Terrible experience, they made an appointment to pick up my car between 9 and 10 am, I took time off from work to be home at the appointed time but by 11:30 and a couple of calls to verify someone was coming no one showed up. Un-reputable company and a total waste of my time ... BEWARE!

Dumbest people I've ever dealt with. Told them they needed a wrecker with a dolly or a flatbed to tow my car. Made me wait 3 days. Refused to take car because they showed up with a 1.5 ton pick-up that couldn't lift a 2001 mercury grand marquis.

They towed my car offered me $550, and then management SAWWED OFF the Catylitic Converter to [commit fraud] from me (only got paid $400). They said the Catylitic converter was gone before they towed my car. Sketchy tweakers. Dishonest business.

We’re supposed to call us about picking up our car to be scrapped, they never called. I called them twice and both times someone dismisses me and tells me they would call me back. Then, they just cancel it with no calls. Don’t waste your time.

I don’t know the woman’s name that is the is the contact-pick up person, but she is incredibly abrasive. She had an issue when I asked to see the check when she asked me to sign the title which I feel is a reasonable request for someone I

I was looking to scrap my car and the website had these guys come and pick it up. Everything went smooth and I was paid in cash. Way better than trying to tow yourself.
