কোন ব্যবসা, তা যে কোন ব্যবসাই হোক না কেন, চালাতে শুধু অর্থই সব না, সাথে রুচিরও প্রয়োজন পড়ে। আমাদের দেশের প্রেক্ষাপটে যখন রেস্টুরেন্টে বিনিয়োগ বেশ লাভজনক হয়ে উঠছে, তখন এই সেক্টরে অর্থের ঝনঝনানি দেখা গেলেও রুচির ভীষণ অভাব পরিলক্ষণীয়। তাই এই ইস্ট ভ্যালি রেস্টুরেন্টে প্রবেশের সময়ও আমার কোন এক্সপেকটেশনস ছিলো না, প্রবেশের সাথে সাথে তা বদলে গেল। দেশে "রুচির দুর্ভিক্ষ" চলছে যখন, তখন এমন ইন্টেরিয়র আসলেই মন ভালো করে দেয়.... খাওয়া দাওয়া ব্যাপারটায় যখন শুধুমাত্র "পেট ভরানোর" স্টেজ পার করে ফেলা যায়, "উপভোগ" করতে ইচ্ছে করে, তখন সেটা অনেকটাই আশেপাশের "এনভায়রনমেন্ট" এর উপর নির্ভরশীল হয়ে পড়ে। এই ইস্ট ভ্যালিতে প্রবেশ করার সাথে সাথেই আমার মন এতটাও ভালো হয়ে গিয়েছিল, বোধকরি অখাদ্য সার্ভ করলেও গোগ্রাসে গিলতাম। কিন্তু সেখানেও আমাকে অবাক করল এই রেস্টুরেন্ট। বন্ধু ইভানের কথামত নিলাম স্পেশাল খিচুড়ির প্ল্যাটার (মেন্যুতে নামটা কী জানা নেই), তৈরি হয়ে আসতে কিছুটা সময় লাগলো বটে, কিন্তু সেই অপেক্ষা ওয়াজ ওর্থ ইট! তার সাজ দেখেই আরেক দফা হা হয়ে গেলাম, এত সুন্দর করে সাজানো!! এরপর সেই খিচুড়ি, বেগুন ভাজা, গরুর মাংস, মুরগীর রান, সালাদ, সবকিছুতেই পরিমিতিবোধের ছোয়া, অতিরিক্ত ঝাল লবণ মশলা দিয়ে ডুবিয়ে দেয় নি, আবার কোন কিছুর কমতিও নেই। প্রতিটা জিনিস আনন্দ নিয়ে পেটে চালান করেছি। খাওয়া শেষে আসলো সুইট লাচ্ছি, তা গলধঃকরণের সময়েও যেন সেই পরিমিতিবোধের ছোঁয়া যেন পুরো খাদ্যনালীতেই ছড়িয়ে পড়ল। সুইট লাচ্ছিতে পাচ্ছিলাম হয়ত সামন্য টক দইয়ের অস্তিত্ব, তা এর স্বাদই বাড়াচ্ছিল, ছিলো না একগাদা মিষ্টির উপস্থিতিও... সব মিলিয়ে গত দুপুরে যে শান্তিতে খাওয়াদাওয়া করেছি, আমার মত ছাপোষা একজন মানুষের কাছ থেকে ইস্ট ভ্যালির অন্তত এই সামান্য একটা প্রমোশন বোধহয় প্রাপ্যই!

Loved their interior design. I would give them 5 star but the food i tried was not up to the mark, French fry was too salty and thai noodles with prawn and chicken was smelling too fishy and was too much salty, I will update my review after trying other items. Lime juice was good. But honestly speaking they got the best interior design among all the restaurants in joydebpur. 2nd day: Ordered thick thai soup, it was good, quantity was more than enough and ingredients was fresh and tasteful. Chicken nuggets with French fry was good but again a bit salty. Quantity was also not enough at this price point. Spring roll is good but the wrapping was too thick. The sauce provided with spring roll was too sweet, which ruined the taste of the spring rolls, dipped the rolls in the soup and ate. Next day will try other items. 3rd day: Ordered business set menu at 640tk, this time it was bit satisfying. Rice was good, fried chicken was good enough but could be better, chicken masala was good, veggitables was average. Quantity was enough for 2 person, drinks should be included to make it a perfect set menu. Regular coffee was average at that price point, little bit powder milk smell was there which I don't like. A piece of cookies would make it look better on that wooden serving tray. 4th day: Tried their wonthon, thai fried chicken and thai soup thick and orange juice. Wonthon was good, price is average. Thai fried Chicken was good, 6 pcs for 300tk, soup was better last day. Orange juice was great just missing a bit ice though I asked for extra ice. As it was Friday, it was tightly packed. Great start.

First time I went there (first week of march 2020) because of the hype and I was craving for good coffee. That time that place was completely empty and they didn't have espresso or any real coffee other than white coffee made by instant coffee powder. The 2nd time I went there (sept 17th 2020 and the price was higher than before) with bunch of my cousins We ordered soup and an appetizer (Spring roll 6pc). Plain and simple order for an afternoon snacking. Our waiter confirm our order. But didn’t confirm serving time. As We were chatting and didn't bother about that. Then we waited for more than 30mins and we called our waiter and asked for the delay. He went for checking and came after 10mins. He asked what our order was! I mean really!!! They claimed to be the best restaurant in Gazipur and this is their professionalism!!! I reconfirmed our order and our food was served 15 mins after that. The soup tasted same as maggi chicken corn soup with egg (I can guarantee) and the spring rolls tasted nothing special! Forgot to mention the price of the chicken corn soup was 290 (for three persons) and 6pc spring roll was 180!!! Quantity was enough but neither of us could finish the soup. The overall experience wasn't good. I expected better. And realized that most of the reviews on fb was either paid for someone associate with this restaurant posted them. I will suggest them to hire people more professional or trained the people they have. I'm giving this restaurant 3 out of 5 becoz of their photogenic interior and having one of the best playground for kids in Gazipur. Sorry for the long review.

Good place for Joydevpur peoples. But food quality and the staff behaviour need to improve. The stuffs are being busy with chat with each others during my visit and food was too too much spicy and my daughter can't even test them. Also they need to add credit card payments facility as food cost is not too low. Overall it was good. But I don't want to give them more than 3 as there is lots more need to improve.

One of the best restaurant in Gazipur. May b the best. The environment is so good. Food is awesome. The best part is if any of their food has any problem or you don't like they will change the entire food and give you new food.

The menu is not satisfied. But the foods are so good. And the place is very beautiful. The Indonesian style fried rice is must try. The chicken curry was so good . The beef salad is amazing. It was very spicy and tasty. The thai fried chicken was the best fries. The Chinese noodles and chow min are also good. The fast food section is must try. The burger with jalapeno sauce is just wow. Fish n chips is so tasty the fish is so juicy and chips are crispy and the tartar sauce is tasty. They have there own made icecream. But the mocktails were very sugary.

Excellent place for family hangouts or birthday celebration in this area. Their food quality is very good with a reasonable price as compared to other similar places. Their kid's zone is acceptable. They could bring their third floor under air conditioning system for better environment. Food quality is excellent. Specially fried rice and chicken with roasted peanuts is a must. Most of their items are 1:2 or 1:3 but 1:3 is enough for 4 person. So family eatery is affordable and tasty.

Best place to spend quality time! Food is l'll bit expensive but it’s worth every penny. Staffs are great. They're friendly. Indonesian items and masala tea is recommended.

The decorations are really nice.. But the food is below average and over priced. The soft drinks are way expensive in comparison of the quantity.. They should put more effort in their behaviour...

You will welcome with an amazing atmosphere but later they will disappoint you with their worst food quality. I just marked 3 star for the interior but in case of food quality it's below average.
