I have had several people reach out to me for more details on my review. So here is a more detailed update. To this day I live in pain and discomfort. My jaw is severally lopsided, my teeth do not line up and none of them connect properly. This causes me to clench and grind my teeth at night (I never used to). As well as, several of my front teeth to loosen to the point I'm worried I will loose them. All the weight of my jaw rest on a those loose teeth. I cannt bite through anything, not even bread, cheese or a stick of gum. I was told I would adjust and relearn how to chew. I did not. My back teeth never touch no matter how hard I try to shift the weight off my loose teeth. Neither side of my jaw connects at the same time, only 1 side at a time. I have migraines on a regular and tension in my neck due to the issues with my jaw. No, not all this is on the surgeon. Some of this was on the Orthodontist, never go to Great Expresssions for Ortho. Great Expressions took down my review. The biggest problem was two grown men pointing fingers saying that is his job, no that's his job. Back and forth they went, when they did actually communicate. I spent more time trying to get them to work together then they ever did paying attention to me. Neither one helped me. Neither one took responsibility. And the end result is I get to live with a lifetime of hell I cannot afford to fix. I have been asked a lot why I didn't sue. I tried. I was told I would need to hire a specialist, a lawyer who could handle complex cases, a he said he said case. I was advised that more than likely the Doctors would continue to point fingers at the other. I have not had any correction done. I have been advised by 3 seperate Orthodontist I need a specialist. My mouth is so messed up a normal Orthodontist will not go near it. I cannot afford the help I have needed since this botched surgery. There is also a chance I will loose complete feeling in my chin and lower lip if I get another surgery. The feeling is already limited. It feels like my lower lip is asleep all the time. This was a side effect I was warned against. I am glad my review has helped so many people avoid making the biggest mistake of their life. Oh and Dr. Fattahis office did contact me. Of course they will only help if I pay for the surgery again under the same surgeon. I'm not stupid enough to trust him or his staff again.

DO NOT EVER TRUST THIS SURGEON. I had a Septorhinoplasty performed in 2021 following a double jaw surgery from another surgeon. My nose was straight, but I WAS NOT ABLE to breathe through it properly. One of the biggest reasons for my jaw surgery was to correct my mouth breathing/sleep apnea. I was advised to consult Dr Fattahi in regards to my nasal deviation. He then preformed surgery in Feb 2021. Within weeks my nose collapsed and he stated I needed a revision because this was "common". I trusted him because my jaw surgeon did, and he did an incredible job. I had my revision July 2021. Six months later. Which should have never happened in the first place because I was still healing - which I now know. I am left with SEVERE scarring. An insane amount of scar tissue both external and internal. My left side of my nose is collapsed internally and my right side is externally collapsed. I am completely lopsided and NOTHING can be done unless I pau another surgeon a boatload of money to fix HIS mistakes. I am livid. I am so so livid. Not only for me, but for so many other patients that have been botched by this man.

Dr. Fattahi took me from having only one working nostril and having constant sinus infections to being able to breathe and I haven’t had a single infection since my initial surgery. He was very up front that I may need additional surgery once we did the reconstruction and I appreciated that. I had my second surgery for aesthetic reasons and could not be more pleased. He is talented and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I like that I look natural and can’t be clocked as having had a nose job. I can’t recommend him enough!

I have done everything like I was supposed to and 2 years later I'm in constant pain. My teeth don't connect right because my jaw is lopsided, I can chew right and im 100% worse than I went into his office. Wish I had never gotten surgery. I'm 28 and have to live the rest of my life miserable because of this.
