals on clothing. Most of which are for women of all ages and sizes and not a lot for men but you can't beat the prices there. Great deals on everything. We will be back again and again

They have mens clothing as well, despite what Google says. Great selection and friendly staff. Very tightly packed(to offer you more so don't complain about it!) There is a great selection. I dare you to try and leave empty handed.

Organization is really awful in this store. Not a lot of room to walk around and all the pricing and deals are set up funny. If you have time to sort through the store you could find some nice stuff for not bad prices though!

Love shopping at Dots in Edmonton, friendly and knowledgeable. Calgary store is awful. More than once I've received sub par service, don't dare ask a question of the manager, she'll give you a snarky answer everytime.

Very unorganized store to shop, the clothes aren't organized by size it's just by brands so it's like where do you even start. Not a good shopping experience.

I love this place! I always find gems. You definitely gotta go when your in the mood to look around for a while cause there's a lot packed into a small space.

Awesome deals. Staff are kind to me and helpful. But the men's selection is very poor. Sizing is either extremely small or very large. Pricing is good.

Glorified thrift store. Horrible layout, way too much clothing crammed in there. Prices are fine if you're into digging through It all for days on end.

Worth a browse. It looks like a tacky mishmash at first glance but believe me...you will find many gems at crazylow prices. Staff is sweet as pie!!!

The store manager's altitude of this location needs to be improve. She always behaves impassive and impatience to customers. Totally unprofessional.

I always look out for Dots coupons in my email as to enjoy their deals. I like shopping here for myself and my kids too. Staff are always polite.

I always find the best treasures and deals here! It takes time to look through the vast inventory, don't go on an empty stomach, but so worth it!
