Communication over the past 2 years has been poor. Update : agent with poor communication skills has just left. Mischale Rosch has taken over her and has been managing the property very nicely so far with good communication skills. I therefore change my rating from a 2 to a 3 for now.

Frequent harassment from agents I have never been in contact with your company yet you continue to call me regarding a property I do not even own. Wonder what the purpose of the POPI Act is if you have my details on your system which I never provided your staff with.

Excellent service by Mishale Rosch! She was extremely helpful, punctual & kept me up to date with all progress of finding a tenant for our flat. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone! Kind Regards Lindy Johnson
