Please be aware that if your child urgently needs a replacement laptop and you order and pay for the laptop from this company they don't fulfil the order when you make it, but plan to fulfil the order at the start of the next school year. They don't tell you this when you order. After paying and waiting a month, I contacted them and they told me this. The said they would speed up the process especially for us, but another month has passed and we are still waiting on delivery from Sydney on an unspecified date... To quote thier email 'we generally do not supply laptops immediately to parents at the time of order - our orders are held for delivery in line with the school delivery guidelines, and our stock is ordered to meet these deadlines as well. Mornington Secondary College’s requested delivery date is currently set at mid-December.'

Terrible service. Ordered a laptop early December 2020 (almost three months ago and still nothing, even though they happily charged in full in advance and promised a delivery date of 7-Feb-2021). I've been calling for the last month and I still can't get a delivery date, just an optimistic "it's looking good, it should be a couple of weeks, but we can't promise anything"... Last time I called I was told by the end of February. I called again today (end of February) and it's another "we feel optimistic you'll have it in a couple of weeks - early March, but we can't promise anything". My kid is already falling behind in school work, and they still can't give me a definite delivery date. Am I seriously meant to keep waiting indefinitely? - Just buy elsewhere. Too much stress on the kids and parents.

Not impressed. Purchased a laptop in November 2020 for our child starting high school in 2021. Got a phone call saying the laptop chosen wouldn't be available until the end of February so we upgraded to ensure the laptop arrived before school started. Fast forward to today (01/02) we still have no laptop and have been told we probably won't have one until the end of MARCH!! Extremely disappointed with this company, and won't feel confident purchasing through them for our other children. The last thing a new student needs starting a new school is to feel the odd one out not having all equipment needed to participate in classes. Don't falsely advertise a service you can't fulfil within the time period required. The staff have been lovely, although the companies reputation has been marred for us.

From a school parents perspective this is a wonderful company to deal with and have partnership with. I have had 3 years of ongoing dealings and nothing has been too much trouble for them. Customer service from Alexa has been super friendly, efficient & first rate. Having Edunet Computer Services support with spare parts, warranty & also accidental damage has been superb. My child had a recent deadline for some online school testing & his laptop battery was not recharging. Edunet tested & replaced with new battery in a 2 day turnaround. Thank you for looking after us not so computer literate parents:)

I am about to start high school and needed to buy a laptop and my school recommended edunet. When my parents purchased the laptop the expected delivery was in late December 2020 and it is now late January 2021. When my parents contacted edunet for more information on what was happening they could not provide my parents with any answers on even the most simple questions such as if the laptop had been sent or not. As of right now there is only 5 more days until school starts and I have no idea if I’m getting a laptop or not. !!!DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!!!

Hi Matthew and Team, we recently purchased out daughter's laptop and computer requirements through Edunet for her secondary education. Whilst some businesses were unable to meet delivery commitments, given the current environment, your business was impressive from the time of purchase end through to the commencement of the academic year. We weren't left waiting or wondering. You were quick to phone and inform of an imminent delay outside of your control. Impeccable service on all levels.

I purchased my daughters laptop from your company last year for her first year of high school. Through the stress of the year I had forgotten to put my order in by the due date and was told that she would not receive the laptop until the first week of school starting which caused her great distress, however your company were able to deliver much earlier than anticipated... 3 weeks early in fact, so thank you so very much, it made her transition from Primary to High School much easier.

Hello, i'm a student from Cheltenham secondary and i must admit that my laptop that I handed in was absolutely left in a desolate state, the monitor was chipped and cracked. soda was spilt and wasted all around the keys. and don't even get me started about the horrid stains on my ram. however to my absoulte shock the pc was returned to me within the week clean like a whistle and working sharp like a thistle. i'm awe struck and impressed. Thanks for an excelent service!!!!!

Excellent customer service, We have used edunet to purchase 5 school laptops over the past 6 years. During that time we have had numerous warranty claims for various thinks like broken keys and charger not working and 1 Insurance claim for a smashed screen. Their customer service is out standing, always friendly and very helpful. They make getting the laptops repaired a super fast and easy process. Would highly recommend this company

Impossible to deal with, these are not a retail store and have no retail stock. You can't get pricing you are referred back to your school or forced to hand them your contact data. If it is this hard just to get a price, I would hate to try get a service of something went wrong. I finally had a lady rush through 4 prices but clearly wasn't willing to discuss further. When spending good money, I prefer to be treated like a customer.

I’ve been having issues with Lenovo laptops from our school for 4 years and there has constantly been new problems and issues popping up they never help out when I need repairs and just simply tel us to go to the school when the school is obviously closed. If the schools not open to get it fixed from your company then why is it not possible to just get it fixed through your company. Had nothing but hassles

My daughters new chrome book wouldn't turn on at all, I called edunet to work out what was going on, they tried to help me over the phone but it still wouldn't work, so they sent someone out within 24hrs. I had someone come over look through the computer, work out that we had a faulty charger they exchanged it straight away. Great customer service

Edunet provided the IPad required for our school. When the new one was released cheaper than the older version they upgraded us to the new model and refunded the difference. This is amazing customer service as it's finest. They were absolutely amazing to deal with and helped me with some issues I had with online ordering. Thank you again.

We purchased a laptop through Edunet for both our kids, most recently at the end of 2020. Each time they have delivered the laptop promptly. The laptop ordered at the end of last year arrived in time for Christmas which made for one very excited child! The aftercare service has also been fantastic. Keep up the great work Edunet team!

Never buy from this company as after sales service is non existent. Computer goes in and comes out with another problem. After many years of trying to get a new computer after it almost caught fire, the computer is now a $1400.00 paperweight. It is a pity I have to give then one Star.

Son's laptop had a new screen replaced by Edunet and a few weeks later, the screen began to lag. Edunet organised to look at the laptop at the school and quickly identified and fixed the issues. Highly recommend them.
