This surgery is a JOKE! DISGUSTING SERVICE, they never answer the telephone and when they do they "Magically" have no appointments left, on average I spend at least a minimum of half an hour trying to get through to them in order to even speak to a receptionist. Not to mention their staff is rude, unhelpful and they sound bloody illiterate! The doctors are no better either I had to practically argue with the doctor to have me referred for further medical attention. This practice is a disgrace and needs to be shut down! My doctor told me that if he refers me "I will be doing you a huge favour", how preposterous?! This is the type of attitude me and my poor family have to deal with when visiting this pathetic excuse of a medical practice, they seem to think that by doing their jobs they are dishing out favours....What do we pay our taxes for then? I am deeply dissatisfied with this service and would urge anyone who is looking to register with them to please for the sake of your health and mental well being avoid these "Cow boys" at ALL COSTS!

-Never any appointments available. -Receptionist sounds clueless and is actually very stupid. The other receptionsts have attitude. -The old woman GP needs to redo her medical exams and consider retiring as she refused to give medication for my 5month old who was in pain from having oral thrush which even the receptionist could tell was thrush but doctor said it was milk, pretty stupid as it would be common sense to clean babys mouth after a feed i think i would know whether its milk or not. - very small and cramped place Id rather be cured by mother nature than visit these jokers

I have been with this surgery for a number of years and this is because of the kind caring nature of the doctors and staff. The doctors are pleasent, professional and caring and provide a speedy service. I attended this surgery today at 5pm without any appointment (and a bad flu) and i requested to be seen if possible. The receptioninst asked the doctor and I was seen within a few minutes. This surgery is an asset to the NHS and I recommend joining the practice,

This surgery is absolutely lovely. As you enter you feel the positive vibes from the staff and it feels like they care about you. They always try their best to cater to your needs. The doctors are also very caring and it feels like they genuinely care about you . They give you a lot of respect and try their best to accommodate you to the best of their ability. I give this surgery 5 stars without any hesitation.

Worst surgery i have ever been to,the nurse there has no remorse for kids when giving immunisations also is very rude, doctors had apparently sent off for scan refferals a year ago which I've still not got appointment for, had to change surgeries and delay my sons immunisations, so happy now that I've changed surgeries

Receptionists lying to patients regarding nurse availability. It is impossible for every nurse to be off for two weeks! I was told to go to a walk-in centre rudely. I know for a fact that GPs don't function without nurses, so please don't lie next time.

Worst surgery ever exceptionally rude receptionist. Doctors are not much better. Avoid this surgery they will make you I'll.

Made me an my wife drag our kids here and said the appointment is changed to next week Stupid people

Receptionist needs to be sacked, they barely ever pick up the phone, and are very unorganised.

Always so efficient and so helpful from the receptionists to the Gps.

The doctors and nurse are really nice. Its just the receptionist...
