Friendly staff. Well stocked Dymocks. ion. Fantasy and Sci-Fi has the essentials and a few hidden suprise EG, I was surprised by the availability of hardcover Dune and Dune trilogy (I had assumed they would simple have the movie tie-in edition) also surprised by the large selection of cotton bound Penguin classics. Thriller is stocked with a diverse range. Decent Manga and graphic novel sections. The staff picks and reviews are helpful. Fiction seems stocked well. Unsure of other sections. Less cramped than the QBD 3 stores down. Cheaper on some products more expe sive on others.

I have dropped by there a fair few times when shopping with friends and family, and their store always has a wide selection of good books to look through and choose from. My experiences with their staff have always been positive, as they are always happy to assist in finding the right book to fit your needs and tastes. This place also has very good pricing on their books and always seem to have a sale going on. Always my go-to to find something new to add to my collection.

It's a book shop. They sell books... Plus a whole bunch of other stuff you might need such as diaries, calendars, gifts & nik-naks somewhat book related. They have the latest releases available usually in good numbers. If you can't find something, staff are more than happy to help or order in (if available in Australia). Prices are a little steep but that's the price for a dedicated bookshop with a large bricks & mortar presence in a large shopping centre.

Rang today with an enquiry about books for my grandchildren. Got Chelsea to help. What an Amazing sales person Dymocks has in her she went back and forth to the shelves sourcing books for me to suit my grandchildren, finding and recommending different books and book series finally helping me settle on four books with another five on order. I have shopped here several times over the past 10 years and I have always enjoyed my visit. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. I have ordered titles in-store which have always arrived within a few weeks. The store is well-organised and there's adequate room for customers to move around while browsing (unlike another bookstore in the same shopping centre which shall remain nameless!). Happy to recommend.

I always love dipping into a good bookstore like Dymocks. But I'm notorious for coming out with at least one new book to read that I probably won't get around to reading for a couple of months. Needless to say, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes it's hard to find what you're looking for cause they move things around. But they'll help you out if you just ask. Drop in and have a chat!

My friend who knew I ordered a few books in store offered to collect my books on my behalf as they had to collect a book for themselves and it wasn’t any trouble for them. Dymocks Knox took the liberty of contacting me first just to make sure I was happy with my friend collecting the books I had ordered. Now that is what I call caring-for-others customer service! Would highly recommend this store.

This was my first time going to Dymocks - it has a great range! I asked a lovely lady where a certain book was, and she knew exactly where it was! As I was paying for it, she was talking about the book, and how good it was, and you can get the movie, and stuff like that. She knew what she was on about. I'm coming back!

I bought a book here and the sales assistant reduced my purchase by $5, due to damaged stock. I was really pleased to receive a discount here. Some of the other retailers don't bother to negotiate with customers even when based on reason and not just asking for a loyalty discount or some such.

Not many book stores left. Always good to pop in and have a look. Daughter wanted a book and they had it. Also ordered a book for myself. It's nice just to have a look and pick up a book. Something I can't do online. Though obviously lots more choice online. Staff were helpful.

The staff on the phone or in person are patient, and lovely to talk to. They made sure of what I was looking for, put my name on waiting list, and as soon as the book arrives notified me straight away. Process was smooth and efficient. Can’t recommend enough!

This store has a great range and cheerful and helpful staff. I always can find what I'm looking for when I drop in, and usually get more books than planned. They regularly have 3 for the price of 2 sales which make buying from Dymocks even more worthwhile!

Have been a customer of Dymocks for quite a number of years their selection of books is very good but they will also take personal book orders of which this is where most of my books are sourced and purchased. Always very good personal service.

Love a bookstore, the smell of paper now lost to e readers. Dymocks staff are helpful looking for a hard to locate book. Sadly online retailers much cheaper but you dont get to see the range, the series of a much loved writer. Worth a browse.

Very happy with Knox Dymocks. If a book is out of stock Kirra will locate it and let you know when it arrives. This lady is extremely knowledgeable on all things book related and will answer any questions you may have.

I always love popping in here to get new books and check out what new cute accessories and games they have. It is especially fantastic to catch James in the shop, as his service is unparalleled. Keep up the good work!

The staff at this store were really helpful and able to assist me with my queries. Being a smaller store, they have an understandably smaller selection of titles and I found the stock layout difficult to navigate.

I've been here a few times and I have never been disappointed. There is always a large array of books to choose from, every time the staff have been friendly and the shop is large enough not to feel crowded.

Amazing people and fantastic service! They always take the extra steps to find the book you're after let you know of upcoming ones in the series. The front displays always look good and are very creative!

I went to this store in search of a specific book, thankfully this Dymocks store had it in stock. It's easy to get to since it's right near one of the entrances. The staff here are very nice.

Found my way around this store a little hard. I like non fiction, took me ages to find anything, signs didnt help. With my dymocks rewards card though i purchased my book for just over$3...

What the world needs is more bookshops and less politicians. Great place to go and browse, and then stumble over that book you didn't know existed but can't leave the shop without.

We gave Lachlan a vague description of a novel. In no time he figured out which novel it was, where they had it and ordered one for us on the spot, for a reasonable price. Legend.

Everything is laid out well enough, but the prices are not competitive enough for a person to overlook the cheaper prices on Amazon or other online sources.
