Patrol attendants don't know customer service, it's like you have to beg for service or apologize that you disturbing them. I was told to move for a truck after waiting even though 1 station was empty, when they don't want to serve you they just put something to show no go.

After using both the shop and petrol pumps for over 18 years , their new rules and regulations and ridiculous prices have put a very bad taste in my mouth . I will no longer be using their services and I will encourage everyone I know to do the same .

Always receive exceptional service from the staff inside and outside. Penny, Zandile, Eve, Johannes, Admiral, Israel, Lufuno, Abram, Ernest, too many to mention. It doesn't matter what time I rock up at the garage, whoever is on duty always

Very disappointed with service...Sat for twenty minutes with no movement of vehicles....appeared to be a lot of talking going on, eventually left and went to Caltex, Kibler Park, much better service.

Just got told that we cannot fill up with diesel and pay with card. Only cash after 9pm? That makes zero sense. Your garage doesn't want to make money. Poor representation of Engen!! Disgusted

Diesel 50ppm very well priced. Probably the cheapest in the South of JHB for any ENGEN filling station. Staff friendly and helpful.
