For those of you who don't know me, I am more of a quiet person than anything else, in many aspects this allows me to observe in greater detail that allows me to form inquisitive questions, which is needed when purchasing some property. I couldn't wrap my head around the way Eazi does business, on one hand in the current pandemic stricken climate we are in, the online approach is very unique, you would go online, create a profile, view the property, book a viewing, which is all good and well. The part that gets me is that there is very little human interaction regarding the offer-to-purchase (OTP), imagine it's your first time buying, you haven't got a cooking clue as to what-goes-for-what and you are directed online to make the offer with a 7-step "Eazi" guide. It took me 3 days of back 'n forth because I needed to find someone who could explain to me what was happening, what does this or that line mean, on top of that there was no document/report stating the condition of the house, which according to my understanding is legislature to have that document, I reached out to one of the agents and 2 weeks later I haven't heard back from them even though I was looking at doing a cash deal at the viewing. So please ladies and gents if you are a first time buyer like me, get someone you can converse with, someone that is willing to sit with you, do the research on the property with you and considers what you ACTUALLY looking for and if you looking for someone like that then I can recommend an amazing agent for you❤️

Me and my wife recently purchased a property from eazi real estate and all I can say was it was anything but easy. The agent (Ricardo) did nothing to sell the house, the lady in the house basically convinced us in the end. When it was time to move in, Ricardo failed to inform us that there was no active electricity in the house to Wich I had to take leave from work to wait for eskom over several days like a puppet.There was also a leaking tap that was only fixed days after we moved in, some doors didn't Have proper closing mechanisms and we found a window without any handle to keep it closed. Mind you the owner of the house was in the process of fixing it but Ricardo wanted her out so that we can move in asap,on the day we got the Keyes one could see by his body language that he just wanted to get it over and done with and leave, seems like commission was the only thing on his mind. The biggest shock was when we found out there wasn't a geyser on the property and when I phoned Ricardo to ask if there was he first said he had to find out, very "professional" indeed. As an agent one is supposed to know the property inside and out. This was our first purchase and I must say we learned alot. I'll never recommend this agency to anyone and luckily our bad experience convinced alot of our friends who are in the process purchasing properties of their own,to stay clear of eazi real estate

We recently sold our home with EAZI, and happened to buy another one through them too; their service was excellent, all-round. They communicate well and their online platform makes the whole process of buying and selling a house transparent for all parties. Using the online system, you know exactly what is happening with your listing, and with any offers you make. It takes some stress out of what is generally a rather unpleasant process, and this makes their service and fees completely worth it. Not to mention, you save a bundle on agent fees. Sell themselves very well initially, thereafter no communication. Our house has been advertised by them for over a month, with no viewings or offers. The agent's excuse, everytime we followed up from our side, was "the clients interested don't know what they want." But how can you assume that if the interested parties were never shown the property in order for them to decide?Lazy agents and extremely unprofessional, to say the least.
