I recently visited a convenience store and had a fantastic experience, thanks in large part to the friendly and helpful clerk named Happee. From the moment I walked in, Happee greeted me with a warm smile and a positive attitude that immediately put me at ease. He was knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. One thing that really stood out to me about Happee was his genuine interest in making sure that I had a great shopping experience. He took the time to ask me if I needed any help finding anything, and he was happy to make recommendations based on my preferences. Overall, I would highly recommend this convenience store to anyone looking for a great shopping experience. The exceptional service from Happee, combined with the wide selection of products, makes this store a real standout. I will definitely be returning in the future

For Carleton students who stay up late or sometimes all night, this gas station is a lifesaver! Snacks cigarettes and so forth ... Oh yeah, how could I forget? Energy drinks! But, I do have to deduct 1 star. Because, during late night time, the staff close up the entrance, and they leave open a small exchange window, like the ones you see in prisons (LOL). I understand, it is for safety and security. But, it is creepy to see it, especially in Ottawa - a safe and quiet town. I am from Toronto - a burly town, that (I presume) is less safer than Ottawa. In T.O 7-Elevens don't take extra security measures, to the extent of locking-up and conducting commerce via a protective exchange-window. But, the window is a trifle thing ... More important, is that the place is there ...

Just went to the Tim Hortons inside here but there were some weird brown things I've never seen before(I worked maintenance at Kemptville Tim Hortons when it first opened ) in the drivers french vanilla but living over 45 minutes away,we were already on the highway and couldn't bring it back or I would have..I even tipped them...I highly dont recommend the Tim Hortons at this location, go to the next one, it's Ottawa theres so many other Tim Hortons (one on every block or two) without strange brown additives included (free of charge & your knowledge)

I have a doubt if the machine system is cheating. I put $50 as a maximum, but put gas only $40 something as it got already full. I got a receipt with the correct amount, but from my credit card statement it is indicated as $50. I wonder if the machine is sending the maximum amount to claim to a credit card instead of the actual amount. Watch out with this gas station. Compare your receipt with the credit card bill, which might be different! --> update. Several days later, the price got corrected. So I raise the score.

Pretty bad service, fraud at the pump, doubtful transaction, hostile employee, equipment worn and disgustingly dirty. I.spoke to the owner at Drummond's headquarters, and the lady acknowledged the situation. In the conversation, I was.told that the station is.rented.out to.Quickie (bad, indeed!), however, this shouldn't be as unfortunate as it was stated to me. You guys better do something about that. I haven't changed my mind after this call, just to add a suspicion that pump #3 would shortchange you.

This gas station is right off the exit to Bronson Avenue so it is really convenient to get gas here. The location is easy to maneuver your vehicle around and has quite a large lot for parking and such. Staff is always polite and helpful. Bathrooms are clean. I like that there is a quickie store here and as well as a Tim Hortons. Having the convenience of buying snacks or a delicious hot coffee is nice. The prices for gas at this location seems to be competitive for the centre town/ downtown core.

Staff gives exceptional service,attentive to small details and communicate nicely.It may seems staff not talking properly but com'on man there are 16 pumps and store to mantain that also in busiest area of town still they seem calm and composed.Apart from that they keep door closed at night,I have seen people geeting furious but think ,it is for a reason.The door may have been locked for security reasons ,something must have happened in past.

It's a pretty standard gas station. The owner works during the week, he's got a good sense of humor once you get to know him. There's pre-paid and after-pay pumps, and at least once a week someone goes to the pre-pay pumps and can't figure it out. There's a Tim Horton's inside so you can grab a coffee with your gas, they also have a bathroom if you need.

Great location! Not just for its convenience and proximity to the highway... They're open 24 hours and have a Tim Hortons inside! Get some gas and park off to the side of the pumps for a quick dash across the street to the McDonald's, get yourself a bite to eat while avoiding the typical Bronson traffic problems as well as the McD's one-way parking lot!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was buying 2 bottles of windshield washer fluid that were on sale for 10$ that came out to 11.40 with tax. I then proceeded to exclame that it seemed to be a bit much. the cashier then rudely interrupted me and then proceeded to tell me that I don't know math and English for 4 whole minutes until I paid and left.

The attendants are friendly but Drummond’s as a corporation seems to be sorely lacking. The machine once ate my card overnight with no accommodation or protection of it being stolen, the machines never print receipts, and the diesel pumps have been broken for weeks now so that you can’t pay outside anymore. Really annoying.

Big gas station. Has Tim Horton's AND Scotiabank atm inside. Used to be open 24hrs (not Tim's tho) has 12+ pumps, lower prices than local competitors. NO car wash. Easily accessible from Bronson exit off hwy#417 WB. Basically right downtown Ottawa! No EV charging, but they've got more than enough options in the city core.

You go there when you have no other choice. Pumps are old and sometimes breakdown. High prices and not so great customer service. Cash counter is managed by students, and they can be insensitive and rude at times. But it is a business that has been around for sometime, offers a few people a livelihood, so giving a three.

I understand that covid restrictions are in place so I asked the man at the counter to authorize pump 5 and placed the money on the counter because he was concerned with me not having a mask on... He refused to authorize even after my daughter went back wearing her mask so we had to go to. Different gas station

My truck ran super rough after filling here with their 89 octane. I knew right when I started filling, the sound the pump made was awful. The nozzle was letting out a bit of either gas or water when taking it out from the pump to put in my tank opening I had to shake it out first. Never again.

This place have joint Tim Hortons within, which was a surprise for me. We all love timmis. Agent on the store desk was very polite and wasy to communicate with him. Help choosing the Gatorade flavor and took extra effort s to find the one I was looking for inside the freezer. Happy customer.

I love this place because they always provide the best prices. I don't enjoy some of the lazy thinking that goes into addressing issues... They kinda leave it to the customer to figure out how to address issues when pumps arent working rather than putting up signs with clear instructions.

Memories and memories of yesteryear is here when you walk in. The place is like walking back in time by 50 years. Inside is modern enough to have a Tim Hortons's so you can get a mixed sense of reality here. The prices are fair and the staff are top notch and know the city fairly well.

The gas at this station is the absolute best for setting random fires. They let me fill just about anything with gasoline, not like those picky employees at Costco that insist I have an approved container for transporting flammable liquids. It's not like I am going far with it.

Self serve pumps with ability to pay at the pump or inside at the cash. Ample space to park if you are looking to grab a bite to eat at Tim Hortons or pick something up for your road trip. Convenient location for highway entrance going either East or West of the Queensway.

The employee working there said there was a 50/50 chance the gas pump was broken lol. All worked fine, can’t complain. Normal interaction at a regular gas station. Edit/Update : New pumps installed. Fast to say the least. But the bathrooms make you want to NOT use them.

worst dam place in ottawa for diesel 2 time this month i stop there to fuel amd pump are working half the time . have to restart 2 time and still not working after 100$ of fuel cant finish filing up my truck ..im a fan of Drummond gaz but not this place

called to ask if they sell bus tickets and was told they dont make bus tickets anymore. i dont take the bus often so i asked what he meant as i was unaware they dont sell them and he said "im not oc transpo lady" extremely rude staff.

The cashier asked me to take my mask off too check my ID for smokes. I am 40 years old, and I look 40. He was very rude to me and was telling me to stop talking. Very rude, not clean(stains on his shirt) and he smelled very bad.

The receipt printer on the pump NEVER works. In these pandemic times when we are all trying to avoid going indoors, they force you to go into the store for a receipt. Buy your gas elsewhere.

I was a paying customer and they wouldn't let my friend use their wash room. In fact I actually spent quite a bit of money at their open pit for landscape materials. Quite disappointed.

Fuel is prices here than almost anywhere in the city because of the location. Convenient with walk-in Tim Hortons, but it would be nice if they supplied alot more grocery products

Great gas station. They seem to consistently have the lowest price in the area. The machines are fairly easy to use and the large screens are easy to read.

The location of the gas station (being on a one way street on one side) is inconvenient. However, I did appreciate the layout and quantity of the pumps.

You need high octane 91 from here, They don't use ethanol for 91. Stay away from ethanol. It's mass up your car. Buy octane 91 from Drummond s.
