I always feel comfortable in this gym; the staff are welcoming and approachable, the other gym goers are friendly and it has a good range of equipment. Pele conducted my induction and it was the most useful gym induction I'd ever had (better than my experience in other branded gyms over the years). It was so good that I have personal training with him and I've progressed so much under his instruction. The only thing stopping this from being a five star review is that given its popularity and success the gym needs to expand its footprint (please lease the unit next door!) and get another smith machine, a hip thrust machine, more benches in the weights area and more floor space for mat work. Also be quicker to repair machines when they do break.

Great little gym, free parking, big free weights area too. I've been going actively for a few months now and I can say that it's amazing value for money. I used to go to Expressions gym, run by the council, more than twice the price and half as good. Fit4Less also has 4 personal trainers. I've been training with Cam, who has motivated me and transformed my fitness to another level. When I walked in my heart was weak, I'd be out of breath and on the floor all the time. Now I feel much fitter, can work much harder and I'm seeing improvements in my physique, which is the ultimate motivation to carry on. Thank you Cam!

I have attended and joined many gyms and health clubs in my life but the Fit4Less gym in Erith is the best I have ever seen. There is every kind of exercise equipment you would ever need and its all brand new so right up to date machines etc. It is a very large and comfortable enviroment and all for just 19.99 a month with no contract! You can tell that Josh the owner is very enthusiastic with everything he does and with a selection of classes and personal trainers I would say it stands way above most other gyms.

Don't waste your money on council run gyms, I was using a leisure centre for 13 years and hardly saw any improvements or upgrade on equipment yet my membership went up each year. I was pleasantly surprised by the great range of equipment at Fit4Less- no contract, can go anytime during opening hours (no on peak or off peak membership), the staff were friendly and welcoming. Don't worry about passers by looking in, the windows are Frosted. So glad I have joined, I look forward to many a visit here!

I joined this gym and decided to leave after my 12 months was up and have notice that I wanted to leave. I cancelled my direct debit but they said I need to make one final payment which I did over the phone. I am being chased for this payment, even though I have made it. They wanted to charge me a fine for more than the actual payment which the gym said they would cancel but yet they continue to chase me. Don't sign any contracts with these people.

I love the gym and have been going since it opened - the community is what really sells it for me. Everyone here is super nice, the staff here are always helpful (especially Wayne and Bill) and I have made countless friends. The reason I wouldn’t give the full 5 stars is because of the low maintenance of the gym equipment. Some of the gym equipment has been broken for over a year and we have been promised new equipment which I am yet to see.

I recently visited this branch on the weekend and I’ve been throughly impressed with the quality of equipment and cleanliness. This gym boasts an amazing atmosphere with an extensive array of machines and free weights making it easy to complement my workout. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. It’s a decent size gym and overall a fantastic place to pursue your fitness goals. Wish it was my local gym!

Staff are polite and helpful enough. The changing rooms leave a lot to be desired. People had been doing farmer blows in the mens shower facility. Quite disgusting and definitely unhygienic as mucus was present. Especially as the Pandemic is on going. Also, the staff keep the doors open, so anyone working out can see you accessing the showers.

I went to have a look at Fit4Less in Erith and to be honest I was blown away with the place. The equipment is top notch and the place has a great feel to it. The staff are friendly and helpful. All in all a really great Gym membership for under £20 a month and No contract. Highly recommended.

This is a great gym. I've been a member for close to a year and I attend at least 3/4 in a week.The classes are usually effective and they have a wide range of equipment. I've definitely seen an improvement in my fitness level and appearance. The price is so worth it.

Most of the male personal trainers are fun and friendly, whereas most of the female personal trainers look unbothered and bored! Especially in the classes where you want energy from who's teaching you! Other than that, nice clean gym, bit crowded sometimes

The staff is lovely, friendly and very helpful. However it is a very small gym. So small that some equipments are kept hidden due to lack of space. The have the equipments but they don't have the space to use them.

A great budget well stocked gym. Staff are trained personal trainers and are polite and patient. Good opening hours. Clean showers. The gym bunnies that attend are polite, friendly and courteous with the equipment.

Nice place to work out open quite early and closes quite late classes of quite fun and the staff are very nice and helpful the only thing I wish for them to fix is a broken lock in the men's toilets

Went to have a look was greeted by a member of staff very professional made me feel at ease was offered a tour very informative. Gym was neat and tidy very well equipped with multi function area.

Obviously opening the doors when outside is 5 degrees is not helping neither the sweaty customers neither the damp windows.Instead you can try turning your AC-s ON-THAT WILL HELP!!!

I love the staff so much at this gym and it is always clean. However it is very small and when there’s a class on there’s no floor space and the music is overwhelmingly loud.
