Hired 2 guys and a truck to move a 1 bed apartment from St Kilda to Elwood. Having never used a service like this, I guess I had the usual concerns that people have, but it honestly exceeded my expectations by every measure. Here's how it went down: - the booking process was simple and transparent, and I received a courtesy call the day prior to the move day to confirm the booking. - the guys, Justin and Leo, were punctual (early in fact) - they listened to the brief I gave them prior to starting and then implemented the instructions exactly as I'd asked - they handled my belongings with care, and packed the truck sensibly so nothing was damaged in transit - they worked very efficiently, finishing the entire move in 2hrs 15min, I was estimating ~3.5hrs. - the price was the price, no nasty suprises or hidden charges Will definitely use these guys again, they crushed it!

I hated my experience with Easy Peasy removals. 1. I got a quote for 4 hours, but they took 8 hours to move the house items even though I listed all the items to be moved exactly 2. The removalists were super slow and wasting their time chatting over phone and chatting with each other 3. I had to carry many items myself to accelerate the process including boxes and bulky items 4. I found their foot prints stepping over my furniture. 5. They broke one of the side lamps (it had paper case, but I assume they should protect fragile stuff). 6. I told them to carry the bulky items first, in order to save time, but they ignored me and carried the small items first, which forced me to wait until the end to carry the bulky items (in their defence, they said they had to stack the boxes first to ensure they have enough space for the other items).

We recently moved house and received a word of mouth recommendations from friends to contact Easy Peasy. The entire experience with Easy Peasy was excellent from my first phone call for information through to the boys packing up the truck at the end. Rusty visited us at our house and gave us packing advice and then a written quote and was easy to contact throughout with any questions. On the day, our 2 EP movers were Andy and Saif and they were just terrific to work with. Both were really friendly, hard working, and importantly, really considerate of our things and the newly sanded wood floor at the house which they happily covered and took care of. I would not hesitate to recommend Easy Peasy and thanks again to Andy and Saif who were excellent movers. Thanks boys!

They moved our stuff, came early while we were still packing, then they literally dropped and damaged our items, lost parts of our furniture, and didn't move all of our stuff. (Their response was that we filled in the moving forms too late.) Their solution was to move it the next day which wasn't plausible due to our end of lease. So we paid for someone else to do it. They also said to get our missing parts replaced would to be to come to our new home the next day, again, not suitable if you are moving house with things everywhere, returning to work, and the movers had already sent photos of the missing parts, and we said we would send the photos too. Was very disappointed in their service. Would not Recommend.

I wish to thank Easy Peasy Removals for saving us last week when we our booked removalists (Mini Movers) cancelled on us at 7am on our moving day. We were incredibly stressed trying to do it all ourselves in a rental truck... until Bobby arranged for Kevin and Bruno to assist us with their truck in the afternoon. The guys got straight to work, were professional, no-nonsense and not phased by anything. Marcus and his team were absolutely fantastic from the start. They were punctual, well organised and sent the correct sized truck with the promised three removalists. They were respectful of our possessions and nothing was too much trouble for them. They placed our items in the rooms we had requested without question. We had very smooth moving with Easy Peasy Removals on Saturday the the 9th of Dec 2023. It was rainy day but removalists did a fantastic job in putting stuff in to the truck and also in delivering all of them without any Damage to our new home which is located in a new development area with no proper driveway and front yard. There were mud everywhere but they were very careful about everything. I would like to say an especial thanks to Sergio and Edwin who did an amazing and hard job with no mess. Thank you both.

Serge and the team were fantastic! We moved from Caulfield to Torquay, and even though we had a slight (well, maybe major!) hiccup when one of the trucks unfortunately broke down on the way, the guys just got to it and completed the move, even though it took until 10pm. They kept their humour and just got it done! Everything made it in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Good price (they were fair in calculating time it would have taken without the breakdown) and great service!

I've used them twice, once for a small move and then a bigger one. The removalists were very efficient and quick. All staff were nice and friendly. Good value for money as they were well organised with a very good line of communication (eg calling when they were running late, explaining issues etc) and coordination with the office to ensure the job was completed quickly. Extra person added, extra trip when necessary. I would use them again.

WOW is all we can say! I was left high and dry after I had an absolute awful experience with another company- I called Bobby at 8:45am this morning, and by 11:50am I had 2 guys and a truck on my doorstep! They got the job DONE in 2 hours, and were so helpful and polite and it didn’t cost me an arm, leg or my first born child! Thank you guys for all the hard work, you have saved us from a work of pain

A really good shift. Getting the quote was easy, then the guys, Peter and Musty, turned up on time, worked hard and were really nice polite and careful guys, and importantly there were no breakages or damage. Job finished faster than I expected, so this reduced the price as well. Received a call from the office after the shift to check that all was ok. In all, could not be happier with the service.

There's nothing easy about moving house when you have as much stuff as we do, but having used several removal services in the past 30 years, the entire experience with Easy Peasy was excellent. We were assisted by Andy and Serge who were friendly, careful, strong and efficient. For all the things that could create stress on the day, they averted all of it, and we would happily use them again.

They were happy to do everything I asked of them which included moving heavy items of furniture around within our property, plus also moving hard rubbish out the front for me on our nature strip.
