Horrible. Had an appointment at 5:30 and didn't get my hair washed until 6pm, even though I was one of the two customers in the store. Nobody greeted me for the half hour I was there, but they acknowledged I was there by constantly looking over at me. Started looking at the hair magazines, but they were all outdated and from the 70's-80's. The woman that washed my hair soaked the back of my shirt, smacked me in the face with a soapy ponytail of my own hair, and didn't wrap my hair in the towel just left me to do it. The other lady who cut my hair was slow, and did a hack job. All I wanted was a simple trim, and she missed chunks of hair and cut it ruler-straight. Overpriced for what I got, and the salon was decorated with uncompleted Ikea furniture lying all around and dry wall/paint on the floor.

Came in for a walk in pedicure and I'm so happy with the service. They took me in right away. This place is beautiful and not in the least outdated. I dont understand the negative reviews because I have only positive things to say!! I will be going back for sure, love the massage chairs too. Friendly with lots of knowledge

The worst hair salon in Ottawa! Avoid at all costs. Staffed by hair dressers who clearly don't enjoy what they do, act like they have too much time on their hands and aren't the least bit concerned about attracting or maintaining clients.

I discovered this salon during a walk and was looking for a makeover. Wow Giti did a great job with my hair! I have been going to her salon for 4 years now and am always satisfied with the haircuts and color she has chosen for me.

A gorgeous and clean salon, with a charming owner and comfortable aura. They have very reasonable pricing for their decades of experience, and a trip there makes having to get haircuts actually enjoyable.

My one star says it all....enough said. Very unorganized and have no knowledge of what they are doing. Waste of time and money. The place needs big time renovation Looks so out dated.

Great sppt, fair prices and amazing staff. I have been goin here for close to 20 years and I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere!
