Elks Place is important to many mass transit users going to East New Orleans and Jefferson Parish. In the mornings and evenings it is bustling with commuters. There are a few benches but the wait is usually short as these lines are lifelines for commuters . The Tulane, The Morrison, and The Lake Forest to name a few. I rate Elk Place a 5 not based on style or comfort but based on need and relevance.

The bus service is terrible especially on weekends Today I waited for a bus from 5:30 to 7:00 going in the East. It's ridiculous how RTA treat their customers
