Horrible rude, indignant staff. I was met at the door and was greeted by a rude member of staff who instead of greeting me, just barked safepass. Due to my hard of hearing, I misheard and thought he had actually greeted me. That was rectified when he shouted louder SAFE PASS. I obliged, and asked where the product I was looking for was located. With the wave of his wrist he waved in the direction and off he went. After a few moments of looking around, I might add unsurprised in the empty shop devoid of shoppers no wonder with the shocking service. I asked the barking greeter if he did other duties other than greet. With a sigh begrudgingly he put his coffee down and agreed to help me look for my product that was advertised on the website. Unsurprisingly, it was out of stock! He told me without looking up from the pc. In a competitive market Electoline, you are severely lacking in training your staff. This is obviously reflected in your stores. If you want my money and business again, I have bought a freezer and other goods from you in the past, but had I entered your shop I would have never spent my money there and never will again! **This was in march Due to an oversight on my behalf I had placed in error elsewhere, I am happy to have found the correct store for my review ELECTROLINE LARNACA****

Πήγα την Τρίτη 27-11-20 και αγόρασα μιαν ηλεκτρική σκούπα. Μου είπαν μέχρι τέλος της βδομάδας αρχές της άλλης θα με παίρναν τηλέφωνο για να πάω να την παραλάβω διότι δήθεν την είχαν στην αποθήκη. Είχα τηλεφωνήσει τρεις φορές στο 77... που είναι ο μόνος αριθμός που έχουν (και μας τον χρεώνουν κι από πάνω) οι 3 πρώτες κοπελιές βρήκαν την παραγγελία και δήθεν άφησαν μήνυμα ότι θα με έπαιρναν τηλέφωνο από το κατάστημα στην Λάρνακα. Δεν πήραν ποτέ τους! Τηλεφώνησα πάλι σήμερα 8-12-20 στις 18:18 μίλησα με κάποια Ντίνα και δήθεν δεν έβρισκε την παραγγελία! (οι άλλες συνάδελφοι της την είχαν βρει!) Ευτυχώς πλήρωσα με κάρτα. Και της είχα πει της πωλήτριας στην Λάρνακα πριν την αγοράσω ότι είχε χαλάσει η ηλεκτρική μας σκούπα και με διαβεβαίωσε ότι δεν θα καθυστερήσει. Θα ζητήσω να μου επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα μου. Μου είπαν ψέματα ότι τάχα είχαν στην κεντρική τους αποθήκη κι ότι θα την έφερναν. Αν πράγματι είχαν δεν θα περνούσαν 2 βδομάδες για να την φέρουν! Ντροπή! Η αξιολόγηση αυτή αφορά το κατάστημα με τις μικροσυσκευες κι όχι το παραδιπλα με τις μεγάλες συσκευές από το οποίο και μέχρι στιγμής είμαι ευχαριστημένος

I have repeatedly bought products from this store. However, the last time I visited the store, the following thing happened. I wanted to order and buy a TV, which was on sale and its label stated a specific price. I chose this particular model over another because of the price, but when I left the store and saw the receipt, I found that I ended up paying the same money as the model I had rejected. It is not that there was a huge difference in price. Hence, later, I went and changed the model and got what I initially rejected, since I paid the same amount. What mainly troubled me, was the fact that the offer label was misleading. Of course, despite the fact that I noticed this mistake and I mention it, so that more attention is paid when prices are listed, I am not going to condemn the store and the employees who always try to do their job in the best and most polite way. This is a store that I highly recommend.

Yesterday i came to buy Tassimo in Larnaca shop and they told me we don’t have the gift right now but it will be available tomorrow, we will call you and you can come and take it. No one called me today and i called the shop and they told me it’s still not available, maybe tomorrow and maybe next week. My question is from Electroline that if you have gift for each Tassimo machine, how it is possible that the gift is not available ?!! The another question is why Electroline advertising for something that doesn’t exist and try just to attract customer while it’s not honest and so tricky.

I placed an order and was told to pick it up at day that wasn't there, so you cannot trust what they say. They called me to pick it up long after the time they assured me that would be ready, but opening hours are a lie, they close whenever they want, not at . 7.30 and also I went a Sunday because the website states that it was open and it was closed. Then I wanted to talk to the manager about it and they hang me the phone.

Αυτή η Ηλεκτραγορά είναι πολύ καλή. Οι λόγοι? Μεγάλη ποικιλία ηλεκτρικών συσκευών. Για όλα τα πορτοφόλια αλλά με ψηλό Δίκτη ποιότητας! Το προσωπικό ευχαριστώ χαμογελαστό και εύθυμο. Πρόθυμο να κάνει τα πάντα για την ενημέρωση και εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών!! Ένα μεγάλο ΕΎΓΕ στο προσωπικό του καταστήματος στην Λάρνακα για την υπομονή που δείχνουν σε κάθε μας ίσως και ηλίθια ερώτηση!!!

They are scammers, they have sales on alibaba at a wholesale price and they are accomplices of a fake airline called unitedexpress,In the end they make it seem that they send the merchandise through this airline, and then the airline contacts to request a refundable insurance payment and everything is a scam. Do not buy anything from these people on alibaba as they are scammers

They do not honour warranties. I bought a router that stopped working after 11 months. They refused to fix or give me my money back. The router was under €30. If they did not want to give me such a small amount, how can I trust them when an expensive TV breaks down and they have to give back hundreds of euros? Needless to say all my friends and family now buy elsewhere.

I have always found that the staff at Electroline Larnaka are very helpful and friendly...thats why I always go there first. So far I have bought a Samsung F/F, a Philips Vacuum cleaner, and a matching set of toaster&kettle by Kenwood. Today, Saturday, I shall most likely buy a Samsung Ecobubble Washing Machine from them...subject to availibility. Love Electroline!

This shop sells a kettle for 50 euros,if you have a black one it's 35 Euro,so I buy the black one,when I get home I find I have been charged 50 euros,I go back the next day and what a drama to very 15 euros reimbursed,I end up walking out and leave it,give this Company a wide berth,so many other Companies you can spend your money with..

Πήρα καφετιέρα για επιδιόρθωση και μου είπαν ότι θα με έπαιρναν τηλέφωνο. Μετά από ένα χρόνο και αφού είχα περάσει περίπου κάθε τρεις μήνες να ρωτήσω για την καφετιέρα, μου είπαν ότι έχει πάει για ανακύκλωση. Ήμουν πελάτης της electroline αλλά μετά από αυτή την εμπειρία δεν ξαναγοραζω τίποτα.

This company stand by the warranty, The policy of replacing items purchased and failed with in the warranty period is exellant. I will ALWAYS go to this shop to purchase my goods. Staff also give their best. Keep up this good policy. A happy customer will soon come back for more happiness,

Wenn Ihr als Touristen (wie ich auch) Technik braucht, könnt ihr Electroline besuchen. Alles dabei und wichtiger Hinweis: es sind zwei Läden nebeneinander. Einer für Haushaltsartikel (Elektro) und nebenan Links PC Elektronik etc.

Unfortunetly no services trying to contact the suppervisor for 3 days after buying an instrument with no results, this shop doesn't have any resposibility for their costmers I don't recommend it for any type of shopping.

Worst of the worst! I bought a tablet and had a technical issue with it. Took it back 3 times total. It was never fixed, replaced or my money back. HORRIBLE SERVICE. They never answer their phones or emails!!

Ok, die Preise im Laden sind nicht unbedingt günstig, aber ich habe eine gute Beratung erhalten und bin letztendlich mit dem Produkt zufrieden. Fast wie ein kleiner Mediamarkt oder Saturn.
