The trunk of my rental was filled with trash From previos Renter ( I assume) in addition I was briefed about not smoking in the car but the vehicle reeked of cigarettes stench and in the assenger door pocket there was still a half full cigarette pack, and under the passenger seat there was an empty red bull can. I feel in part responsible for no doing a throughly inspection of the vehicle when I picked it up but the guy was closing the office on a Saturday and I just wanted to leave after waiting for 30 min to finally get my car. I have rented vehicles for several years in different countries and this is the very first time that my rental is not up to standards.... Careless mistake/neglect on enterprise part; however, I have to give a small prop to manager as he discounted the price of the gas tank upon return once I mentioned all the issues with the cleanliness of the car. Not sure if I'll ever rent from enterprise but if I do I will for sure inspect the vehicle from top to bottom on pick up.

The Management trainee, Phillip Shelley, at this location, will lie to you, and tell you that the "insurance" (damage waiver, PAI, etc) is REQUIRED. That is a lie. I have been an Enterprise customer for seventeen years, and over 10 years at this location. They blew that all away, just to get another $100.00 from me, on the rental. --- I asked specifically, if the "insurance" was a requirement to rent the car. Phillip said it was. Imagine my surprise when I called the national hotline, and checked online, to find out, that what he had told me was a incorrect. Do not trust these people, the hard sell on the "insurance" is the same type of piss poor business practice, that led to Well Fargo, opening millions of bogus account for their customers. And if nothing else, it is a shamefull bait and switch, to give you one rate online, and then try to extort more money from the renter, by selling them the "insurance", when they come in to pickup the vehicle.

I just made reservations for a rental car through Expedia for a SUV and I made the rental from the Broadway address because it was cheaper then from the S St Mary's address, which is closer to our hotel. I spoke to Adam at the Broadway address and asked about being picked up since we will be coming in on the train and will not have a vehicle. I explained why I did reservation through their address and not the St Mary's address. He said he could transfer our reservations to the St Mary's address and it would not affect the price I made the reservation for. I was so grateful for his help. I asked about Morganland and he gave it great praises. I was so thrilled to hear that information since both my boys are special needs. This is a scary and exciting trip for us and I got such a good feeling after talking to Adam. Thank much and keep up the good work.

Shady practices being conducted here. STAY AWAY! Cedric is absolutely zero help and we are still waiting for his email 24hrs later showing proof! Long story short, they will charge your card without your authorization. Mind you this is an insurance claim and I'm STILL in their rental! Update: Upset about the whole ordeal o decided to turn in the vehicle early and low and behold 3 MORE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES OF $100 A PIECE MONDAY MORNING. THAT IS NOW 4 TOTAL UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES OF ALMOST $700 TO MY ACCOUNT!! Cedric the branch manager REFUSED to come out from his office.

My car was stolen in late October, and I was put in a rental car by my insurance company, Geico. This Enterprise Rent-A-Car location was great to work with! They helped to ensure that I got into a vehicle that fit Geico's $22/day coverage. Additionally, my Geico insurance adjuster did not communicate with me, which lead to me calling this location often to keep up with extensions. Ashleigh V. was a great representative and always provided me with up to date information regarding extensions. She was always professional and friendly, which I really appreciated.

Wonderful Experience all around. Amazing Service! Staying at the Drury Inn in San Antonio. Man at the desk told us that Enterprise will sometimes drop the car off at the hotel for you. We called & yes - Ellisa? dropped of the car & checked us out on the spot saving us the extra Uber ride. When dropping back off she asked if we needed a ride. We were headed to the airport & she checked if it was doable & yes - Tom was available to give us a lift which they don’t often do. He was so super pleasant. Thank you so much enterprise for going above & beyond!!!

Horrible customer service. I had my claim number and reservation number ready to go, however the brunette - Hispanic woman at the front desk said she couldn't help me at all because my insurance gave me an appointment for this day, but at 4a.m. - which is not a time that they're open. I know my insurance agency just wanted to help me get the car I needed ASAP, which is why the time showed 4a.m. This lady was rude, scowled at me, naïve and clearly was not helpful in the least. To me, this is unacceptable. I will not be using Enterprise ever again.

I was picked up in a small car. When I informed them I couldn't get into a small car because of my back. Then I came to Enterprise and Jose lied and told me they had an SUV for me and when I got here they didn't. I got upset because I was lied to and he didn't like that I called him a liar and threw me out of his store. He even threatened to call the police. Really? For Your bad service? I will NEVER refer anyone to this location. He has a mother, I'm sure he wouldn't like someone to treat her as he treated me. KARMA Jose....

Cheaper than most because they are not in the Airport, but they are located just a short uber ride from there. We dealt with Samantha, and what an amazing ambassador for the company she was... she should be recognized for her incredible professionalism and customer service, we watched her deal with what can only be described as an extremely frustrating customer, and she did it with patience and continued respect through out. I would certainly recommend this rental company

I was in town for work and wanted to rent a car. I was denied because I did not have a “credit card”. and because I have an out of state driver’s license. I have debit/credit visa cards. Although I have impeccable credit, plenty of funds and great driving record, I was denied. Thanks Jake and Enterprise. I will never use Enterprise again on my travels and will encourage others to choose a different option.

This is the only Enterprise location I work with because they do such a good job helping me with a car when I need one. Samantha provided my last rent-a-car and she went "above and beyond" to provide a car for me even during these trying times when cars aren't always available. If you want excellent service in your rental car needs, don't hesitate to contact them. They are the best!

Jose did a great job, but he was the only person in the office on the day I was there. I was one of 5 customers that he was helping at the time, so it took a while for us to get our vehicles. Our wait times would have undoubtedly been shorter if he wasn’t doing all the work by himself. Also, my Enterprise pickup was running late so I ended up taking an Uber after 30 minutes.

Reserved a car to drive from San Antonio to Houston and drop the car there to drive another vehicle back. Cost of rental was approx $50 and "drop off fee" was $80 for a "restocking". It's not like I'm leaving the car in some remote town, but rather Houston, TX. This is just a scam to bilk people out of money. I could have bought a one way plane ticket for slightly more.

I just called to arrange a pick up for a current reservation and the lady I talked to was not friendly whatsoever. She told me I cannot pay with my Visa Debit card, and that they would be charging my card an additional $300 until I brought the car back. I have rented from Enterprise in WA before and never had to do any of that. I have a bad feeling about this.

Very unethical and unprofessional. They will take advantage of young people who do not understand what they are signing. Do not go there! I will never use Enterprise again! Please share this with anyone who has a young person needing a rental car, they do NOT need the extra insurance that they make you believe you have to get.

Employees point fingers at one another for mistakes. Management says his employees don't know what they're doing or doing things wrong. "He will handle things" was Cedrics response to me. Very disappointed worth my experience. If my insurance hadn't set up the rental I would've gone else where for my rental needs.

Enterprise, for years, has been a great rental car place that rents good cars without trying to take every penny out of your pocket. Price plus quality runs companies out of business. That's why I save my personal car to enjoy something new every once in a while. Thanks Enterprise.

Customer service could be improved. I called to ask for vehicle availability and spoke to one of the young ladies at the location. Once I arrived I was told they could get me in a larger vehicle because they didn't have any small cars like I asked for over the phone.

I was satisfied with the vehicle, but I think that the communication in person was poor. I came in to turn in my vehicle and was left with no response until I asked. No complains on the staff only the type of communication with the customer.
