Cannot exchange and silence. Extra delivery fees 50AUD. 6) Poor business and thus fraud. Disguize at first. 7) Discrimination to female.Two men with tools to ask for full/extra payment at night. Traps and threats. 8) Installation fees 80 AUD paid but missing screws and all washers. Push staff to leave though said the installation is 1 hours and thus expensive. 9) Bed set is mini. Confuse concept such as soft, medium firm and hard. Sell bad storage in a wrong way. 10) Humanless. Ignore your booking time, reminder and tireness. And we also had sent you our policy that we do not accept change mind return, unless customer bought a Buyer's Protection. 1) Regarding the washing machine, yes our driver made a mistake -he loaded a front washing machine and delivered to you, while you bought a top load one. However, upon delivery, when you found it was delivered wrong, our driver had advised two solutions: A: you could reject the front loader and we will arrange another delivery of correct washer for free; or B) you accept the front loader and pay for the price difference. And you were happy to keep the front loader, paid $70 for the difference, and allowed our driver to install the washer for you for free. We DID NOT force you to accept wrong item, neither request you to pay any extra fee. But after one day, when you had used the washer, you said you needed exchange for a top load one. Normally we do not accept change mind return, especially for a used product. But in this case our driver made a mistake initially, so we will accept the exchange. For exchange, our policy has stated clearly that for products in original package, we can refund in full and customer be responsible for delivery fee; and for used items, we will have to charge extra 20% up-to 40% product value, and handling fee $50. This washer has been installed and been used, we need charge 30% of product value($440*30%=$132), plus handling fee $50, which makes it in total $182. 2)About fridge noise, that's normal things. Especially defrost, always made noise. if you think that's problem, you also could report to TECO manufacturer , but every manufacturer always charge incorrect call out fee $120-$150.

Please avoid this dodgy business at all costs.. the low price is not worth the pain and stress. Inferior materials.. literally falling apart in a month.. I have an ongoing case with them now.. All their positive reviews are fake.. probably from family members, friends or bots/trolls.. If I could give negative 5 stars, would gladly do so.. Again stay away.. we learnt the hard way. They throw the "Structural warranty" nonsense at you when stuff starts to fall apart Edit : to your reply below: Again always lying and never straightforward. Consumer affairs' acknowledged that your practices are dodgy , but they said they cannot legally force you to make any refunds. I am going through a different channel. I am still chasing up this case. You guys should be held responsible for your dodgy practices Update: couch well and truly broken now. Structurally. Couch has barely done 2 years. Everything this business does is very dodgy and criminal. Don’t know how they are still in business

We bought a sofa bed and had it delivered. We assembled the sofa bed to find a tear in the right corner, after inspection the frame noticeably sticks out of the fabric on both sides of the sofa bed (inadequate amount of padding). Sent photos to store and they said they will contact the manufacturer. They emailed back saying they will not replace or refund. I have contacted consumer affairs and a report/investigation will be followed up. Their own policy states there is a warranty for manufacturing faults. We are refurnishing our entire home so now they will be losing out on our money. *Please be mindful when purchasing from this store* -I will write a follow up after this is sorted-

I bought three items for my new property which are sofa and bed set. The price is very reasonable and the quality much better than ikea and fantastic. The mattress is extraordinary fabulous and I will definitely recommend to my friends. I would like to thanks the driver who is very nice. In spite of the rain, he was still here on the stroke. And he assembled everything for me nice and quick. Also the sales in the shop were very friendly to my naughty boys that day and they gave me such a pertinent advice of the functional blue sofa. The blue color does bright my living room pretty much.

Terrible shopping experience. 1. The sales girl didn't mention anything about extra delivery fee when I placed the order whist the delivery guy asked for $20 on top of the ordinary delivery fee because the mattress was for 1st floor. The most ridiculous thing is I had to carry the 60kg mattress upstairs together with the delivery guy after paid extra fee! 2. The sales girl missed placing an order for a bedside table. When I found out and would like to add it to my order, they wanted to charge the delivery and assembly fee one more time.

Terrible customer service after asking for a quote and telling details Leon then reveals they can't do shipping. He was leading us on for an hour and we had made purchases to go with the couch and then he tells me no shipping to NSW. I clearly told him at the start if it could go to NSW and he said "YES let me find out how much it will cost", then he came back saying "$70" We mentioned many times that it was going to NSW. Cheap but probably terrible quality. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY CANNOT DO GOOD BUSINESS.

I have bought the furniture at Elec Home Shop a few days ago. The staff were so nice and friendly! But the shop owner was really rude, bad service From him. I was very disappointed. I suggested everyone who's want to buy the furniture and walk in to this shop, you have to be careful, because you are maybe hurtful from the owner like me.

Very good quality mattress. I just bought one for my mother. She feels the firmness is just perfect. The mattress was delivered on time. The delivery guys were polite. Most importantly the mattress was very well protected by the manufacturer. It is very good price vs quality. I will buy my next mattress from this company again.

Paid for delivery and assembly. I was promised that the furniture will be delivered between 4-6pm. They only arrived at 7.30pm. There was just one guy doing all the assembling and he left around 9pm at night, after doing the assembly. 3 hours after the scheduled time! Furniture seems fine but not the other services they offer.

Terrible quality. Aassembly required on most of the couches and ottomans - mounting brackets do not line up with the screw holes in the furniture. Some times wrong pieces included, they provided screws instead of bolts with no holes to screw them into. Almost impossible to put together as intended due to shotty workmanship.

The mattresses at elechome are incredibly affordable and cheap and is of great quality. They have great service and the delivery fee is cheap and it comes very quickly. The staff are very nice and friendly. I would recommend elechome for anyone looking for a mattress. My new mattresses are so comfortable and fluffy!

The furniture came super quick and they were very efficient delivering. The couch is a little stiff but after stepping on the cushions it's alot more comfortable. The furniture comes wrapped really well with protective seals and covers, so no scratches or dents on anything.
