Twice I have had not-so-good experiences at this Enterprise location. In particular, the customer service experience of one of the Customer Service Representatives (CSR), an African-American young woman. The CSR behavior has been by far the weirdest, unfriendly and unprofessional I've experienced with any Enterprise CSR. I've rented with Enterprise numerous times within the last year and have rented vehicles from 3 locations within San Antonio, TX other than the location at 13649 I-10 Frontage Rd (San Antonio Caliber). At all of the 3 locations, I have had nothing but superb customer service. During my recent rental at the 13649 I-10 Frontage Rd. location, they did not have any "full size" vehicles although that is the type of vehicle I reserved online the day before. This particular location either won't have any vehicles available or they will not have the particular vehicle you reserve. I don't understand how the Enterprise website will allow one to reserve a particular vehicle at a particular location, if the particular vehicle is not in stock/available. Also, I don't understand why the CSR at the location where I reserved a particular vehicle doesn't look at their list of reservations the day or night before to ensure they have ample vehicles in stock or contact the customer to let them know they don't have the particular vehicle they reserved or any vehicles available. Instead, the customer has to show up at the location for the CSR to tell them their reserved vehicle is not available. During my recent reservation appointment, I arrived within 1 hour of opening time and was informed there were no "full size" vehicles available. Also, I was informed a small SUV would be available and was currently being cleaned. I hesitantly agreed to the larger sized vehicle. During the consult with the CSR we looked over the exterior of the vehicle and she informed me of the insurance coverage options. The CSR took additional time to inspect the vehicle, which was unnecessary due to their protocol to inspect all vehicles upon return for the customer's personal belongings, weapons, damages, etc. It is my assumption that she was attempting to clean the vehicle and this is the reason it took her so long. The suv I rented, that was being "cleaned" while I waited, was not cleaned or sanitized. The interior of the vehicle was somewhat dirty and there were tons of stains on each of the cloth seats in the front and back. In this fearful time of COVID-19, it is preposterous that the Enterprise staff at this location are not taking the necessary precautions to ensure all of their vehicles are sanitized and properly cleaned per CDC guidelines. There was no plastic covering the steering wheel or any other signs to indicate the vehicle was properly sanitized. It seemed as if they just sprayed the exterior of the vehicle with water because it was very wet. Rent a vehicle from this location at your own risk. If you want excellent customer service and your reserved vehicle to be available, go to any of the other locations. I will NEVER rent a vehicle from the 13649 I-10 Frontage Rd. location again.

Without a doubt the best experience I've had getting a rental car. Apparently my insurance company never put in the request for my rental, but the guy on duty, Westin, took care of everything without the slightest hassle. No idea how a single guy is able to do literally everything for a single rental car location, but he does it. Put me in a badass Silverado and said I could swap it out for something different if needed, but I've been loving it. What's really impressive though, is the unbelievable degree of professionalism this guy showed as he was walking me out to my car- Some belligerent woman walks in, literally as we're walking out the door to my rental, demanding a phone charger for her specific phone, and she says "[regardless], you better have my car!". I won't even go into all her other abusive behavior, but I know for certain that I personally couldn't have stayed as calm, collected, and professional as he did in that situation. Unbelievable this guy is running an entire business by himself, but he does it very well, and with class. Don't know when I'll be needing a rental car again after this, but I'll be coming back here.

Just had to deal with this incompetent office. I called them this morning regarding a car rental related to a car accident. My insured driver needed a rental for work after having an accident and I needed to pay out of pocket. no problems there. But i asked, twice, specifically whether the driver being 19 would be an issue. I was assured twice that it would not be. Here comes the afternoon when my insured driver comes to grab the rental, only to be denied because she is 19. But this was after she already had her car in the shop for repairs. so she was stranded there. If enterprise hired people who can read and know their jobs, they would have told me this was an issue and i could have made some other arrangements. but the lady on the phone seems to lack the basic skills her job requires. and when asked what she would do to resolve the fact there was a stranded teenager in her shop, she simple stayed silent, unwilling to take any responsibility for her actions.

If I could I'd give this location minus, one star is only to be able to write a review. Girl that works at this location obviously doesn't know what customer service means, waiting for the car since Thursday. Someone was suppose to call me no one did, she had line of people waiting for the car, they had none. I called, my insurance called and they supposedly put me on the top of the list, she was suppose to call me in 1 hour, 3 hours later and nothing. First she hung up on me, I called back and some guy answered saying they do have cars, so he doesn't understand why was she telling me they had none, then he put me on hold she came back on the phone to tell me again they have no cars. Seriously? I was talking to a ghost I guess. So freaking rude and unprofessional. Called my insurance and reported, they will not be using this rental again. You're better off someplace else. Enterprise, why are you hiring people like the one at this location? UNBELIVABLE!

The representatives were awesome. Very nice, understanding and well-spoken. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because I had to switch the car out that I had three times. First car was randomly shutting off on its own (Jeep compass, no surprise there) second car had nails in multiple tires (Understandably this could have happened right after their inspection or maybe very soon after I got the car) and the last car just had brown stains in the seats which was pretty gross to be honest. It’d be one thing if it was like an obvious spill or something but every seat had them. Overall it was a good experience, they always gave me another car no questions asked but they wouldn’t have had to if they maintained the cars a little better

This has been the worst experience!!! Renters Beware! I was told to drop off the car with caliber as I wanted to wait till Monday. Was repeatedly told to drop off Friday and they will check it in and handle everything. I did and we walked around to make sure no damage. And i have a recording he agreed no damage. MONTHS later I get a call from my insurance that enterprise made a claim. You guessed it, damage! When I called they gave me a description of another vehicle, the manager never called back. Even called corporate and they were less of any help. Make sure you record your before and after... better yet rent elsewhere!

Do not bother. They cannot keep their schedule straight. We reserved a small SUV several days in advance, were secured the reservation. The day of, not only did they not have what we reserved, they didn't have ANY cars available. They tried to make up excuses that they called me earlier that day, ON THE DAY OF, to tell me they didn't have anything, meaning they don't know how to keep their scheduling straight, but they never actually called me. I have no missed calls, no voicemails, nothing. And they had no way to reconcile their screwup. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This place is horrible.

I made a reservation days in advance for today. I received a call at 1:14PM today from Enterprise to confirm my reservation for 4PM today. I called back at 1:55PM and they told me that they rented out my vehicle. Seriously? Yes, they were going to try to find me something and call me back before they closed today. I never received a call back. Horrible experience and where was the follow through on the call back?

Set a rental pickup for 7:30 AM, no one arrived until 8:00 AM. Waited over an hour to get a car. Set the drop-off for 4:00 PM, no one is in the office. I understand that they are short-staffed, but the communication is terrible. Can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone number from the door. Save yourself some time and a headache, choose a different location.

Stay away from this place, they took advantage of my 21 year old daughter and "found" damage on the vehicle after her rental that was likely there to begin with. If you must rent here, make sure to video the entire car so you have evidence to challenge false damage claims. Enterprise lost a customer for life.

Absolutely wonderful experience as far as having to get a car rental goes. From the get-go, Jadyn was attentive and helpful in getting my information and getting me into my rental. She had numerous customers and still got me in and out of the enterprise quickly and efficiently. Very easy process.

I came to this location in a time of need, and thank God they had my back, staff was very understanding of my needs and were quick to hand me a vehicle and had me driving off right away. Overall great service, oh and the door is to the opposite side of the caliber collision.

This location is very RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!! I'm starting to Absolutely HATE enterprise as a whole! Every location that I call is of no help! I need to swap out for mechanical reasons and they're treating it as the plague! What's the problem???

Incompetent unorganized location. If your looking for good customer service, go to a different enterprise seriously. This enterprise is connected to caliber collision and is very limited on what they can do to help you rent a car.

Made a reservation to pick up at 1 pm. Arrived at this place on time, the office is closed at 12 and they did not inform me about that. No communication and a waste of time so I cancelled it. Terrible booking management.
