I go to this location almost every day. Not once have a rude or horrible experience. However, today in the drive thru I was waiting at the intercom with no one saying “we will be with you in a moment”, after waiting a few minutes of silence (I get it, they’re busy and training new people) I sheepishly say “hello” into the mike and rudely get a response of “we will be with you in a minute”. I should have left right then and there. However, I proceed to order my iced latte (with light ice) when prompted. Patiently wait to get to the window like I do every morning. I get up to the window and am greeted with a smile and a kind woman “your total is X” and hand over a coupon. When I receive my latte however, a woman handed it to me with it filled an inch below the rim. When I order something with light ice, It is always filled up to the top regardless. I ask if she can top it off and she tells me no. “You asked for light ice. If I topped it off it would mess up the recipe”. I love this location, and the lady who gave me my total was kind, so that’s why I am giving three stars instead of two. It doesn’t end there. When I taste my vanilla iced latte, I cannot taste any coffee or espresso. It tasted like sweetened milk. I was not impressed. However, since I am a regular, this experience will not stop me from getting my morning coffee. Since it is close by and I almost never have an experience like this. The staff is always kind to me, but today was just not their shining moment.
This location used to be better. I keep going because it's closest to my house (and there are not many locations in my area) and I am always hopeful the service will be better. A few weeks ago I tried to use my points which would equal to a free coffee and it took the points, but I still had to pay. When I asked about it, I was met with an "I don't know" and felt very rushed to just give him my card to pay instead of being helped - so I paid and points got taken from me. This morning I asked for both a sweet flavor and unsweet flavor. Normally they do 3 pumps of each when getting an XL coffee but it tastes like a weird unsweet burnt flavor (I ordered pumpkin). They only gave me 1 pumpkin pump, which was the sweet and 5 of the unsweet. I normally do not complain about things like this, but it isn't the first time it has happened. I've had a lot of stress in my life and for me this morning, this sweet pumpkin coffee was a little treat/mental stress reliever for myself, and I still paid the same amount. I take partial responsibility because I did not check the tag on the cup. But I still have hope that this location can improve. I'd rather wait a little longer for a good product that I'm spending money on.

Whenever I’m in the area, I often patronize this Dunkin Donuts. The food and customer service have always been great. This morning, however, I can not say the same. I wanted to try the new Beyond Meat breakfast sandwich and get a coffee. I ordered my sandwich, but when I ordered my coffee with double the cream, the clerk (whom I had never seen before) let me know he would have to charge me extra for the cream. On the numerous occasions I have ordered my coffee this exact same way, I have not been charged extra. When I told him this, he very politely let me know he would have to charge me extra. When I asked how much, he seemed to have pulled a random price ($.60) out of nowhere. I told him to cancel the order. He seemed surprised and asked if it was for everything. I very politely responded, yes, for everything. Just FYI to Dunkin Donuts, I purchased a coffee pot because I refused to pay the high cost of coffee at Starbucks every morning. Not really sure how the loss of a regular customer and the purchase of the coffee and sandwich in total was worth $.60 but, hey, not everyone looks at math the same way.
It’s a shame that I live so close to this place yet can never go back. If it’s not the unprofessional, power tripped manager Heba, it’s the massive amount of rudely entitled middle school kids that flood this establishment after school. The manager talks down to her staff and attempts to make them feel as small as possible, instead of trying to empower them and using these moments to teach and train. From experience, as the mother of a former employee, there is no reason for an adult to ever call an employee and yell at them for NOT completing tasks that are clearly defined as MANAGERIAL. In addition, when school lets out and these rude teens flee to Dunkin, they are allowed to continuously harass employees and interfere with patrons. I’ve complained before to higher ups who are only interested in the dollar and keeping bodies in place. No one is accountable. It’s sad that most teens have this as an experience for their first job. Thankfully there are other establishments where my family and I can partake in delicious donuts and coffee without a donut tyrant.
To the owner of this specific location, I understand help is hard to find. However, however, on a slow day like today on a lazy Sunday afternoon, I don’t think that everyone needs to be chatting it up with all of their friends while there are customers in the store. I give my order to the nice girl behind the counter, who has been working overtime, and order my two kolaches. She leaves, and then another girl has to complete my order, getting my iced tea while forgetting the kolaches. I take my order and leave and about a quarter of a mile away I turn around because who likes to eat cold food? I come back in the store and have to interrupt a conversation that they are having, to get my food remade. Even though my food gets remade, thinking that it has been remade not being cold, I leave the store. And halfway home, of course I have cold food. Instead of turning around a second time, I’ll just go home and heat it up and not come back. Lesson of the story is, your customers are your profit, pay attention to your customers.
I went to this location yesterday morning, and their card reader was not working to run my payment. They tried 3 different machines and still no luck. I wish I knew the name of the man that helped me, but he kept trying to tell the manager on duty that they were having issues running my card. I was getting a bit irritated because at this point I was running late for work. So instead of waiting for his manager on duty who was being obviously rude and ignoring the situation he made the decision to just give me my order for free!!! He said because it’s not right for her to ignore you and you are our customer! Although I can’t not remember the mans name (he said he was the baker) I just want to say how grateful I am for the above and beyond service he gave me! It showed he valued my business!! Thank you so much!!! I will definitely be paying this blessing forward! :)
Weekend AM manager doesn't put the donuts out. We all know the managers don't have to get up super early anymore to make the donuts. This guy doesn't even get there early enough to move the product to the front where customers can preview what's available. "They're in the back." Does your six-year-old kid want to go inside and select a donut based upon looks? Can't do it here on a Saturday morning. Want to know which seasonal donuts are available today? Can't find that info out without asking annoying questions. It's been like this for over a month, now. Guess they're discouraging customers from coming inside. Maybe it's more of a drink-based and/or drive-thru business now. Come here knowing exactly what you want. Luckily, there's a Krispy Kreme nearby. Sometimes there you can see the donuts being made.

Pulled up to the drive thru and asked how many ounces were in a S vs M vs L and relayed to my husband on the phone to get his order. Before I could order, lady in the drive thru says “So did you want to order something?” in a very snarky tone. I blow it off and start to place my order. Husband wanted a breakfast sandwich with extra meat on it. Apparently you can’t customize because a very rude woman came over the intercom stating, “We have XYZ, so WHICH one do you want?!” The drive thru wasn’t even very busy. And I’m never one to leave negative reviews (you can view my review history) because I try and have understanding that people can be having rough shifts/days but this was just absolutely uncalled for. I will NOT be back to this location and will think twice before visiting any Dunkin’ at this point.
My wife and 5 year old daughter went in and were greeted by a rude little teenager named Garrett. My wife was going to buy a dozen donuts but after this unprofessional worker grabbed the donuts with his bare hands(no gloves) and squeezed, smashed the donuts and tried to box them. Obviously, my wife told him she didn’t want the ruined donuts, but he tried to charge her for the full dozen even though he removed half because they were missing half the frosting or squashed. Owner of this once fine company lost money and future customers. Good job Garrett. Shipley’s is just down the road. Thanks for making the decision for donuts easy. 1/5/24 at 6:54pm.

I have been coming to this location for a long time. Almost every single day but today I have decided not to come back to this location. The lady taking my order heard my order wrong and rang me up for a small instead of a medium. Which is no problem I work in the food industry mistakes happen all the time, but the way she reacted to the situation was uncalled for she gave me attitude, slammed my drink on the counter, and when I asked for a medium instead of the small the other employee working grabbed the small coffee already made and poured it into a medium cup added more ice and slammed it back on the counter and when she gave me my drink and receipt she didn’t say one word to me. Awful customer service from these two ladies. And the name on my receipt was Kelley P.
Just got my usual medium hot coffee with 3 cream and 3 caramel, horrible to say the least, not sure what the lady mixed for me, immediately I collected it from her and the smell filled my car, I knew something was wrong. Got home, didn't sip it in the car, got home, opened the cup and coffee was as black as though just 1 cream with tons of sugar was loaded in it. Don't know if it is because I paid with the free Monday thing or not because I also noticed they kept asking if I wanted to add expresso shot or try their toasted avocado or anything else.. maybe just to make something off the free coffee they giving..don't know but I'm so mad because I had to dump the coffee and now make my home coffee which I was avoiding doing before
I tried this location prior and had a less than good experience and thought it was an off day for them. I visited this location again today and realized that it is just terrible customer service. The lady’s attitude was horrible. The coffee I ordered wasn’t even made the way I ordered it and wasn’t even filled up. The lady handed me my order and said she was waiting for one more thing, so I sat there. She then flung open the window and said “Did I forget something?” Yes...my coffee. I only go to Dunkin’ and will not be visiting this location anymore. Maybe management or the owners should look into this because it is apparent, with other reviews, I’m not the only one who had to deal with terrible behavior.
For the life of me...I do not know why this place has lasted two months. I have been at this location no less than 10-12 times. NEVER...not once have they ever had my complete order. I do no like their donuts but I do enjoy trying their "limited time" additions. It doesn't matter weekday, weekend, early, late. They will consistently be out of the donuts. This morning, neither the donuts NOR the breakfast sandwich did they have. I even tried an evening trip for ice cream and you guessed it....OUT of the flavor I ordered. How in the world do they stay in business? I won't even begin to speak of the lack of customer service and untrained help. Save your gas...go elsewhere.
Needs help on swing shift when the Middle School kids swarm and back the place. Hard to get any orders placed or picked up then mobile, drive-thru, or walk-in. Don't mind if the kids are customers but if they are just messing around and holding up the 2 employees for actual customers that's a problem. You don't need to sample all 31 flavors. You should know what chocolate taste like. Lets be serious. Service is amazing in the morning. They know the regulars by name.

Usually would come here to get quick coffee or donut at least 1-2 times a week. I won’t be coming here any more after today. The young lady working at the window was incredibly rude and in a sour mood. I understand working customer service can be tiring, exhausting, etc. but having a piss poor attitude towards customers for no reason only hurts the business. To top it all off they got my order wrong! Didn’t feel like going back and waiting at the drive thru for another 15 min. My advice- fix the attitude because the next person they come across might not be as gracious/understanding.
This place is so gross. I got donuts and there was a WHOLE FLY ON ONE OF THE DONUTS!! literally so sick. The drinks are gross to say the least and the idea that anything there is fresh is laughable. Slamming my head against a brick wall is more appetizing than going to this establishment again. Don't get me started on the management, a friend of mine no longer works there after quitting due to poor treatment to employees, the "management" they have there is embarrassing. If I could I'd give y'all 0 stars but thats literally impossible, be happy y'all got the one.
Everything I ordered was terrible. I ordered $20 worth of food and not a single thing was tasty... I tried to wash everything down with water but the water tasted like mouth wash backwash. I could taste the literal grains of sugar on the tip of my tongue after taking a single sip of coffee. The sandwich’s were bad, I couldn’t finish mine because I didn’t like it. The hash browns were a solid 2/10 and only tasted good by comparison to everything else. The workers seemed passive aggressive and it was bad customer service. Do better.
I’m from Colorado and I love dunkin!! But this location was not friendly. Went in the day before thanksgiving. A young man and woman were working and they were rude, uninviting, and not friendly at all. I felt unwelcome the moment I walked in and got eyes rolled at me like I was an inconvenience then the sloppy unenthusiastic work ethic was such a bummer I thought about just walking out and not ordering anything. I know customer service is hard and trying but their job was their choice either get with the program or leave.
Pulled up to the drive-thru. 5 minutes go by and nobody comes on the intercom. I pull around to the window. 2 employees walk by and look at me, neither one acknowledges me. 5 minutes go by, I pull around to walk inside. I walk inside past 2 employees and not a single hello from either of them. Not one employee looked me in the eye or acknowledged my presence. I know help is getting hard to find but at least hire people who smile and say hello. These guys seemed like they were sharing the same brain cell.
The workers were nice and all but the service was TERRIBLE the donuts were surrounded by flys and fruit flies were flying around the whole place!,I also ordered a latte for my daughter and she never received it,she was too scared to ask for the latte because one of the employee gave her a ugly look. Our order took forever!,my had to remind them 20 minutes after I ordered and they FORGOT about my order,HORRIBLE Service,I do not recommend

I came here before I went to the park. Is huge! Really nice and just a great place all around. It has a lot of really cool, inventive furniture and decorations. The lights are shaped like Doughnuts! Really cute! There's a great selecting here. It's nice and clean and hardly any people. Very liberating. There's a great view outside as well. It's on a hill and you can see a great overview. It's very peaceful. It's joined with a 31 flavors. The girl that attended me was nice.
They ain't like it's actually busy. Lol it's funny, cause they have ONLY 2 cars in the drive thru and one person inside. And they going all over the place. Lol they don't no what busy means. And this one blonde girl gets mad cause the other girl is actually helping the new customer that came in that was there's for at least 5 minutes before getting greeted. Its just funny how they think they actually busy, when it's only a few people ordering. Worse place
The customer service at the dunkin is absolutely horrible. They had my park out front and wait for a latte, but then I see cars going by constantly with their drinks. Even someone else pulled up next to me after I had been there almost 10 minutes and got their drink. I asked the lady what was taking so long and all she said was its gonna be a minute. Turns out the entire time they had it just sitting on the counter up front not paying attention.
DO NOT ORDER KOLLACHES, THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! $3.OO FOR A RAW, FLAVORLESS PROCESSED FAKE KOLLACHE. THE HOT DOG WEINNER WAS SO GROSS, INJECTED WITH CHEESE FLAVORED LIQUID THAT LOOKS, SMELLS, AND TASTE HORRIBLE AND LIKE CHEMICALS. PLEASE DO NOT PUT THIS FAKE FOOD IN YOUR BODY!

I really wanted to like this location, but every time I go in, they get my order wrong. The last time I ordered online for in store pick up. I ordered a decaf iced coffee and double checked with the guy if it was indeed decaf. He said that they were out of decaf coffee, so they gave me regular. That's crazy! If I hadn't of asked, I would've had some serious health trouble that day.
Love me some Dunkin coffee. Service is good and they are very friendly.

I felt like DD gets a bad rap when it comes to and pastries so I decided to give them a chance after being a loyal KK customer for any years. I left disappointed. It tasted like it had been sitting for days and the chocolate on top had a weird after taste. One and done. Back to KK.

They have bugs on their donuts, like it was a bunch of flies and gnats all over their donuts and they were stuck to them. It was disgusting. I canceled my whole $30 order because they even tried to play it off like they didn’t know.

i go here after school most days, and i love it. the staff is great. sometimes they are a bit slow, but that usually means there are a lot of people(like on fridays around 4) or they're understaffed for the day. it's still a great location and the atmosphere is really great once the more loud kids have left
This place is ridiculous! They never have anything you want unless it’s coffee. Always out of flavors of ice cream, doughnuts are stale unless you purchase at 7am. I get were in the middle of a pandemic, but it’s been almost a year, and you should know how to order to have what the average customer wants.
Walked into the store and not one person acknowledged I was there. I've now been inside the store for 15 minutes and still not one of the 3 people that have looked my way have even said I'll be right with you or said anything at all. The store is not even busy at all.

Worst service i have ever experienced. This is as bad as it can get. Sit in drive through for 5 minutes in silence on a dead day. Not busy. Inside, gross incompetence by a group of children who are clueless. Pointless. Never again.

Been here 3 times now and every time the donut quality is terrible. Glaze donuts we're cold like they came out of the fridge, not fresh. The apple fritters we're hard in some spots and had no apple. Only good thing was the employees and the ice cream. Go Baskin Robbins!
The staff who got my order had extremely long nails and grabbed donuts with napkins. I saw her nails were touching donuts. When she was serving donut holes, finally she wore disposable glove. But I saw her long nail penetrated the glove. It was so disgusting.
Love this shop! I get coffee here everyday on my way to campus and the workers are so kind and always get my order right. The staff here are hardworking and sweet! My favorite Dunkins in San Antonio. :)
I don’t know why they say they open at 6 they never open on time they need to hire people that can be at work on time if not change the open time to 7 then
Having one person close the store is a bit sad. You guys need to get your act together. You guys have plenty of staff.
