My experience with Stephanis Electrical Stores in Cyprus was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I can't emphasize enough how awful this place is. First and foremost, they lure customers in with extended warranty promises, only to scam them with defective products. I purchased an item that turned out to be clearly defective, and despite the supposed two-year warranty, they adamantly refused to honor it and replace the product. To make matters worse, the so-called "servicing" they offered was a never-ending cycle of back-and-forth. I had to send the defective product back to them at least five times within just over a year, and each time it took around a month. It was not only inconvenient but also a clear sign of their incompetence. It's as if they have no idea how to fix the products they sell. Adding insult to injury, the majority of the staff at Stephanis Electrical Stores seemed completely clueless and unhelpful. It was like talking to a brick wall when I tried to address my issue with the defective product. They showed a complete lack of customer service and knowledge about their own products. In conclusion, Stephanis Electrical Stores is a dishonest establishment that preys on unsuspecting customers. They sell defective products, refuse to honor warranties, offer inadequate servicing, and employ staff that is anything but helpful. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money, and avoid this place like the plague. Your hard-earned cash is better spent elsewhere.

They keep sending me used products advertised to be 'new' last time i got a monitor that was used as a demo which i had to return. This time i got a mic that the seal was tempered with, you could tell it was taken off then re-attached. They dont even try to hide it. This happened so many times to me alone at least with Larnaca's store.... at this point i only buy from them if the product is out of stock everywhere else. I'd rather pay a bit more elsewhere and buy a brand new product than save a few euros and buy a demo advertised as new. Its hard to see in the photo but thats the seal of the mic, you can see dust and tiny hair under the seal as well as a partial fingerprint. Its also the base of the mic which was poorly wiped, as you can probably see in the pic, theres dust right in the center (most likely cuz it was standing as a demo for a while) theres also the mic itself which has the sticker at the bottom peeling off. It may not sound like a big deal but this is about scamming customers into buying used products without telling them, and at the same time having them pay the same price as if the products were new. This is the 6th time it happens to me with the larnaca store which is also why i decided to write this review.

Αγόρασα bluetooth ακουστικό τον Νοέμβριο του 2022 και έπεσε από την φανέλα που ηταν στερεωμένο στο έδαφος όταν περπατούσα, χωρίς να κάνω κάτι για να το ρίξω, και το πήρα για επιδιόρθωση αρχές Γεννάρη 2023. Δύο μήνες μετά την αγορά του και μου είπαν δεν καλύπτεται από την εγγύηση γιατί ευθύνομαι εγώ που έπεσε. Το βρίσκω επιοικώς γελείο να παίρνω τέτοια απάντηση μόλις δύο μήνες μετά την αγορά του προϊόντος. Τί δίνεται την εγγύηση εφόσον μέχρι και για κάτι τόσο απλό δεν θέλετε να ασχοληθείτε? Το πήρα σπίτι μετά από 15 μέρες αναμονής και το έφτιαξα σε λιγότερο απο 5 λεπτά. Δεν υπήρξε θέληση απο κάποιον για να ασχοληθεί. Τραγική η αντιμετώπιση που έλαβα. Πραγματικά έχω αλλάξει άποψη για το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα.

Обходите стороной!!!! Купили тв самсунг ссылаясь на рекомендации персонала за 430 Ев в магазине Стефанис в Ларнаке. В первые же дни у телевизора наблюдались проблемы, зависала картинка и телевизор не реагировал на пульт и кнопки.. Решалась проблема только выключением из сети. Вернули телевизор с прилогающим видео о проблеме на 6ой день. Главный управляющий магазина отказался поменять телевизор на другую модель (ссылаясь на выброшенную коробку о сбережении которой при покупке никто не предупредил) также тон и манера разговора с его стороны изначально была не уважительная и оскорбительная. В итоге 2ую неделю мы с детьми остались без телевизора. На звонки не отвечают, худшее обслуживание которое встречалось..

The two stars are only for the fact they have a wide range of products and quite affordable prices, otherwise I’d give 0 stars, because the service in Larnaca shop is lacking and needs a lot of improvement! I remember how helpful they were when I was buying expensive technology in Nicosia or in Limassol and how ignoring they were when I went to buy a VGA cable in the Larnaca store! No attention to what the client was saying, ignoring, sending one employee after the other because they could not bother for a 10 euro worth of merchandise. The management should groom its employees better, otherwise drop the accessories that are cheaper than 100 euros for the employees to be more interested in helping out.

I would like to thank Stephanis! It was very urgent to deliver the TV, before the new year, I wrote a lot to the support service and asked, worried that we would be left with the guests without a TV. Thank you very much to the store, Mr. Giannis, who reassured me when I called on the phone and promised to send an email to the delivery, so that if possible they would deliver my order faster, also thank you to Miss Μαρία Σάββα, who answered my messages by e-mail. And of course, thanks to the installers who delivered me, who pleased me with their arrival on the morning of December 31, quickly, professionally installed. The TV is excellent, enjoyed watching on New Year's Eve. Happy New Year!

Просто ужасный сервис! купила камеру год назад, сломалась сразу, держали они у себя её 3 месяца, заменили на новую( ремонту не подлежит) . НОВОЙ ВОСПОЛЬЗОВАЛИСЬ 3 РАЗА, сломалась, они снова держали 3 месяца. ПОЧИНИЛИ. Гарантию не продлили, хамят, трубки бросают. Возврат денег не возможен, замена с доплатой на другую модель не возможна. Сейчас локдаун, так и они доставку организовать по человечески не могут. Меня спрашивают, как им это сделать. Раньше все покупала в этом магазине, теперь туда ни но ногой. Отвратительный сервис и не допустимое общение с клиентами. Кстати, пылесос, который у них покупала по функциям не соответствует рассказам продавца.

Χείριστη εξυπηρέτηση. Πήγα το Σάββατο στις 28/11/2020 ψάχνοντας μια τηλεόραση για το PS5. Μου είπαν ότι καμία τηλεόραση τους δεν υποστηρίζει το PS5 και μου είπαν να μην πιστεύω αυτά που βάζουν στην ιστοσελίδα τους. Μετά από έρευνα που έκανα όντως οι τηλεοράσεις που είχαν υποστήριζαν το PS5. Την Δευτέρα στις 30/11/2020, έβαλα παραγγελία για την τηλεόραση μέσω τηλεφώνου. Δεν με πήραν ποτέ πίσω τηλέφωνο και διαπίστωσα στις 2/12/2020 ότι δεν υπάρχει καν η παραγγελία μου. Ξαναέβαλαν την παραγγελία μου. Στις 4/12/2020, με ενημέρωσαν ότι δεν υπάρχει η παραγγελία μου και ούτε έχουν πλέον την τηλεόραση. Ανικανότητα άνευ ορίων!

I send my PC 2 month's ago so they will fix due to I though there was a problem with the battery. 2 month's later the called me and said that I opened the PC and broke it. I told them don't fix it send it back when I went to pick it up the hinges screen where broken. They told me that it was like this and I broke it and they where holding it for 2 months. Now they will not fixed it and told me they only solution is to sue them. Terrible support Terrible customer service only the employees on the store tried to help me. Don't buy from here go somewhere else you will find more support to another store.

They sell repaired used phones as new and deny insurance even the next day. We got a "brand new" Samsung s21, you could see the box was reopened before and the phone was missing the sealing, we were told that they had to open it to check it. Then we found out that the phone was missing its finger print faction. The employees are forced to deny returns and can't give insurance as its obvious stephanis gets their phones from used stock outside of any covered insurance. Stephanis the worst tech company in Cyprus. Not worth the time arguing with them just stay away

I purchased a heater and on the 2nd night woke up to the smell of burned plastic. I couldn't understand why and only in the morning realized that the heater had burned the adapter and extension cord. Then it took them two weeks to come take the heater and at this point I did no longer need it as the cold winter nights have passed. Why do I need to pay for a burned heater that didn't work when I needed it and then not get service for it for two weeks? Now they blame the extension cord, as if I should have used some "industrial" one for this simple home heater?

THE WORST! I called and asked about the availability for a 1400 euro 49" Samsung Monitor, and they promised me to put it back on my name. I drive there for a whole hour, and they tell me they sold it to someone else. They just lost a extremely good customer who ordered much from them. Will NEVER buy there anything again, and advise my friends to do the same. And by the way, they are horribly expensive. If you can, order your products from Germany if you can wait a couple of days, around 30% to 40% cheaper usually!

Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση. Στεκόμουν 20 λεπτά και περίμενα να τελειώσουν οι δύο υπάλληλοι που εξυπηρετούσαν άλλους πελάτες για να με εξυπηρετήσουν. Γνώριζαν ότι χρειαζόμουν βοήθεια. Μόλις όμως τελείωσε ο ένας από τους δύο, αντί να έρθει σε εμένα, πήγε σε μια φίλη του που μόλις είχε μπει, αγνοώντας με επιδεικτικά. Καθόλου επαγγελματισμός. Υπάρχουν κι άλλα καταστήματα στη Λάρνακα, αν δεν το έχετε καταλάβει...

Αγόραμα τον Δεκέμβριο μία ρομποτική σκουπα από το κατάστημα . Με διαβεβαιωσαν ότι έχει εγγύηση 2 χρόνια. Στους δύο μήνες παρουσίασε βλάβη. Την κράτησαν για επιδιόρθωση 2,5 μήνες και απαίτησαν να πληρώσω €70. Όταν την πήρα σπίτι, πριν καν την χρησιμοποιησω δεν λειτουργούσε. Καμιά αξιοπιστία από αυτό το δίκτυο καταστημάτων. Καμιά καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Αν μπορούσα θα έβαζα 0 αστέρια.

Κατα την γνωμη μου πιστευω πως ειναι πολυ καλες οι τιμες γενικα τελειπ καταστημα μου αρεσει πολυ ειμαι παρα πολυ ευχαριστημενος αλλα εβαλα 3 αστερια διοτι πηρα τηλεφωνο στον stephani και επι 45 λεπτα απλως ηταν μια μουσικη και δεν απαντουσε κανενας ενω στην αρχη που καλεσα ελεγε πως θα εξυπηρετηθω το συντομοτερο.(πιστευω πως πρεπει να βελτειωσετε το τηλεφωνικο σας κεντρο).

Very good price and helpful staff here. You can order the product you want from them, and later come to put up the order. They also keep the rules strict, so mask, vaccine pass and ID are a must. We order many screens from them and the price are quite fair. If you can't find anything just ask the staff there and they can search online for you, all of them speaks English!

The staff doesn't know if a product exactly does what I was looking for. They said try out and return if it doesnt work. When I returned it, they didn't return my money, but just gave me a voucher. Which is useless because they don't have the product I need. Besides the misinformation, staff wasn't very friendly.

The definition of the "Average". In almost everything! Mostly average personnel. They can do much better however for a reason they are so tired to talk to inform to deal with customers's needs. Even 3 stars are a lot however I just had a nice dinner by the beach so I feel complete and relaxed.

Same as the guy wrote below, the cashier staff is very unfriendly I felt like I am doing something wrong. The other staff who was serving me for the product was very kind. But the whole experience is not good as you meet cashier at the end.

Very wide range of products but unlikely to find anything that is not in high demand. Used to sell electronic components but slowly transformed into an electrical appliance shop. Friendly stuff. Not the best after sales support.

Αρκετα εξυπηρετικο καταστημα , λιγο τσιμπημενες τιμες. Αγορασαμε ενα εκτυπωτη και ο πωλητης μας προτεινε να αγορασουμε μελανια ενω οταν ανοιξαμε την συσκευασια ειχε δικα του μελανια.

Ωραίο κατάστημα με αρκετή ποικιλία στα ηλεκτρονικά είδη και ευγενικό προσωπικό. Το παιδί από την Ελλάδα που δουλεύει στα ηλεκτρονικά είδη ήταν ευγενέστατο, τον ευχαριστώ πολύ.

Enough good variety, very bad service, low quality of techinal knowledge. Unfortunately due to lack of competition it is one of the very few options to visit in Larnaca

I find the staff a little rigid and unfriendly. Only a few members smile and seem helpfull. I feel a little more care should be taken into making clients feel welcome.
