Very dissapointed, I went to the store today to try on some jeans that I saw yesterday during my christmas shopping. I found my size and went to try them on. I asked for a smaller size, tehy didnt have it so decided to take the one thatvI have tried on. I got to the cashier and the same young lady shory hair kind of blondy who helped me the night before with the christmas shopping, she tries to scan the jeans and did noy have the tag, so I went and gran another one for her, she started doing some tag in case I wanted to returned it. Then, she gave me a different price and i showed her the tag and she said ok, then she keep digging in the screen and said thry were more because they were different color. I told her they were in the same pile as the other one, she said no these are different colot even though they looked the same, I told her that I was noy going to pay more when they were on same area, if she could.match the price and she waa overwritting the price, and ahe all the suden said no I cant, sorry. SO, I SAID REALLY, YOU WASTE MY 39 MINUTES IN TRYING THE JEANS AND WAITING ALL WHAT YOU CHECKED IN THE SCREEN, NOW NO JEANS. THANKS FOR YOUR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never going to that store again. Lost a customer for stupid $8-10 diference

I like Reitman's and their clothes, prices are good and so is the quality. But not sure what it is about this specific location, but every time I've gone in (about 5-6 times in the past few months) the service is just awful. The sales people barely greet or acknowledge you, they seem miserable to be working there, and it just really takes away from the shopping experience. Each time I've gone to the till to pay for a number of items, it's like I'm bothering the cashier with my purchase, like they would rather be anywhere but there. Doesn't make for a nice shopping experience and definitely does not make me want to go back to this location to spend my money only to feel awful by the time I leave.

The worst store experience I have EVER had!!! I get better experience at Walmart! The "manager" was too busy to help me with my online return because she was packing up an online order and asked the other girl who was helping someone to come help me. I had to stand and wait for the girl to finish helping another customer. The girl then came over and couldn't even process my return and had to call the "manager" over. The manager then tells me she can't process my return because their system is not working and says there's nothing she can do and I have to call their online number to get this resolved and walks away. Thanks for nothing!

I have never had worst customer service in my life. Went there yesterday and will not be back again based off of how it went. I was shopping for new clothes for a promotion I received and my mom had come with me for a girls day of shopping. There were rude comments made about my moms attire , she was wearing a hoodie. The rudeness continued with other representatives. I have also worked retail, as does my mom and we were both very taken aback by the snotty ness and elite ness these sales representatives have. You work at Reitman's, bring yourself back down to earth. Never have I had such bad customers service.

I love going to this store! The associates are always warm & welcoming and let me know right away about any promotions. Assistance is always offered and the store is set up so that you don’t have to spend a lot of time flipping through countless racks. Very well organized and displayed! It’s so convenient that I can go to one store to get business, casual and athletic wear in one spot, and everything washes up so nice! Great value here!

Love this store and the staff is excellent... but I have to say that I'm disappointed by the new shorter length tops. ( In all styles.. pjs, dress shirts etc). I raise my arms and my belly is exposed. And I'm an xl. It's very disheartening that most plus tops are like this now.. I find myself choosing another store simply because the tops are not long enough. Just wanted to pass that along !

Recently discovered how much I love shopping here. Great clothing and quiet store. Can really dig in and find what I'm looking for. Staff are friendly and helpful. Store is tidy and stocked. Location good and the store is easy to access from 130th. I recommend taking the Safeway entrance instead of the congested four-way from 130th.

My wife says: this Reitmans is lovely! The staff is super helpful, giving honest opinions and very fashionable suggestions. They usually have a very good selection in their clearance section. The only thing is because it's a smaller store, sometimes they run out of sizes quickly. But I love going here to shop.

To be perfectly honest I just went to the store to pick up a few things my wife had bought there, but the staff was very friendly and they had everything that my wife ordered ready to go. This particular store is very clean and well kept and I know my wife said they have quality products.

There were two workers in the store. Which doesn't seem bad until you can't find either when you want to pay. Or their both busy with other customers. Selection seemed great. I found what I came in for (red shirt). Pricing varies from discount area 10-30 to upper 80/90s

Went shopping on November 26, 2022. All the sales associates were so pleasant and helpful today. I big shout out to Cara(hope I spelled her name correctly). She helped me find a beautiful blouse, a top, and some dressy winter gloves.

Saturday sale was amazing. I tried on lots the staff where totally helpful. Ashley was amazing. Fantastic at her job and great at talking and treating people right. All the ladies on Saturday where amazing. Well done

Should update your hours on here. We drove 30 minutes for the 8am opening on Saturday but it doesn’t open until 10am. I know it’s not the specific store, but maybe tell the Google the actual hours.

Always friendly staff, good quality clothing that lasts. I’ve been buying at Reitmans for 40 years in various Provinces in Canada and can always find clothing that is both stylish and fits well.
