This place is absolutely amazing. It has exceeded all of my expectations. The spray tan is beautiful and very professionally applied. The service received from all staff is very welcoming and they all go out of their way to ensure that you are comfortable. The beautiful lady that greets you with a warm smile when you first enter is so lovely and certainly goes out of her way to ensure that your are taken care of from the moment you walk in the door. Her cappuccino and biscuits she gave to me given to me whilst waiting for my appointment was a very tranquil environment to be waiting in. I was sitting enjoying a beautiful fireplace. I had to worst experience here getting my eyebrows waxed. The lady doing my brows didn’t ask how I wanted them prior to waxing and then all of a sudden wax was on my eyebrows before I could say what I wanted and what I didn’t. She waxed off the front half of my eyebrow. Once I realised I told her to keep the shape and to just take off the fluffy bits around the area, the shape is completely different and so thin. Not once did she communicate what she was doing nor checking if I was okay with it. I will never be going back here and I think the salon needs a change of staff that have some common sense and skill

Kris and all the girls there are just so lovely always smiling and happy and have squeezed me in several times when I have booked too late or forgotten they always try there best to help out and me leaving happy. Eye lashes always on point, love your greeted with a glass of water tea or coffee and the place is always clean and smells so lovely well done girls i hope you have been well over the lockdown.

My mum and I booked in for a massage and they were more than happy to have us in the same room (we had a choice either way). Both masseurs were amazing, and really lovely ladies. They asked about the pressure and changed it if needed. The hour went so fast, will definitely be back. The room was super relaxing and the staff very professional.

I booked not knowing anything about the salon. I was having a few days of me time so I booked myself waxing and a massage. I had michelle I can't not explain how good she was. I have had alot of relaxing massages but Michelle was awesome. She knew what I needed without me even saying. I will be back for sure

Friendly, welcoming, professional, efficient, discreet - the first words that come to mind to describe the staff and my experience with this business. I'm travelling through and just looked for a business local to where I'm staying. Couldn't have made a better choice.

My Boyfriend and I came here last year for a 30 minute massage and loved it. This year we came back and had a 1 hour full body massage, we absolutely loved every minute. If you're looking for a great place for a quality massage I strongly recommend Ella Bache Rye.

Manicures & pedicures, were rushed and not even half done. Basically paid $30 each for my mum and I to have our nails painted. Very disappointedly. Staff are polite and friendly, but if you don't have time to do a job properly, then just don't take the booking.

Bought my wife a gift voucher for Christmas including a massage & some sort of face treatment. Best present I could have bought, won some serious brownie points and she loved it! Will be adding one to the shopping list for Valentine's day too.. thanks guys!

Went to this salon for a facial with an add on foot treatment today and although I do not live near I will definitely be making this my permanent beauty spot! my therapist was lovely as was the rest of the knowledgeable staff .Highly recommend

I will only get a facial with Kezzie as she is the best. Her ability to shape eyebrows is amazing. But the whole crew is brilliant and always make me feel at home and totally professional.
