Not a very good doctor and not a nice man. No kindness or compassion, passive-aggressive, condescending, supercilious. Dr. Kagan has little interest in understanding your issues at any core level or the cause of ailments; he just types on a computer screen not really listening and might offer a useless pill. I dont think he really cares about people/patients and is just going through the motions & collecting a paycheck. Very reluctant to refer to specialists when needed. Give this practicioner a wide berth.
