Zero stars is not an option. Stay far far far away from these crooks. 18 months later still have not recieved a single document regarding my contract. When I applied to Eddie's I explained what I wanted and was told no problem. Turns out not true . After they hit my credit. I went online and answered a different add from different company. When salesman called me i explained what i wanted and also told story of the run around i recieved from Eddie's. This was alberta auto finance or something. Turns out same company. Make a long story short i ended up taking a truck i absolutely hated because i was told 10 month guaranteed buy back as long as i dont miss a payment and then the bank will finance me a 50k used truck no problem. I recieved a 2013 ram 2500 guaranteed from marvin the manager that it has full warranty because they will be buying truck back off me and they want to make sure everything is in excellant working order. Also was told truck had zero accidents and clean car fax. When I arrived to sign papers truck has 2 big debts in it. Stupid me should have cancelled the deal right then and there. Was told ya that's how they were able to offer me originally 5 k cash back but ended up being 3k. I signed papers and was told accounting department would send papers via mail to me. Also was told they would pick me up at airport and bring me to truck so i could head back to fort mac as i was coming back from holidays. Guess what no one answered my phone calls. Got stuck at airport ended up buying a ticket back to fort mac. The next day i send a text to cancel deal and they sure got a hold of me quick. Promised to deliver truck to me. It arrived 8 hours late at 1130 pm on empty( suppose to have full tank of fuel). 1 month later calling about my contract and told its locked up but will be sent out. 2 weeks later truck dies on me going to highway almost died. Had to have it towed. Guess who doesnt answer phone. 3 days later was told the boss eddie refused to honor warranty.i pay $1200. I repeatedly call regarding my contract which i noted warranty on and still locked up. Month later engine drops a valve. Another big bill. This time i managed to get them to pay $600 and was promised warranty. After 1 year of not missing payments i called and asked to get out of truck. Was told i have to wait a bit longer. Another thing promised was 10 months and they promise to buy truck back with no negative equity. This point is extremely important as i got sick of being screwed around and lied to i went to a real dealer and they put me into a 60k brand new truck and bought my truck with 12k negative equity. I will be perusing further legal action to recover my losses and eddie if you read these everytime I requested to speak to you I was told u work from home and do not speak to customers so feel free to get in touch with me please.. still waiting on my paperwork. I drove around with your dealer plate for over a month waiting to get a bill of sale so I could insure and register! Stay far away from this dealership. Shady shady

Since ZERO stars isn't available i'll give them a 1 . Pretty sure the only reason this company is rated so high is they write their own reviews or delete ones that are posted ABSOLUTELY WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE. They sold me a lemon vehicle that still to this day has to go in for servicing. Not only where the salesmen rude and condescending after my purchase they weren't helpful. I was out of a vehicle for almost 2 months after purchasing while paying for my payments. They refused to cover any payments or do anything for me. They sent me a "replacement vehicle' that was not safe to drive in winter conditions and has all season tires on it. They didn't provide me a spare tire for my car after saying they would. I %100 believe they pay the people to pass the vehicles through inspection. They stopped answering my texts and calls completely even though i STILL to this day do not have a properly working vehicle. They offered me to give my car back and get a new one. When they sent me options they all where OVER my budget. They tried to get me to PAY MORE because they sold me a terrible vehicle. OR they tried to make me get a vehicle which isn't even comparable to the vehicle i bought. This dealership is a bunch of crooks that take advantage of people and don't care after the purchase of your vehicle. My family and I could of been killed as my vehicle SHUTS DOWN WHILE DRIVING. NEVER buy a vehicle from them. They should be closed down. I have opened a report with AMVIC

There isn't a single thing good I can say about this company. My husband bought a truck from them, and it has been a total nightmare. First they delivered the wrong truck. Then when the right one was delivered to us there was massive damage to the windshield, which was so bad it should've been replaced. There was no inspection report provided to my husband with the bill of sale either. They lied to the finance company about the kilometers as well by 15,000km. Not only did they do this, but they also tried to hide severe body and frame damage to the truck from my husband, and the finance company. There was $6300 worth of body and frame damage alone. Their actions have been classified as concerning behavior by the better business Bureau, warranting an investigation. They are also being investigated for falsifying documents. Haven't even heard from them since last Saturday when we had to drive 5 hours to drop the truck off for repairs, after fighting with them to fix it. They said it would be fixed for this Saturday, and they haven't even called to update my husband on the status of his truck. And they expect us to drive back there on Saturday to return loaner car, and pick up the truck, when we don't even know if it's even been started yet!! Worst dealership I've ever seen!! Illegal procedures and crooked salesmen!! Especially Marvin!!

These guys sold us a broken car. At about one week, car went to the shop and was told the issues should have easily been found in a regular inspection. 3 days later went back to the shop for the same issues. Cpl days after that, back at the shop and they couldn't fix what they thought the issue was... Etc etc. It's been two months and we've had the car for a total of 10 days. They gave us a loaner, with no winter tires on it, to drive our 2y/o daughter around. No safe. They've been rude to deal with. And when asked to exchange this car for another on the lot (as they told me there's nothing more they can do for us) sent me cars that were well above my price point. Then threw a fit when we explained we couldn't afford any more for payments, said they can't find anything for us and basically told us we're stuck with the broken car they sold us and have a good day. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE.

I was helped by Brad. After giving up on getting a vehicle due to finances and being in the process of obtaining my license again, Brad made my dream of driving again possible. Not only did he go off of my "word" that I would get my license ASAP, he fronted my insurance payment till I could pay him when I got paid the following day. He pulled strings to get my application approved and after a few back n forth phone calls (at work while my phone was going off im a receptionist ) he got me a 2013 ford focus insured it and drove it to my door step. It was a little late but it was because the driver came just as we had our cold snap. I have never been treated so awesome and felt so taken care of. Ive recommended Eddies Auto Shop and Brad to my family and friends in similar situations. Thank you for making my Christmas Season brighter guys!

Purchased my vehicle from them October 2018. Traded my old car in as i needed something more reliable. Told I had park assist etc. Well I dont. All that was disabled and a new stereo was in its place. No biggie. I had an issue with the wiper blade and that was fixed promptly. Then i had an issue with my Stabilitrak. They looked at it and told me they would order the sensor I need and it would take a few days. Still waiting on a call back over a year later. Nobody returns phone calls. EVER. Now im stuck with a vehicle that has electrical problems, NO block heater, NO heat, Passenger window wont roll down, back window wont roll up, A/C is messed up.and leaks water inside the car, power stearing leaks. Have pieces of the interior falling off as it was just glued in place. A $14000 Lemon. Should have kept my car. Not impressed at all.

Dealt with Brad. Absolutely horrendous service. I was told last week that I was approved with prime rates, and I heard nothing since. I have to keep calling back to get any updates. It has been like 2 weeks going back and forth. I called yesterday and spoke to someone else from financing who told me I'd receive a call back today with a list of vehicles. I phoned this afternoon because no one got back to me and I was told that I was denied a loan because of my debt to income ratio. What a waste of my time. Because of these people, I have many hard inquiries on my credit (and my fiance's) for absolutely no reason. They wanted my fiance to cosign with me and now he also has hard inquiries on his credit. If I was denied in the beginning, I would've been fine with it. But to waste my time is poor customer service.

I am sorry you have people working in your establishment that does not know how to return calls, I get the run around, I was quite happy with you when you got me into a vehicle, you stated it was to be safe, but it was not, I have had the Altima for 5 + months, and nothing but repairs on it, I have replaced new rotors, calipers, brakes, Tires is understandable, and now guess what after all the work done on the car, I have broken tire rods, Thank you Nick Deen for the beautiful stress, and thank you for returning calls, (NOT). You would think if one was to going thru so many problems with a vehicle you would help with trading it in, but no, once again I thank you kindly..

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Eddie's Auto Sales! Edit: August 5th 2019, well after 6 months of no missed payments, no one will return my calls or msg's, they wont buy back the cars, and they wont help me with a mortgage, straight up lied, now I'm stuck with 2 car payments that I cant afford and my credit will be worse then when it started Been dealing with these guys for 2 years now and they are great. Just recently, 3months ago, got a second vehicle under the promise that they would help me with a mortgage if not missed payments, huge help as no bank will help me atm. Another 3months tp go but I'm not worried as they've kept their word with every promise/transaction before, huge help, def 5 outta 5 stars

It’s hard to put into words how absolutely great my experience was with Eddies Auto (Marvin). Bought a jeep grande cherokee from this place washer lines broken and when asked to fix said not included on warranty and said I needed to speak to a mechanic, 2 months in and throttle injector broke, still in warranty so asked if they could refund or fix and trying to say no warranty was given and to go to a mechanic myself, I am now worrying what else could be wrong with the car do not buy a car from these people as you do not know what you are buying and really quick to say sorry not my problem if could give 0 stars or minus I would

Worst dealership to do business with, they helped me get a vehicle under certain circumstances that they offered me, in which they failed to meet their end of the deal, omitted documents from my file and refuse to honor their end of the things, when asking to speak to the owner, the managers refuse to allow me to and hang up, will not own up to anything and screw over customers I have to call multiple times to get a straight Answer from them, if I could leave negative stars I would, management and is the worst I have ever seen

I was connected to this dealership through Canada drives. Was sold a lemon, spent more time in the shop being "fixed" then it has spent on the road. Tried calling brad multiple times and he never answers or when you do finally get him on the phone he takes a tiny bit of info then says "I'll call you back" only for him to never call you back. So then you are back to square one trying to call over and over to get him on the phone. So if you have any issues with a car from here dont expect any sort of help with it.

Sold me 2012 dodge journey that should have not passed there mechanical fitness Inspection, said everything worked great ,but washer fluid lines all broken steering wheel off to the left pulls left ,all the back hatch wiring all broken ,nothing said about any of the problems,they deliver all right ,so I was nice and asked if any of these issues could be resolved, he told me I'm a mechanic to figure it out ,well pay backs a batch! They should change there name to best crooked deals in town

Worst experiance I have ever had. Dealing with the owner Is a joke and he was very rude. When I expressed my concerns with his "finance guy" he told me call amvic and washed his hands of me. I would never reccomend dealing with Eddie's auto/auto finance. The oppitimy of a used car salesman!

Very good experience with them. The only reason not 5 stars was when my car was delivered there was no one that understands the paperwork. "We're only drivers" is what I was told. Beyond that they are very personable and their knowledge impeccable. Would recommend them in heartbeat.

Worst company to deal with especially a person called Brad. He is a sweet talker during sales then he wont respond to emailphone call. Very rude and arrogant customer service representative.. It was my biggest mistake I dealt with them in my life.. If possible dont buy from them.

My car shipped with tires that don't even meet manufacturers rating. I was promised winter tires and the ones that now need to be thrown out and replaced are all seasons. Tried to contact the dealership but no one will return messages. Would never buy another car here again.

Took advantage of me having bad credit and really needing a vehicle, sent me a hail damaged car that barely made safety, worry maybe $7000 and charged me over $23000. Now all the electronics are starting to fail. Don't even deserve the one star it takes to make this review.

I'm on my second vehicle from Eddie's after dealing with Brad on site. Loved my Jeep Compass, they got me into a beautiful Volvo. Super easy, very accommodating, no hassle. Buying a car should be this easy everywhere. But it isn't, so buy from here instead.

I'm from out of province. The vehicle they sent me was a ex police vehicle, which they did not tell me that it was. The interior has no console and holes in the interior where the equipment was. I'm not happy with my experience with them.
