I was picking up my new BYD Atto 3 this week and it was one of the poorest customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Firstly, it was quite hard finding the entrance. Then when in the door it was unclear where to go or what to do as there is no reception, just a sign and button to press for service. I managed to get some clarity from a lovely couple who were in the waiting area picking up their new Dolphin that day. It’s not like it was busy either, as it was just me and this couple waiting! And even then, when a lady came in at about half an hour after us they served her first! But instead of someone coming out/down after I buzzed the button, I had to stop a staff member who was walking past! Finally my representative came out perhaps 20 minutes into waiting, but simply said he’ll be there to help me soon. It was right on an hour before he actually came out and asked me to go over to his desk to do the paperwork! And even then they hadn’t included the free floor mats that my salesman had promised for the car being a week later than originally promised. Pretty poor guys, and you need to up your game.

Great Thanks to Patrick and within 48 hours every thing was done and dusted. I was treated with respect and there was no pressure from them at all. Always friendly, professional and well informed.
