So happy I went with Empire Locksmith. I found them to be much cheaper when they quoted me, all my other quotes were more that $100 extra. Ray was able to email me straight back & set up a time for me. With only having 1 day off to move they were able to come on the day & time I wanted to fix my locks. They came in the time frame they had agreed on. Ray explained to me what he needed to do & he was able to complete the job in 10min. Made my life so much easier having someone come in quickly to do the job on the day I needed. They are now the locksmiths I will be using and recommending to others

Extremely efficient, highly professional Services by Ray - the Owner of Empire. He is well experience to help. Issue: I could not open my door to get inside my villa becuse of movement of building. Lock myself out today. I looked up google for a random locksmith. Charged me $69 and spend 45 minutes with unsuccessful attempt. These guys are too good. Efficient, courteous, easy to deal with and did exactly what they'd promised in the time frame agreed. I met Sam today and was comfortable straight away with his demeanour and left him to change 7 of my locks. He was done within an hour and provided some extra security advice whilst he was at it. Their prices are more than competitive, their service second to none.

The handle of our front door was not turning due to some empty shopping bags weighing down the other side. Being a Sunday I thought I would have to wait hours, but they were at my place within 30 minutes & within a few minutes I was inside my apartment. Roy is really helpful and professional, he explained different products’ features clearly and as well provide a lot of security tips and experiences, which is impressive. Great experience with Raymond. Called to get a quote around 9am to rekey 7 doors. By 1pm the same day it was completed. Very friendly and was patient. Also took the imitative to vacuum the drill hole off the floor. Also ran 10% promotion so an added bonus.
