My initial experience with the club was great until this last week. I won a free table so me and my friends went with the intentions of buying a couple of bottles . Upon arrival the section was dirty , trash was on the table and also in the ice bin . Regardless we went to go order our bottle , we were offered the bottle special for $150 & told to choose between reposado or blanco that the special was for either one it didn’t matter. So we chose reposado & was sat . The payment card was taken , we waited 20 minutes and the bottle hadn’t come , when it finally did they had charged us $350 which wasn’t the price we were told . We made our way back to the bar & let her know and at this point she said it was because the bottle girl didn’t know the special & accidentally charged the card that amount . They said they would fix it & we went back to section to wait . We waited another 15 minutes before they brought out the champagne & then the bottle , for which they said they would issue a refund for the original $350 but needed us to pay $180 in cash to cover the bottle again . We were asked what we wanted on the sign & they never brought the sign out with the bottles either. At the end of the night I went to use restroom upstairs and the floor was completely wet by the stairs , I slipped on the water walking down the steps and fell down a few stairs . On the way out all I mentioned was that they should have someone dry it up or put something there so no one else would fall - the bartender responded “we can’t be held responsible for that” without even looking my way or apologizing that everything was a mess . All in all , not worth the money spent & very unorganized & rude .

I honestly had really high expectations and was really disappointed. My friend got a table by the stage and when we got there they told us it was given to someone else. We went the day of SantaCon. I believe someone was having a birthday party and they put us upstairs instead. I think it was messed up and so rude that they gave our table away without letting us know. The bottle service wasn’t very good either. Our bottle girl was extremely nice but it took her way too long to check on us which was a bummer. By the time she would come back I was basically sober because she took so long to come back and open the bottle. Also the vibe was just not it. It was pretty empty. I know this isn’t the clubs fault but the people there were super rude and mean. I couldn’t dance downstairs because everyone was just pushing and shoving. And lastly, there’s no security at the tables or at least at the one we were at. There were a couple times people who weren’t apart of our group came into our section and we had to tell them to leave which was stressful and I don’t think that should of been our job to tell people to leave. They should have security. The fact that they gave our table away when my friend had already reserved it way before the other people just kind of ruined it for me. They need to improve their service, communicate if there will be changes to tables and add security at the table. That’s the only way I would go back. I think the club has a lot of potential so I hope they take my advice and fix these issues.

Perfect for Celebrations, Birthdays, Dancing, Downtown Nightlife and more! VIP couches and tables are carefully settled all throughout the club for group privacy and there’s enough room to dance!! High Vibes at Elevate! Two levels, drinks flowing, get lost in the music, everyone is dressed up too! I love the light shows & great variety of music going all night long!! Security and Management are always present, %100 helpful and respectful and I appreciate that immensely in the Nightlife scene. 10/10 would recommend.

not usually one to post reviews but i definitely wouldn’t waste your time & money here. $17 drinks in tiny cups, sticky floors, bad music. i was in line for a drink and had a couple cut in front of me and they were helped right away. then when it was my turn next the bartender completely ignored me and helped someone who had clearly walked up there way after i did. didn’t even make eye contact or acknowledge i had been standing AT the bar for 5 minutes.

It Was A Great Night But The Management’s Customer Service Was Trash . I Lost My Phone In The Club I Didn’t Get My Phone For Over 2 Months & They’re Not Open During The Week So If You Lose Your Stuff You’re Pretty Much Fcked Til The Weekend . Don’t Let You Be From Out Of Town Smh. But Overall The Bottle Girls Were Cute & Had Great Service .

Had a terrible time. They told my friend to leave because they said she slapped a man. Brought the guy over and he said it wasn't her. They didn't even ask her if she had hit that guy but had already kicked her out. Terrible management and security. Next time don't assume how about asking some question ... vibe was dead anyways

Went out on a Saturday night, nice vibe, not too full but not empty. Employees did great with serving and making sure everyone was taken care of. Owner gave birthday boy a bottle on the house. Bartenders at the front were quick with serving drinks. Security didn't bother anyone.

Worst nightclub experience ever. Service is trash. Only took cash or cash app to some random cash app under Valeria Candelas. Valeria was later grinding on some guy in the VIP lounge. This place is trash would not recommend.

Don’t feel safe. Security does not support women at this club. They disrespected my family by kicking out my sister without getting her side of the story. Brought friends for a good time but ended up being the worst night in a long while.

Empty club with no vibe. Security prioritizes men’s opinion over a women’s. Confidence is broken cause security assumes too much and does not value the word of a woman over a man. Be warned if y’all go.

Great music and good vibes!! Always a good time!! Definitely some of the cutest bottle girls in town!! Ask for Noni! She has great customer service, and made us feel very welcomed!!
