Dear [Gym Management], I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by your gym. I have been a loyal patron of your gym for the past few months, but the recent events have left me deeply disappointed. Firstly, I have noticed a constant delay in the opening hours of the gym. On multiple occasions, I have arrived at your gym only to find that it is closed, despite the timing indicated on the website. This has not only disrupted my workout routine but also left me frustrated. Furthermore, I have encountered your staff's rude behavior towards me on various occasions. They seem to be disinterested in their work and lack basic courtesy in their interactions with customers. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable and has left me with a negative impression. Finally, I received an email from your gym that left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and threatened. The tone of the email was minatory and went against the basic principles of customer service. This has compelled me to reconsider my membership at your gym. As a paying customer, I expect to receive a certain level of service that meets the standards of your motto. Such a beautiful gym in Kilburn! The equipment is new and there is plenty of it. From the cardio section which has everything you need to the weight section which I absolutely adore. Plenty of space for everyone to respect the social distancing and something that you don’t find very often in a gym, after working out everyone is placing the equipment back in the right place. They do have only on hour slot ,however, when is not busy you can be cheeky and ask one of the lovely members of staff if you can stay a bit longer. 100% they will say yes. I don’t have enough words to describe how lovely the morning staff are, Carly and Ben two rockstars !! Also Paloma( when she is falling from the bed at 5am which is once or maybe twice a month) . Thank you guys for making my fav gym such a wonderful place. Also, can you bring maybe on more stair stepper ?

Absolutely love this place especially the people who work here. I did my first HIIT with Carly and my fat was crying. She is a highly recommended personal trainer. Paloma is a great host with a very caring attitude. She is a knowlegeable nutritionist who always shares and gives advice with making good choices and also an amazing yoga teacher. The facility is new so the equipments are plenty and new. If you are into weight training there are good equipments. The place is very clean with high hygiene standard throughout the gym and changing areas. If you love classes, it has the Yard and even outdoors for yoga, pilates, HIIT or core workouts. The sounds meditation by Paloma is my personal favourite. This is my second home now :)

Gave a 5 start review 2 years because of great price, clean state and moderate traffic, but try to cancel your membership, it is easier to get out of legal proceedings. You will even get debt collection agencies after you, to pay a final £24.99 fee! You cannot do it online or in the app as these are designed only to ask for money, you cannot find them on the phone you, you only have to go back there in person to tell them you cancel and be charged the £24.99. Pretty hilarious I would say, debt collection agencies after people over £24.99 gym memberships, that is a whole new level of terminating customer relationships with people that could just come back after a few months.

Long over due! But been a member since they opened up, and no matter what was happening in the world these guys, the staff, treated the business like family!! Being to few gyms in London, but the level of consideration and professionalism these guys have is unreal!! They put the customers first before anything! I had to take some time off for personal reasons, and they greeted me back with open arms, the easiest process I ever seen! The staff unreal! Jao and Paloma make this place feel like you belong there! There is new staff there but they are all Amazing people!! If you want to start your journey or get back into it! Hugely recommended!

Energie is a great gym. I like that they give you disinfectant bottles and washable cloths to take with you throughout the gym to wipe down kit as you go. It means people really do wipe things down and generally it is cleaner than other gyms. It's also better for the environment rather than wasting one hundred rolls of blue paper towel. The staff are friendly and although the gym is on the smaller side, the equipment is high quality and they have pretty much everything you'd want. The toilets and general facilities are always clean and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I’ve been training in that gym for 2years and yesterday I got banned as I didn’t used the booking app, that’s absolutely ridiculous, the assistant manager was coming to me every 5min, interrupting my workout ,complaining about me,fighting with me, saying I’m rude etc.. and on top of that to put someone else’s weights away.. very disappointed with it, if the employee have had a bad day, that’s not my fault, better to get some rest and not to put his anger on the members of the gym. I was told if i go back to the gym, he'll call the police. I never in my life see same this

Love this gym! Joined since the first day they opened and find it one of the best gyms I’ve ever been! The staff is SUPER friendly and the atmosphere is great. Everyone is very respectful and there’s a sense of community. The gym itself it’s small but very well equipped - there’s everything you need for the basics. It gets busy after work but I’ve always been there in peakest hours and rarely had to wait long for a machine. Also the classes I’ve tried were very fun and engaging! Won’t change it for a bigger gym, love the community!

What can I say! I have been with this gym (second home) since July and every single moment I am here is met with smiles, encouragement and lovely chit chat. I have managed to make friends with the staff and other clients in my brief time at this gym. I am so relieved that it has survived two lockdowns (good job Dan) Carly, Paloma and Abbie are absolute gems and bring that community feeling to Energie!!! I have been with many gyms in the past and have never worked out in such a clean and encouraging environment. Friends for life!!

I had been going to this gym since 2021, I liked it very much but now moving away to a different London borough. But I recommend this gym since its clean, lots of classes, well equipped. They have very good staffs, they are Energie Fitness’s greatest assets since they provide amazing customer experience, especially Gabby is the best! :-) Thank you for the more than 2 years Energie Fitness and thank you for the nice atmosphere Gabby! Visited the gym today 1st time as a new member and I was really impressed from the moment I walked in very friendly staff (Carly) gave the information on how the gym is operating and gave an individual small spray cleaning bottle and cloth to clean machines 100% better than more expensive health club in the area where you end up hunting for cleaning products and staff dont seem to care at all, looking forward to my next vist.

I’ve been working out here for about 4 months after moving to the area, and honestly, this is the best and friendliest gym I’ve ever attended. Staff are helpful, nice and you can tell they’re always glad to show up for work! It’s a small gym, but it’s very clean and there’s all the equipment you could possibly need for a good session. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

As a new member at this club, the service provided by the team never fails to impress. I was particularly impressed by John (new manager) about the vision he had for his gym since his takeover and I can tell after several visits later, the improvements are landing and the experience is only getting better! Well Done Team Cricklewood.

I am currently a member of this gym and considering a change due to the manager. He gives off very bad energy and lacks social skills. The gym is clean but small with little equipment. Most of the staff are friendly but once again the manager is a major let down. Join the gym and u will understand what I am saying.

Joined this gym nearly 3 weeks ago and I have been so impressed. The gym is clean, staff are friendly and I am certainly pleased with my decision. I had the pleasure of meeting the new club manger John last week and he was a lovely gentleman. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a new one.

I think this is one of the best gyms I have been at especially as it is super clean, and the staff is really friendly and always helpful. There is a great selection of different classes to book and the equipment is in great condition. Thank you Ben and Vicky for opening such a great place in our area <3

Witnessesed a middle-aged staff at the front desk making things difficult for a member. Her behavior was very unprofessional. The member was threatened to cancel her membership due to the negligence and mistakes of the manager. Maybe this gym should choose its management team wisely.

Today it was my first time with weights, I felt a bit intimidated by them but I must say Ellis made a real difference by helping me understand how to get started and a few do's and don'ts for beginners like me. It's my local gym and it's great, really pleased to be there. Keep it up!

Quite impressive been going gym for years obviously nothing beats a bodybuilding gym but as for the chain versions this individual gym is one is one of the best ones I've been Wembley park energie is a the opposite unfortunately I will do a separate review explaining why.

Great work out gym. Even has boxing facilities. I fond it less busier than other gyms. The music is a loud but mainly it's been to my taste. The toilets are clean but wish there was more! Only one each. The price doesn't include classes, unless u pay more

It's a very nice place I went there with my friends and it was a very nice experience and we will go again soon, the customer service is very nice and the decor is great and the food is very nice especially the Egyptian food.

Did HIIT strength class twice. Room is very small to do running around in there, we all had to be careful not to run into each other. No stretching before or after the class and ignored/fobbed off when mentioned.

Great gym, socially distancing in place. Everyone has mask on moving around then you remove at your workout station, cloth and cleaner provided for wipe down. Temperature taken on arrival :)

Great gym, cheap and cheerful but reassuring staff presence, all the machines you would need and kept very clean. Only drawback is air conditioning could be stronger - it gets quite steamy!

New manager is great and talks to the members, changed the layout of the gym, so free weights area is more open among other changes that has made so much more room. Great work

shameful payment service, as you do not have money in the account they charge you 20 pounds more, just for a day of delay. I do not plan to return

Small gym but nice gym. Has everything you need in it and is clean. Never too busy whenever I've been. The staff are lovely. I would recommend.

Not the biggest gym, but doesn't seem too cramped and plenty of machines to use. Quite busy in the mornings. Friendly staff. No towels.

A bad experience with this GYM, the girl who worked in the reception wasn’t kind, they was closing early and the kits wasn’t clean.

This is a good gym the only thing is that it lacks a tad more equipment and air but other than that it’s really good
