My experience was good obtaining a business visa, although they do not offer much information before or during the processing of the visa. To give an idea of processing times I will tell my experience. 1. The "interview" was scheduled 2 weeks after I submitted the online application and payment ($142). The interview was quick, the interviewer was not informative at all. 2. After the interview, normally, it takes 3 weeks for them to return your passport with the visa. I had to pay for "Priority service" ($170). My passport with the visa was returned after 5 business days (splitted by a weekend) although they say that this service reduce the time to 7 - 10 business days. 3. In total, it took 27 calendar days to obtain my visa. with priority service. The do not offer any kind of information about the status of your visa by telephone, and would not accept you without an appointment. I recommend to carefully read the instructions in the web page, take originals and copies of all support documents. I did not find any review and information about this online, so I hope this helps.

As far as I am concerned it has been a complete deception and a total waist of time. On the government web page it states that they perform an array of consular services, in reality they only do a fraction of those services and only for British citizens. I happen to know the UK very well as I lived there for 24 years and I can say that this embassy does not represent the spirit I admired and emulated during my long stay.

Useless. My 17 year old aspergic Son was stranded in Lima through no fault of his own. The airline couldn't get him on a flight for 48 hours and refused to find him accommodation. I called the embassy who basically told us tough luck! Seems like they don't care too much for disabled british citizens. Really???

Shambolic service all around from start to end. Really don't know where to start from but if you are a British citizen who is looking for support or advise during the lockdown and being stranded don't count on them! Good job this is not a business, they would have shut down long ago.

Absolutely terrible service from a country who treats its own citizens with contempt. No help whatsoever since March last year and still in Lima without resolving my issue. Can't contact in anyway anybody. Very disappointed with a supposed developed country.

Is such a terrible service !!! Not good at all. If they commit a mistake no one will do anything ... They just say (apply again)... Very frustrating

El call center un servicio realmente pésimo, la call center no deja terminar de hablar y quiere todo rápido...osea no sabe escuchar.
