I have just moved to a new property and got John to change the locks on the door and garage and I'm glad I did. John pointed out some shoddy work from whoever had previously installed deadlock and went out of his way to fix the job properly. He also adjusted the door closer that had been incorrectly installed. I found John from Oz Locks after comparing reviews online as many of us do. After John helped my mother replace her lock after being locked out with a last minute call at the end of the day. There is not a shadow of doubt in my mind that each and every one of his stellar reviews are well deserved and reflect his quality of service. John the Locksmith came to my property to fix my main door locks. He not only fixed the Main door lock professionally but more importantly he is very trustworthy, reliable honest and friendly person in nature. He is very helpful person as he fixed my other door lock which had a problem too with a simple finger tip tricks which others could have charged me with few hundreds of dollars by replacing it. He is truly honest person. Money is a thing but not everything. Good karma is everything.

I lost my keys on a Saturday at 9pm. Even though John was on a job at the time he provided me with the contact details of 5 other companies and I was inside within the hour. John provided excellent customer service. He gave me a quote at 7:30am for changing and adding locks and said he could fit me in as his last job for the day. As he had promised to finish the job on the day, he returned late in the day at what would be considered as “after hours” and worked till very late to get the job done - and still only charged the standard rate. Stupidly locked myself out on moving day at 7am. Quick google search and came across Oz Locks. John answered straight away, was extremely helpful and said he would be at my place within half an hour.
