I found an e bike that I liked on their site, so I placed an order. Received an email with order number saying they will contact me as eftpos is not currently available. The price of the bike was there, free delivery was there with no restrictions. Two weeks passed so I phoned only to find out they are out of stock, there is no free delivery and showed no interest at all. If you wan't a bike you must go to the shop only. So why advertise bikes you don't have and free delivery if they don't deliver. Steer clear if I were you .1)I had one for 10yrs so no test ride needed. 2)If the bike worked there would be no returns. 3) But if I was to return it for no good reason, Yes I would pay freight. 4)If warranty was required I would send video or photo to make a claim, you sent parts and I fit. Easy Your current online display accept orders from all over Australia, gives out an o/n and says thank you. So if you want to sell locally (that's fine) put it on your website and stop wasting everybody's time. Restaurant and e bikes ? Cindy

Very doggy businessman 5 stars reviews probably fake Bought a bike and 2 batteries in Melbourne store. one battery broken down after 3 months, only used 3 times. They refuse to repair/replace. Another battery broken down after 1 year (I use this bike only 2-3 times a month) The bike has no brand. OK quality but just doesn't feel right when riding. It looks like the buy parts and put those together themselves. Chain drops very often though. Very very poor quality battery. When riding, the indicator says 75% battery remaining, suddenly drops to 0%. Happened many times. They charge huge fees to repair that you could almost buy a new one. AND when the battery was new, one full charge can only run about 10-12km. about 1 hour. After about half year, when running uphill, the speed is slower than walking, and the battery level drops to 0%-50% instantly. Checked their battey cost was only about $100-200. and they sell for $400-500

My old bike shop moved to another suburb so I had to find someone new. I dropped by E-Bikes World on Saturday morning to get my brakes fixed on my little Leitner Aria (fold up eBike) and was served by Tank. What a legend! He replaced the brakes and gave the bike a quick service and check for me as well. Such a reasonable price and friendly and quick service! I went up the road to grab a coffee for 20 mins while he worked. I'm absolutely converted and will be coming back whenever my bike needs some TLC. Thanks so much Tank!

The staffs- are very patients as my dad is nearly 90 years old and asked a lot of questions and had a lot of testing riding to make sure the e-bike is the one he is actually looking for. Then finally he decided to buy it . With the whole time he spent at the shop , admired how both staffs, especially -Tank -were very nice and explained everything clearly . Plus the price is very reasonable . My dad bought one of the new arrival e-bike Yadea which is amazing e-bike .

Went in to look at e-bikes when I asked how many watts a bike was he said 48? Then after I told him that’s the volts mate he then shook his head asked the other guy and said I’m not sure then said 250watts Whole place so dirty disorganised empty but full After looking at all the 5 star reviews they have good chance they are friends and fake Every 1 star worth the read

I have tried calling multiple times on different days at different times and no answer. If you're going to run a company it may be wise to have a way for potential customers to get in contact with you, especially when you advertise it as so both on Google and on Facebook -_- Well, looks like I'll take my several thousand dollars elsewhere.

I’ve got 5 bikes from David for my pizza shop 4 of them make a bad noise Only used them ones David never answers calls and hangs up all the time before purchasing the bikes they told me they would come and fix if there is a problem with the bike don’t WASTE your MONEY here pay abit more and get something decent.

Friendly and fast repair service! I needed an emergency flat tire repair for my ebike, and after trying four other shops, was lucky to find this place. Ian and Jay were great to deal with and my bike was fixed on the same day, including a full service and new brake pads.

Got a free bike seat from them! The bike seats are from customers who prefer a bigger seat, so they’re offering the original seat for free. Nice that they were offering it for free to anyone instead of reselling.
