Parked here this morning and collected my ticket. Drove forward to be greeted by an attendant that just uttered the words “read the sign”. What sign I said as there is a flashing light sign that read LEAVE YOUR KEYS amongst other signs. Eventually the guy told me that I’ve to leave my keys and they’ll park it, this was after I pulled him up on his attitude and told me to leave. I told him I had pre booked and won’t be leaving. To which he said I can cancel it. I said I’m Parking here as I’m working in town for the day and hadn’t time to for this messing. No mention of valet parking on the confirmation email when pre booking. Valet parking with my work tools isn’t so bad but I wasn’t left with any cofidence after that altercation that was imitated by the attendant. Unreal behaviour from a grown man. Confusing at best coupled with the ignorance of the attendant made this an experience I’ll not be repeating in this place. You can pre book in all the car parks in the area for the same money with out the attitude.
Very difficult unhelpful girl who said she did not care that the ticket machine was faulty . She presented herself and seemed to imply my card funds were insufficient she then left refusing to assist and had to II continue the conversation on card machine 2 which I agreed and presented my card a number of times to no avail eventually she announces I should be on card machine 3 and when I asked her which machine I was talking to her from she relished if was card machine 2 .. please train your staff in customer care skills and remember the customer is always right . Very poor representation of your company a little training would go a long way in fact a very nasty person , not very pleasant and not at all helpful . Look at you your standard of customer care, as a business it is good practice
A seemingly secure parking ramp that is underground. 5 euros per hour for the first two hours, (they did offer a slightly reduced 12 euro rate for 2-3 hours), 20 euros for the day. Parking spaces are relatively small and tight, particularly for larger vehicles. Be sure to drive carefully otherwise your car will come home with an extra dent or scratches. There are self-pay machines so make sure you remember to grab your ticket when you enter. The parking ramp is in a good location, easy to reach Temple Bar and Dublin Castle within a short walk.
Absolute Dump - first and last time ill ever put my car in this so called "car park". Its more like a 16th century dungeon. If you have a relatively large car then you will need sensors or cameras and/or someone to navigate you through the car park. When you try back into some spaces there isn't even a light for you to see what's behind you. This place should be condemned. Come out of here and go to the other Drury Street car park further up the road. It's clean, modern and structurally looks safe.
Great spot and the staff are always a pleasure, good old craic . Can I just add for you who are saying expensive, it is no more expensive, in fact cheaper then same, carparks in the area. Also street parking in that area is Euro 3.50 an hour in less safe streets so I would rather have peace of mind that my car hasn't been broken in to and not stress about how long I have before money is out, for 50 cents.
Convenient and cheap parking in the heart of Dublin city at very reasonable rates. Just take note that it's valet parking only once in the car park and they do tend to ask what time you'll be back at which will dictate where they park your car. Seems a bit unusual the first time you go there but the convenience of location and pricing is worth it.
I love this parking !! I was there 3 days and per one day they charge ONLY 14.50 !!!! Which is totally amazing !!!! They will park your car and get safety back when you want :) and they doing this totally for free ❤️❤️ Definitely I’ll be back !!!!! very professional and kind gentleman’s work there I’m very happy !!! …
Its OK very scary driving down there.....not sure what it used to be. You would need to b very good at parking or have a very small car spaces and areas very small and tight . Parking guys I have to say are extremely helpful. Don t go here unless as I say your really good to park. You will brick it …
Secure and reasonable rates for this part of town. Top tip, check out the excellent coffee and pastries in the attached French cafe. Park here for Dublin 2 and South Side city centre shopping. A cheaper alternative is Ilac Centre or Jervis Centre across the river and still only a 16 min walk to Drury Street.
An excellent car park. Very convenient if you are going to a show in the Olympia Theatre on Dame Street or spending some time shopping on Great Georges Street. It’s also very convenient if you are just planning an evening in Temple Bar. Evening and all night parking is available at very good rates.
This is a valet parking, one needs to wait sometimes at the gate before car is taken away and parked correspondingly. The staff is serious, don't look in the car for belongings and they move really quickly. This is the place for your car to be safe in the Grafton Street area of Dublin.
Good carpark, but quiet pricey if you dont have the budget. a friend told me he paid around €57 one day because he didn't know it was that dear to leave it there that long in the day. So best be conscious as you might be thinking there is a daily cut off that isn't a bank breaker
Have parked here numerous times and always had a positive experience. Valet parking in place at busy times, usually the weekends at no extra cost. The cheapest car park in the area and only a 4 minute walk to Grafton Street. Turning can be tight in places like all car parks
Best place to park in Dublin. I`v been using this car park for over 10 years & have never had a bad experience, they are Fantastic bunch of lads always very accommodating and friendly especially Joe he`s helped me out on numerous occasions with my car.
Rude, ignorant staff. Valet service stopped at 5 pm yesterday so if you were back after that and you had a ticket to exit you could pick up anyone's car keys. Asked where my car might be parked, was told"probably down there somewhere". Never again.
Very very Overpriced, taking advantage of people who are willing to spend money in businesses in town. I now shop in the suburbs, why would I pay 24 euro for a few hours when I can park free in the suburbs and have the same and more shops.
Expensive but thats Dublin ♀️ safe place to park your car its small but usually get a space during the day... Not many spaces on the roads in he area & the other car parks are more expensive so I usually go here …
Insanely expensive. Parked here cause it was the only car park open at 530am. It ended up costing us 56 euro and we came back to an open window. Someone broke into the car but there wasnt anything to take so they left it
Parking facile d'accès, très bien placé en plein centre historique, le tarif à la journée est très compétitif (20€ en 2022) si comme nous vous venez passer la journée à Dublin ! Je recommande fortement !
Secure parking, centrally located and easy to access. Entrance and some of the parking spots are tight enough so would be careful driving any bigger vehicles. But manageable if you are careful.
Nice staff. Tight spaces, but at least staff help with this. It closes early enough, so just make sure that you get your car out of there before. Else you wait until next day.
Very convenient for shopping around powerscourt, George's arcade and right beside the asian market on Drury street. Hourly rate is 3:50 and they park your vehicle for you.
Looks dodgy when you first go there but honestly one of the safest car parks. The lads always help you find a space and if you need help parking. It closes at 10pm.
Handy place to park in dublin, paid online. Only downside is it’s very small and tight inside but we’ve had no issues and have used it a good few times.
It is just a carpark, from where you can walk to the village, temple bar, Grafton street, same street and Stephen green park and shopping mall.
Cheaper than QPark but the facility itself is not great. Cars parked all over the place, staff kinda rude and unhelpful. Wouldn't go again.
Great carpark.. Tight spaces, friendly staff. €20 for day vs €44 in alternatives. Be careful with Google maps, they send to wrong location
The location is in the city center, 4 euros per hour and the parking is very cramped. The place looks like it's going to collapse.
Für die Umgebung der beste Preis zum Parken, leider sehr eng, gerade mit einem großen SUV. Zustand der Parkanlage: sehr urig
Fortunately I googled this place before I entered to find poor reviews didn't want to hand over my car keys in a car park.
Favourite carpark in the whole city and it's the oldest one. Hasn't changed in decades and I hope it never will …
Perfectly good car park, just a bit expensive compared to Cork! Probably a fair price compared to the rest of Dublin!
Good location, clean car park, valeting services on site while you go shopping. Never any problem getting spaces.
they charge me twice on my Easytrip tag, 21€ for 3 hours, 12.60€ and 8.40€ for one entrance avoid this carpark,
This place looks so interesting. It must have originally stored produce for overhead businesses centuries ago.
Feels like the Bastille, looks like a cool basement, smart parking but you might need to be Lewis Hamilton..
3,40€ l'ora, max 15€/giorno. Atmosfera cupa da film.. vabé alla fine è un parcheggio non un ristorante! :D
A great little car park in a very convenient location. Only use it if you can park in tiny spaces though.
For cyclists, the only real option. Just wish there were more of these secure parking locations around
Excellent location for restaurants and shops but the expense of parking here will add to your spend.
Located in City center very close to cosy restaurants and St green shoping centre and grafton Street
Staff are so nice! Great car park, so organised and overall great experience. Highly recommend!
Strange car park you have to give you a key to the guys working there No problem at all though.
The parking spaces are really small, and it's difficult to park. It is also very expensive.
Convenient expensive underground parking, with the possibility of reserving a spot online.
Helpful staff, but difficult to exit if walking out off..needs better access to road level
Always park here when I'm in town, too bad that they're open only until 7 pm on Sundays.
good spot to park Better to book earlier to get price but very close to center of Dublin
Great location, but spaces and turns very tight. Not good for larger cars or SUV's.
Buena zona para aparcar. Queda muy bien situado para pasear en el centro de Dublin.
Staff to direct but quite tight and could be difficult for a less confident driver
It's a convenience to park in this location, but don't expect any more than that.
Great staff. They sorted parking for me when they knew I would only be 2 hours.
Best parking location in the City center. The men there run a great business.
Only use it because of the discount they give to DBS students so thank you!!
Great carpark. Central and usually some spots available on busier days.
no cameras and the fire exit stairwell is unlocked no on site security
Attention ! Dont go if you got big car. Curbs design to scratch alloys
Perfect location for shopping in the city centre. Very safe too.
Ideal place to park in walking distance a lot of shopping areas
Its a car park - city centre good location for bars and clubs.
Grand parking. Bit expensive but what can you do in this area.
Central location close to shops restaurants and town centre
Good Car Park in the centre city but very tight car spaces
Excellent and secure sheltered bike parking and it's free!
Great valet service, nice staff, good bicycle services.
If I could be a car park, it would've been this one. <3
Se encuentra muy bien el lugar , recomendación absoluta
Convenient parking, reasonable rates, great people.
Slightly expensive but in the heart of city centre
Great deal if you pre book for inner city parking.
It's a car park located to my needs great location
Best car park in dublin. The staff are so helpful
Tiny parking spaces in between many old pillars.
Great location, but parking places can be tight.
Getting Morey expensive. But it is very central.
Very useful if you are shopping in city centre.
Great spot to leave the bicycle on a rainy day.
Excellent car park. Very safe and good service
The best car park in Dublin by a country mile.
They park your car for you. What's not to like
Adequate parking in busy city centre location
Pricey, but very handy to South city centre.
Staff are fab. Even offered to park my car.
Grand location for city centre car parking.
Very convenient. Great price. Nice staff!
Oh my god the best place to park your car
Friendly and helpful folks working there
Handy for the city . Great car wash too.
This a good place to park in city centre
Best concierge I have ever come across.
Handy and safe place to park your bike.
Very tight. Not for the amateur driver.
Always park here in town! So central!
Perfect spot to park in city center.
My favorite city center parking spot
Convenient car park in the center.
€15 for all day parking. Not bad.
