I normally never write a bad review unless it's really bad. I bought a 2012 Ford explorer 3 months ago when it was still chilly out. So now it 95 outside turn on my a.c. and no a.c. just straight hot. I go to have it filled at a shop and it won't take the freeon, they tell me it's probably a bad a.c. compressor. I call the car lot and tell them and they tell me their machine is back up for 3 or 4 months and I have no warranty n I'll have to pay out of pocket to fix it or they can put it on my bill. I said fine I'll just put it on my bill but I need it fixed as I have a 7 month old and a 3 year old.after calling 4 times I finally get an answer saying mechanics gonna look at it because he checked it when I bought it and it worked fine so I get there to the shop he says leave it and they can look at tomorrow and to go get a loaner for tomorrow so I go to the dealership and then I get told no they won't give me a loaner because the car lots sold me the car as is (I'm paying $25,000 for it dumb I know on my part but I didn't have good credit at the time) so they tell me to come back in in 2 or 3 weeks and they can't do anything for me in the mean time. I just tagged the car n cost me $2400 so I'm supposed to pay my car payment, have my kids in a car when its 95 degrees out and get the run around saying they can't help me then thenbthey can then can't..... sad I sent 3 people to get cars there and they can't even help me to see if I have a bad compressor or they can just add free on

It's a place directly across from them that's an auto show NEVER GO TO THEM THEY'LL NEVER SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE CORRECTLY

Owner has not called back. I won't go back to buy another vehicle from him.
